I had my work van washed by them. I hated the service. They barely washed the van. I removed all my ladders from the roof of my Chevy thinking they were going to wash there. They didn’t. The roof stayed as dirty as before. Additionally, they included undercarriage rinse and other service I had not asked for, increasing my bill in $15. I explained to the cashier that I had not asked all those services, just a regular washing, but she ignored me. I spent $40 on total and had the worst car washing experience of my life.

I got my truck and trailer washed at this blue beacon and because I am under load I left but stopped 50 miles up the road to get a bit to eat and saw all the soap scum all over my truck I always get a truck wash every two weeks but this blue beacon in Atlanta is the only place I had a bad experience not happy and never again at this blue beacon

I really don't leave reviews but I have to for this one. I arrived on 9/14/25 at 0845 thinking it would be crowded because of the truck wash in Temple Ga with one wash bay. So I decto go here and boy was I surprised. No wait as I drove right into the bay and the crew dod an exceptional job. I had a lot of bugs and road grimes having a white truck and it came out spotless. Thanks Blue Beacon as I have been to a lot of blue beacon and I can say by far this is the best one so far. Thanks again for a clean truck.

Blue Beacon did an okay job washing our pickup truck — definitely better than the national average, where washes usually leave a lot of spots. The truck came out cleaner than expected, though not perfect. Might come back again for the convenience and overall quality.

Don’t let them break your seal Guys did a good job washing my truck. The only thing I was upset about they broke my seal, even though I told them no trailer washout only inside. I would teach the team nobody touches a seal until they ask driver. Other than that I’m satisfied my truck is very clean and shiny . Stuff happens.

Very quick location to get a washout even though it's in Atlanta. They have 2 dedicated washout bays and 2 way bays. Stopped on 12/10/22 to get a washout and truck wash. Worst truck wash I have ever gotten at a Blue Beacon. Of course normal streaks front not rinsing well enough but the bottom of the truck doesn't look like it was washed on one side and large portions missed on other side.

Wow I'm speechless. I come for a trailer wash out and this guy did such amazing job he wash the trailer walls up top and he went over it 3 times. Now this is getting your money work. Thank you blue beacon for the quality of your service. And the price is amazing great job. If any truck driver wants a amazing trailer wash out come here. The blue beacon in Fargo north Dakota did a bad job. Maybe you can send your guys there and show them how it's supposed to be done

Very bad washing place. 1st shift don’t want to listen. Ask ask and ask and show the place on my 3 month trailer I have. He said I can not clean that. I have to go another BB to show and wash again. Naver will be again. BB service are not the same as was before.

I have a 2024 east dumb trailer factor polished. they streaked it left dirt on the rims that you could wipe off with your finger. Then tried to argue that it wouldn't come off. Streaks the tanks and left dirt on the tanks and left dirt on the truck rims. Employees could have been way nicer but tried to argue that the dirt one rims and dirt in trailer wouldn't come off when you could wipe it off with your fingers. Worst truck wash I've ever had in my life. I should get my money back bc i paid 160 dollars for something I didn't get. I could have done better with a water hose and a brush than what they did. Never coming back to this truck wash. I told them to clean my engine and I had went to the bathroom and they shut the hood and acted like they cleaned the moter.

Only stopped in for a cat scale this time but in the past the wash has been pretty good. Only complaint is they just don't wash the chrome and stainless that well. The wheels need to be scrubbed, EVERYTIME.

Amazing truck,trailer,washout,and engine cleaning . Had a driver cut me off cutting through the washout lanes and the nice employees handled it very professionally giving the guy two choices of backing up or going back around and I do greatly appreciate that much love to the bluebeacon wash team thank you for the great services.
