Us to take my car to a regular car wash then I was recommended by my cousin to call Dero@ Black Horse auto Detailing so I did and now I've been using Black Horse Auto detailing Dero makes it so easy for the client with working around our time comes out to ur place and spends so good time to keep the client satisfied. I had water stains on my car and since I've been using Black Horse Auto Detailing I don't get the water stains and my car is so smooth love the work he does. Thanks Dero for always making my car spotless and so clean. I highly recommend calling him for ur next car wash or detailing.

Excellent mobile detail service! Dero was communicative, responsive via text, and very detail-oriented with taking care of my car. Since I live in an apartment, he proactively scoped out a good spot on the street to work which saved me the mental load of figuring that out. He also gave me some tips on taking care of the paint generally which I appreciated. Overall, the car looks incredible and I couldn't be more pleased!

My experience with Black Horse Auto Detail was nothing short of amazing! Dero was great! I had an appointment set to get my car detailed while I was at the office He arrived on time, was prepared and so polite. He did an excellent job on my filthy car... I am not proud to admit that but must point it out because my car now looks and smells brand new ! just like when I first took it off the dealership lot. My car got a full detail including the bubble washing thing under the hood. I'm so elated! Strongly recommend Black Horse Auto Detail: 1) Dero is very organized, it's easy to make an appointment and he arrives on time; 2) his prices are comparable to others BUT the amount of time and attention he gives to each car is beyond compare; 3) he is a super nice and friendly guy and a pleasure to do business with. 4) my car looks absolutely fantastic! I booked this mobile detailer to come to my house for paint correction on the passenger side of my car, which had bad oxidation and looked dull and hazy. I was ready to pay good money for a full correction and protection. Dero showed up on time, inspected it carefully in my driveway, and immediately told me the truth: the clear coat was already too thin from previous polishing attempts. Any aggressive correction would risk burning through it completely, and even if he did the work, the results wouldn’t meet my expectations or justify the cost. Most people would have done the job anyway and cashed the check. Instead, he explained everything clearly, showed me the problem areas, and refused to take a dime for his time or the trip out. That kind of honesty and integrity is extremely rare. I will definitely be calling Dero first for any future detailing needs and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for unparalleled white glove treatment for your car!

The detailing done by Black Horse Auto Detail was absolutely fantastic! I took my car to the Grand Canyon with my wife and dog in a car packed to the brim, and when we returned I needed professional help to get my car shining again. The interior and exterior both look fantastic now, and he even removed a scratch that was on the side perfectly. The attention to detail and care that went into the work is incredible. Even though it was a hot day, he didn’t cut any corners or rush the process. I highly recommend Black Horse Auto Detail. This was the first detail I’ve had done in years and now it’s going to be a regular part of my car maintenance.

Highly recommend Black Horse for all your car detailing needs. Dero is fantastic, kind and incredibly great at what he does. He is truly meticulous with the work and will take his time. My Porsche looks brand new, and he got some tough scuffs out of the leather seats. He also kept it a buck about my concerns on some scratches, so he only recommends his honest POV. I can’t recommend Dero enough! I had an interior detail and odor treatment done after there was vomit in the side of my passenger’s seat, and he went above and beyond. He got deep into every crack and crevice I wouldn’t have even thought the smell lingered in and completely got rid of it. He was extremely honest and explained everything thoroughly before starting, which gave me peace of mind that the job would be done right. He even removed old stains that had been there for years, ones another detailer couldn’t get out. What really impressed me is how detailed he was with the small areas, like the seat tracks and rails under the seats (those metal bars). There was sand and crumbs stuck in there forever that no regular car wash vacuum could reach, and somehow he got every bit of it. I have a monthly car wash subscription and take pride in keeping my car clean, but Dero reached every spot I couldn’t. My car looks and smells brand new again. He’s professional, thorough, and clearly takes pride in what he does. If you want someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right, Dero is the one!

Dero is my Hero! The Owner, Dero, did an AMAZING JOB detailing my 2015 Ford Edge. OCD is not always a bad thing; With auto detailing, its a GREAT thing! He doesn't miss anything. He clearly LOVES his work and it shows. I'm embarrassed because I thought my car was basically a clean-ish car, until I saw what a "Dero Detailed" car looks like. It looks like he bought new tires. He cleaned things I never asked nor expected him to! DEFINITELY WORTH EVERY PENNY! AND, Dero is a super nice guy!
