Both my Audis were spotless after taking them to Black Label Auto!!! I highly recommend them to anybody looking for the best, not just above average. I have gone to other shops, and these guys blow away the others. They make "the other guys" look like it was just a car-wash. I wasn't planning on getting my windows tinted before I went there, but after seeing how the 3M Crystalline Series looks on a car while I was there, I'm strongly considering it now. It makes the windows looks like they have flip-flop colors that paint on the car does - Really cool!

I drive from Wisconsin Dells to get my car detailed here. I've been to other places, that never seemed to really take pride in what they did, or were just sketchy. This place has been consistent and quality everytime. I can't recommend them enough. This place has moral character that is few and far between in buissness practices these days. They found an expensive delicate necklace that I hadn't seen in a year. I'd thought was gone forever. I was crying on the way home, I was so grateful and happy. My car was so bad by the time I took my car in this time, I cringed to even drop it off, but the man was understanding as usual. No surprise charges due to it's state either. It was really bad, but when I picked it up, they had it looking like it did when I first bought it. It had just just been rained in because my moon roof was left open overnight in heavy rain. They got me in early the next day to extract the water, clean the filth from all our travels, especially travel soccer trips with 3 kids, living in the country, and they still found a necklace that was very sentimental to me. Thank you guys so much! Another time they found out where a smell was coming from, that no other place cared to figure out. They had taken the time to research online and figure out I had a mouse die in it and that my mechanic could get it out. They were right! Thank God. It was awful. I'd paid another place, but they just sprayed more unknown substance on it and left my floor wet for days, while the smell remained. I don't know any of you at BLA, but please know you guys are making a difference in the lives of overwhelmed busy mamas like myself. The price I've paid has always been affordable and MORE than fair for the hard work they put into what they do.

Great customer service. I was admittedly a little overly critical of the match between the factory tint on the rear windows and the color stable tint Black Label installed on the front. They didn't argue and worked with me on a solution. I am happy with the final result. I would recommend going with the ceramic tint. It's a little more expensive than the color stable, but the ceramic has a better/more neutral color.

Called around Madison for a decontamination wash - other shops either didn't know what it was or didn't offer it. Black Label was knowledgeable and got me in the same week. Super friendly staff. They focused on the exterior but noticed an interior smudge and fixed it at no charge. The car looked immaculate when I left! I called several other auto shops and detailers before deciding on Black Label Auto to get the windows on my Tesla Model Y tinted. While their prices were comparable to other places, they offered a superior product (3M) and customer service. They even got in me fairly quickly after I called them. I worked with Alex, who was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions up front (i.e., deciding on which 3M material to go with, which percentages would work/look best, etc.). Most importantly, he did a fantastic job on my car. I went with 3M Ceramic IR, 25% front, 70% rear (Model Y rear windows are stained/dyed from the factory, but offer no UV/heat rejection), and front windshield at 70%. I had to bring in my car a second time to finish the tint job due to an issue with some of their film being damaged, but they gave me a generous discount on my final bill in order to accommodate my having to make a second trip (again, really great customer service). Overall, I had a great experience with Alex and the Black Label Auto team. Highly recommended.

I’ve been coming to Black Label Auto for a monthly detail for a couple of years now and their work is amazing every single time. They work with you to help you find the right detail package, friendly staff, easy to get to location, and vehicle looks fantastic every visit!
