DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! First has been my time going there to do hand car wash and also the first time I have left with a DAMAGED CAR after a hand wash! I do hand car wash my car sometimes but never had a problem of this kind and I found this place down the street so I was thinking let’s try it out. Definitely the WORST decision I’ve ever made! I did mini detail package and it’s $129.99 plus tax and here is the problems: 1. They damaged the passenger window control button, causing it to fall off when trying to close the window after opening it. 2. They damaged the rear seats lever while pulling the seats down/up. The reason they gave was that the seats on both sides were adjusted differently and they didn't know which direction to turn. 3. The package we chose included “complete interior vacuuming and cleaning “. They didn’t do nothing about it. Interior looks conditioned but far from clean. 4. I never seen a company that charge tip is automatically without choosing. So basically we paid $162.08 for them to damage my car. When we complained about the issues, the guy who works there just let me give him the key and reclean the car. The front desk/ manager said that we can come back TWO WEEKS later and talk to the owner, he will send us to do repairs and he will pay for it. I mean, two weeks? Who knows what will happen within 2 weeks? So we said we want the refund and she told us she can’t do it because the guys are cleaning the car second time. We never asked for a second cleaning, and if they did a good job the first time, why clean it a second time?! Here is the funny part, she wrote down a number and told us that is the owner’s phone number, we can contact him if we want to discuss the situation. Guess what? That number is store’s phone number! So I’m assuming the owner is also an operator. We are reporting the damages to our insurance company already. Let’s see how it goes.

Amazing job! I was referred to this location, and I’m so glad I found this hidden gem! They did an excellent, top notch cleaning job, as I don’t think I’ve ever seen such workmanship from a car detailing establishment. My car is 20 years old, and it looks great! I dropped off my car, and they were quick to get the job done! I requested the Executive service plan, and that’s exactly what I got (Quality work). I would highly recommend this outfit to anyone who is particular about the appearance of their car!

These guys / gals always do an excellent job on your vehicle. No matter the vehicle, they treat every car as a super car. The owner has a great working relationship with his staff. He always engages within his team. It shows in the teams work ethic. You will be extremely pleased with this auto detail shop no matter the cleaning package you decide to purchase. Hey guys , way to take pride in your work ! I mean you guys have my car looking brand new. I live in the neighborhood subdivision of this place and my car was 3 months over due for an interior detail because my car flooded in August , and it had a smell to it that would not go away without car rugs being shampooed . You guys executed this task flawlessly by deep cleaning the inside of my car , washing my rugs , and cleaning my car like experts. Thank you for doing such a great job . You have a new customer in me . I’m mad i didn’t take pictures of how excellent your work is.

So I took my car here on Friday December 16, 2022 at 8:00am and asked for the seats to be shampooed and added the Q tip deal. About 2.5 hrs later I see my car parked on the side but nobody told me anything so I wait about 15 minutes and finally ask the guy behind the counter if my car was done since I didn’t see anyone working on it and it has been sitting there and he went to ask and told me yes, he gave me my keys and I left, I noticed the plastic covering my seat but I thought it wasn’t completely dry which I thought it was normal but, when I get home and touched the seats they were soaking wet, I grabbed towels and dry as much as I could. I called the car wash and asked if this was normal and I was told “yes, because I don’t have a dryer but they should be dry within 3 hours”. I am writing this review on Saturday 16 at 11:00pm and my seats are still not completely dry and had the windows down most of the day since yesterday. Customer service was great and I believe the owner or manager, whoever the gentleman was did not charge me for cleaning the carpet and I truly appreciate it but it would have been great to inform me that they didn’t have a dryer and therefore my seats were going to be soaking wet. I’m giving 4 stars because I liked how they cleaned my car and customer service was good. Would I use this place again? Yes, when they get a dryer.

1st time here. As I'm waiting every customer before me is complaining about the car still being dirty. My car is finally pulled around the front with marks on the it that were not there. The manager comes over and apologizes but a lady who dries the cars has a horrible attitude about THEM MARKING MY CAR! NEVER AGAIN. FYI some are working in pajamas laughing and joking about the customers.

Took my car to be cleaned after moving a lot of plants. I had water stains on my car afterward that were never there. The lady tried to tell me they were already there. This is a lie. All windows are clear accept windows on passenger side. Then tells me after paying $54.99 plus tip $8.65 you will need to pay extra to removed them. Scam trying to get more money. I normally wash my own car, and my car stays in the garage. I asked them to remove without paying extra she said no. I asked to be refunded she said no. I will never go back or recommend.

Poor service, usually I tip at the end of the service after I am satisfied and these guys wanted tips upfront before they complete the job!!!! I did not tip and my $109.99 went down the drain. They refused to clean patches and said they can’t do it!!! Don’t go for premium service, maybe basic would have been better. They also broke the lever of the passenger side door!!!!

About a year ago, I was looking for a place to get my 2021 ram 3500 dually washed and I saw this place. I pulled in and spoke with the gentlemen letting him know. I just wanted to “knock the dust off“ exterior wash nothing special and could you give me a discounted price at all as I didn’t want a full service thing I just wanted to get the dust knocked off. So he said sure no problem he gave me about $10 off the regular price which at that time would be $40. They did such a good job. The next time I came in gladly gave them 50+ tip. They made it shine, and the wheels looked spectacular!

