Great car wash on Whittier blvd and fwy 605...great customer service...I had been client for 2 years now...clerks in the gas station and attendants in car wash had been patient to make the corrections for the monthly pass and keep running the system.

I paid for the most expensive wash because I really wanted the car to look its best. When I got to the vacuum area and looked at the outside, it was obvious the brushes had not even TOUCHED the trunk lid. It was still dirty, and there were little spots of dirt left that came right off with my fingernail with one push. If the brushes had even touched that area at all the spots of dirt would have been gone. I showed it to the attendant who could not speak English (and my Spanish is poor at best). All he did was take a rag and wipe a few of the spots off. Never offered a rewash, etc. So had I to buy a rag and a bottle of water to wet it, and spent the next 15 minutes wiping the spots off. When you pay $16, plus $4 for the rag and bottle of water!, you don’t expect to have to do the wash yourself! I will NOT be back.

After I try to vacuum my car the machine didn't work properly. So I told the guy in charge. He verified this. So I move to a different vacuum and star all over again. After some time the same guy told me that I am not allowed to be more than 5 minutes and kicked me.out. Never again I am gonna use this service very disappointing 😞

I purchased a car wash during a road trip through Southern California at 7:15 pm on a Sunday and when I tried to use my car wash was informed that they closed at 7 and I could not access the car wash but was free to return within 90 days. When I informed both the cashier and car wash attendant that I don’t live in the area and cannot return they told me “too bad”. Their hours were not posted when buying a car wash/gas from the gas station. Do not waste your time with this place if you do not live in the area. Since we can’t use it - our code was 54131 for anyone who can use it.

Consumer beware! This business establishment is the worst place to get your vehicle washed. They will not take any responsibility for damages they themselves could have avoided. The attendants are underpaid, under trained, and underappreciated. Their morale shows in the work they do. Just recently I went for my usual cash wash. The vehicle I drive is an SUV with a roof rack. Even though, their policy is that the washing equipment may damage it, they are fully aware to take precaution when a vehicle with racks goes through the system. Someone always stands by the end of the conveyor drive to make sure the arm mechanism does not get entangled with the roof racks. So, you expect someone to be there to handle the arm as you finish the drying process. Full disclosure, I’ve been patronizing this business for years. I’ve lived in Whittier for more than 17 years and I’ve always used their cash was for the convenience, and friendliness when I’m on my way to work. This time no one cared to take the responsibility to meet me at the end of the wash, and the drying arm got entangled with my roof rack, ripping it off from the roof of my car. As a paying customer trapped inside your vehicle you would expect for the attendant to be there and help guard against any possible damage. So, when I approached them to complain about the damages caused to my roof racks, they all pointed to the sign that reads they that are not responsible for damages! So, if they know this issue occurs to vehicles equipped with roof racks you would expect one of two things to happen. One, someone would meet you at the end of the conveyor to stop the arm from ripping off your roof racks. Or two, if no one is available to meet you at the end of the wash that you would not be allowed to go through the car wash due to possible damages. I will never, ever, set foot at this carwash, after all the years of patronizing this establishment that it would have to come to this! So, if you are like me and you’ve never had any issues with their service, remember this, all those smiles, cheerfulness, and friendliness when you purchase your car wash will disappear once your vehicle has suffered damages caused by their carelessness and ineptitude.

I used to like this place until recently. Their equipment isn't maintained. The roller that dries your car at the end of the wash tunnel spins but doesn't go down to make contact with your car. That or the brush on the right side doesn't make contact with your car. The air nozzles are usually broken so you get more air coming out the side of it than shooting out the tip. 😂 Anyways, the vacuums are clogged and so on. Today was the last day I go there. Don't care if I have to pay more, just want my car cleaned for the price I'm paying. Stay away!

I used to go to this place all the time. Convenient, sit in your car, $14 for a wash/blow dry and drive away. The last 3 or 4 times I've gone the wash wasn't fully functional with the right side rotating cloth friction wash not working. Also, you can no longer pay by credit card at the gate entry and either have to go inside and pay, or pay with cash then go inside and get your change. Now I'm looking for another place to go.

It's very convenient. Prices are typical but their machine works so far every time. Some places keep running even tho some rollers don't work (which is BS) but so far this place is pretty spot on. Good maintenance I'm guessing. And, when you get Gold or higher, they give you a microphone fiber towel to wipe your car down. No other place I've been to does that. Great place. Try it, you'll like it.

This place went from good to the worst place where you can wash your vehicle. You can't pay at either of the two pay stations. You have to honk for the attendant who is just wandering around, and you have to physically walk to him to ask to pay. Very slowly and lazy, the attendant directs you and barely brushes your vehicle. The air blowers do not work, and your vehicle is not properly washed.

I've been coming here for years the machine to pay for a car wash has been broken forever customer services excellent myself and my husband usually tip the guys for the excellent customer service owner these two older men deserve a raise they've been here for many yrs owner definitely needs to update so the cars can be washed properly including air-dry usually the car at the end it's completely wet so I usually do have to drive the car on my windows
