Rude attendant woman just talking instead of working. When I paid and try to proceed a cne was blocking entrance she go cone got stuck under my car causing damage. She need to go!

I like this car wash please I like the more when it was $5 it's $8 now but hey time to changing pay 30 bucks for the whole month and you're good you got good service good customer service there people real nice you're in and you're out and got a clean car

I love this carwash! I have the top of the line monthly membership & I do feel like a VIP. The reason I feel like a VIP is Dennis, the carwash attendant. He treats me with respect & makes me feel like I matter. It is hard to find service like this at drive-thru carwashes & it's what keeps me subscribing to the membership. Big Wave is a clean carwash & I always see him maintaining the equipment. It's nice to have vacuums with great suction & no time limit. I've told my family & friends about Big Wave too. I just had to update this review. Today, while at Big Wave, my keys got locked in the car along with my wallet & phone. Dennis must have seen my distress & he walked over, offering to call AAA for me. He also kept on alert in case AAA phoned back, which they did. Between his helpful kindness & Larry's quickness from Hadley Tow I was in my car within 15 minutes. Just another example of great service.

From the first time I went to wash my car, Dennis took great care of me. He was surprised to hear me speak Spanish. and I told him that I am the son of a Mexican father and an Irish mother, I have a pass. VIP for my 2 cars and their attention is always kind. I would give it 1000 stars but they only have 5. Thanks Dennis.

Dennis was extremely helpful actually let me stay late to finish detailing my car while he did all of his chores to close up... then proceeded to explain to me all the things that he does to maintain that location and keep it running in Tip Top condition. He took a lot of pride in his work and it was great to see and appreciate his dedication to the job and taking care of all of us customers and especially that night staying late for me... big thumbs up and Thank You!

This place has earned my business for life! Affordable and extremely convenient to get in and out. The real reason we continue to come back and pay for a membership here is the 5-Star VIP service we get from Dennis. From the moment we pull in, he’s there to meet us with a smile and positive attitude. Dennis goes above and beyond to make sure we get the best of the best every time. Where to start. I always saw this place on my way to work. I finally decided to drive on in. The workers were very friendly and professional. After coming here a few times the manager Dennis convinced me to sign up for the manager special. He even gave me a preview of the difference in washes. As soon as he did that I was sold. He's always so happy and knows how to take care of his customers. Definitely gained a loyal customer

I have been looking for a great car wash for so long! Especially one with a great membership! And I have finally found it here at big wave Xpress car wash! All the employees are so awesome! And Dennis the manager is always so helpful and goes above and beyond for the customers every single day and every single time I see him! There is not one day where Dennis is not going above and beyond! I highly recommend getting the membership because not only is it a great price it is so worth it! Other memberships elsewhere are way more expensive, this is the one that I have found that is the best price!! I will continue to tell my friends and family about this place it’s a keeper!!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the subscription service provided by your company. Despite my attempts to cancel the subscription, I was recently charged an additional $30 fee. This charge has caused significant inconvenience as I am currently on disability due to a work-related injury and rely on my vehicle to attend medical appointments. Furthermore, I have observed that the car wash service at your Whittier site does not provide tire polishing or hot wax, despite these services being included in the subscription package. However, when I have paid the individual $15 fee, these services have been performed satisfactorily. I am deeply disappointed with the quality of service provided by your company and will be contacting my bank to dispute the recent $30 charge. THIS IS NOT THE CURRENT BUSINESS. CURRENT OWNER IS HIDING HIS TERRIBLE BUSINESS BEHIND THESE REVIEWS. Take a second to look at the other place on Google maps at the same location. I’m posting g the same review I left there here: DO NOT GO HERE If I could leave negative stars I would. Their machine broke my car and they’re refusing to pay for the repair. Their machine ripped the antenna cover off of the top of my car. Not only that- I was referred to the owner who quite literally ignored me. They handed me the phone and he ignored me. When I called the owner’s number I was given I was sent to voicemail and ignored and have not received a call back from my vm. I’m in utter shock at the atrocious customer service. I was told that their machines rip parts off of cars all the time. To add insult to injury- my car is still dirty. This $10 car wash is going to cost me more than $500+. Be aware and DO NOT GO HERE.

As far as the wash I paid 13 $ and would think for the gold wash they would at least give out a dry cloth to handle the after wash. On top of that the vacuum nearest to the exit was not working . I get that business involves customers. But if you can't even make sure all your vacuums are working and are unclogged is super unacceptable. Money comes like water . Keep up with maintenance as needed people pay for service and quality. Definitely needs some improvement.