This place is 10/10 reference in excellent car clean services. I have known this place through my coworker and I’m thankful ever since. Got a semi- deep clean in my crossover and the car came out spotless l, again SPOTLESS! So clean that I didn’t even deserve to be in it. Excellent service, fast and precise customer service. They damaged my door panel. The damage was not present before it was in their care. Unfortunately there isn't a way for me to prove it. It's a imported vintage Mercedes so it's unlikely I will be able to find a replacement or import another panel. A repair will likely cost me a few hundred dollars to fill and repaint, but it won't ever be the same. The ladder on the back is now very loose after being in their care. I'm guessing someone tried climbing it to clean the roof instead of just using a normal step ladder. My leather seats, dashboard, panels, etc are super dry to the touch. They likely use a cheap all purpose cleaner/degreaser for every surface. At least it's not armorall greasy like my pedals. I went over the seats with leather conditioner when I got home. My pedals and rubber mats were sprayed with some greasy product. My foot kept sliding off the brake pedal. Super dangerous. I had to clean it when I got home. Damage aside, the wash itself is below average, especially for the cost. There are several spots where there is still dirt. Spots where old wax was that they didn't bother to clean off. My car wasn't even that dirty. I had to use quick detailer all over to finish their job. I only came here because they're open past 6 and cars and coffee is tomorrow morning. I would've been better off washing it myself. Expensive lesson learned. If you have anything nicer than a Hyundai, go somewhere else. Edit: I've uploaded screenshots of your response in case you edit it. I’m not surprised you won’t take any responsibility. You won’t even acknowledge the greasy spray all over my mats and pedals or the fact that the wash itself was subpar. What is there to “discuss” if your response is just to deny everything and basically call me a liar? It’s hard to refute the evidence of the poor wash I received — that alone is obvious. As for the damage and the ladder, I stand by my statements. Your staff caused the damage. To anyone reading their negative reviews, believe them wholly. Their responses to customers makes it absolutely clear they won’t take responsibility for anything, not even a poor wash 😂. If you value your car, you need to avoid this place.

I live in the neighborhood and have always been curious about this hand detailing spot. About a month ago, I finally decided to check them out, and I’m so glad I did! This is my second visit to this Black-owned car detailing business, and I give them a 10/10. They do an absolutely amazing job! I usually get “The Q-Tip” service, which is very reasonably priced at $40, and I’m in and out in about 30 minutes. They work efficiently while ensuring top-quality results. The entire staff has been incredibly kind, and today I had the pleasure of meeting the owner—he was personable, welcoming, and truly engaged with his customers. It’s clear that he takes great pride in his business, and it shows in the exceptional service they provide. The reviews speak for themselves—this is definitely the place to go if you want your car cleaned right!

Paid over $120 to clean my truck but I don’t know what they used on the tires to make them shiny; this thick greasy compound gets sprayed in the wheels well and all around it whenever driving and has stained the white paint which is now full of yellowish stains that don’t go away with anything as it seems this product has bonded with the paint; searching in the web this seems to be happening more frequently of what I thought ; 40 years washing cars in different part of the world, never had a similar problem! I only realized this when washing the car again after few weeks so no chance to prove it; that sticky thing is still everywhere on the side of the tire and I will have to remove it somehow to avoid further damages to the paintwork.

Never in my life had a tint job so bad and I’ve had all my cars tinted. So many little bubbles and scratches that the owner stated would go away in 7 days and there seems to be more small bubbles and scratches every time I inspect that aren’t getting any better with time ! Paid $280 cash for this job and will need to get it redone somewhere else it’s so bad. Always use credit card, won’t even go back to get it done for free it’s so bad. Such a horrible job and the pictures don’t do it justice so many bubbles for a ceramic tint job.

I just moved to the area so was looking for a new place to wash 2025 BMW X5…place seemed to have decent reviews (other options seemed worse). Upon arriving I ordered the Super Clean, but I was told I would need to pay +$20 because I had dog hair in car. Online it doesn’t state anything about paying extra for dog hair, when you arrive there is a “note” that says vehicles that have dog hair, muddy, lifted pay extra but doesn’t give price. Feel like this is based on their “discretion”. Knowing I have dogs I have dog hammocks in the back seat and front seats which I took out before I went…I clean those myself and so any dog hair left in vehicle would have been superficial. I was already there so just agreed to pay …just warning for future people. My old place didn’t care about a few dog hairs that were not captured by the hammocks. I get the vehicle back and things look good overall…but then you start noticing things. 1) my driver inside handle still had “gunk” 2) the center console still had dirt…I purposely cleaned out the center console of stuff which they would clean 3) this is my favorite, the steering wheel column cover was completely disengaged…how this happened I do not know. When I got into it the vehicle it was already started. I didn’t notice this until I got home when the steering wheel moved such I could get out. Now I have to go to BMW and get it put back together.