Half washed… very bummed. Been going here for years. Today, the machine didn’t work right away when I went through. The rotating equipment didn’t start moving until I was 1/3 of the way through. No soap…The water sprayers didn’t come on until half and the tire sprayers never came on. When I pulled out, I told the owner what happened, fully expecting him to have me go through again. He said the $10 wash doesn’t use much soap and dismissed it. My tires weren’t even wet and the back of my car showed the lines through the dust of the wipers with no water. He lost my business. After going there for years, I would have thought I would have received better customer service. (It seemed to work on the next car- I paid attention- just a glitch I guess, but the poor customer service was unmistakable.)

This is the only car wash I take my car to. A couple years ago the manager talked me into getting a membership. I had it for a few months but canceled it because I'm poor, but I left the membership sticker on my windshield. Just last week as I drove up, the employee who was helping me purchase my car wash attempted to sign me back up for the membership without even bothering to ask me if I wanted to! That would have been $30 a month taken out of my bank account without my consent. I stopped him but that wasn't cool. This is the only issue I've had since I've been taking my car here but I felt it was important enough to bring to the owner's attention.

Pay for $15 for a Car Wash for me and my wife saw a $30 total. It said that it cleaned the wheels and shine the tires. There’s no tire shine on there and the wheels are extremely dirty. I understand the car wash might not be able to takeoff all the dirt off the vehicle I completely understand that but don’t offer something and make people pay for it that you guys are not gonna do.

This used to be a great carwash when it opened. Now the car washing equipment doesn't work properly. Some of the equipment is covered with cheap trash bags so they won't scratch, but still they scratch. Sometimes the workers guide you into tracks incorrectly and that cause the track to get jammed from tires causing vehicle to jump around ruining alignment. Ofcourse they final exit of the wash drying fan system barely works. They spaces to park vacuumed and dry all have extremely tight area to dry and vacuum vehicles. Very small compared to the new car washes. The Air pressure hoses are broken and spit out water, which diminishes its effectiveness and purpose. The hoses they are attached to simply need to be replaced with the valves. The hoses are replaced on site by their employees. The dry hoses are all different sizes, some very small with no reach and spit out air and water with pressure. I asked the employees why are they cutting corners by modifying old broken equipment. Worker replied, the owners Daughter is running it now and she doesn't like spending money on repairs. Not renewing my membership. The new car wash on Whittier blvd/ Hacienda near On n Out is amazing. Clean wash, complementary tools, and huge drying slots to really get the job done. Great for big trucks. Plenty of room and well mainted, unlike Big- Wave.

Manager, Long Locations, Whittier and Anaheim Subject, paint damage. I was recently at the big wave Express Car Wash in the city of Whittier with my lexus. After having a full paint correction and ceramic coat done on the vehicle a few weeks later it rained. Two weeks after the rain I brought it to the car wash. Upon bringing it through the car wash attendant spray the front end of the vehicle with the hose as there is no water or soap coming down from the first part of the machine. With the bristles of the machine scraping down the side of my car and the roof was pushing the dirt particles further into my paint. The back end of the car received absolutely no water. Was it until the very last rent station that water was coming out about 50% of what it normally does. Upon exiting out through the car wash bay I got out to inspect the vehicle noticing all the spider webbing lines and swirls from the machine. The car wash attendant said they had the machine fixed and if I can run it through one more time and it should get rid of the swirls. Knowing that was not going to help I did it anyways just to say I did it in case it needs to go further. Upon exiting the car wash bay once more all the swirls and spider web lines were more pronounced with the rest of the dirt off the car except the back end. Speaking with the car wash attendant he gave me the number for the office where I immediately place a call. They suggested I go to the Anaheim location where they will give me a Polish at no charge and that will take the lines out. Knowing that was not going to do the job and needed a buff I wanted to go through their process so I could tell them I have exhausted all their resources. Going to the Anaheim location the car wash bay was operating as it should. My car went into a machine polisher with the same style bristles that wash your car in the bay. Upon pulling my car out of the polishing area and bring it into the sunlight all the spider web lines and swirls are still in the paint. I called the phone number for the office where they told me I would need to speak to a manager and they were unavailable. I did spend the next several days trying to be in contact with a manager but they would either hang up on me or not answer. 1-21-26 12:38pm I was finally able to get through to somebody at the office after I made my phone number private. The manager who came on was named LONG. I told him about the experience where he told me that I was wrong and lying. He said the Polish was a courtesy and he should not even have done that for me. I told him that the only water that came down at the beginning of the car wash was from the attendant where he again called me a liar. I told him I was reaching out one more time to try to make this right. The manager told me I am no longer welcome at their car washes and hung up on me. Unfortunately now I have to get receipts and file in small claims court. Please view the video.
