I have four vehicles so one day over the summer. I went to go wash all four of them at your car wash four months later you’re still charging me for all four cars and I don’t go to you anymore. This place will charge your credit card on a continuous basis until you do something about it and when I called the corporate office I get a message machine. This is the second time I called the corporate office and I get no response, literally taking 160+ this last several month and I’m frustrated. I will never go here again. I guess we have to take legal action to get this stopped

Paid for the $10 wash plus the $4 interior add on of a dash wipe and an air freshener. I was not given anything for the add on, so I paid $14 for a $10 wash. If those items were not available I was not informed. My car came out cleaner than it went in, but that’s the expected outcome from visiting a car wash. However, with the water spots all over my car (after going through the blowers and the shammy rollers and driving around on a hot day) it looks like I drive through sprinklers for the same effect. Two stars because the car definitely got washed—just kinda badly and I didn’t get what I paid for.

The cars come out really clean. And the vacuums work really well. If you get the top wash you get a bag with windshield cleaner, armoral for the dash, air freshener and a microfiber towel.

I am upset with the service here. I paid for what I thought was going to the be the best wash my car was going to receive. Instead, my car came out still looking dirty. On top of that it got scratched. Never again coming to this car wash.

This place sucks! It’s says it opens at 7am and they haven’t open the damn gates like come on now they are barely installing the hoses and putting in the bags when they should be arriving a little earlier to do all that this is Unacceptable I’ve been waiting here for 20 minutes. It’s insane. Will be taking my business somewhere else besides there vacuums suck big time but since it’s closer to home is the only reason why I come here but forget all that rather drive 10 min away to find something better!

This place damaged my grandmother's vehicle and refused to respond to her calls. The manager looked at the video and admitted it was their fault and not my grandmother. She was forced to go through her insurance, which in return charged her $500 deductible and raised her payment.

The car wash is always breaking down, and when it is working my car still comes out really dirty still. Some of the air hoses don't work right and some vacuum hoses have low vacuum suction.

Very good wash. Plenty of vacuums. But 7:00 opening time is actually more like 7:30

It's okay for a quick wash but my car still was not clean enough after the wash. I loved the vacuums. They are very powerful.

Great car wash! Although it’s located in the middle of an industrial park, the layout and flow works quite nicely. You can tell there’s a pride of ownership here and all the employees are helpful and pleasant. The wash is state of the art and the vacuums are awesome! For all those people that like all the fine details they even have compressed air so that you can remove the water from your windows and trim. They used a lot of care when they designed this car wash and all the lights and phone are very entertaining for the kids. Whether you want to pull over to one of the vacuums to spruce up your interior and hit all the little water spots with a towel or just drive off, it doesn’t matter because your car will dry spot free. “Steve says” - give this place a try, it might be your new favorite car wash!

Wish I didn't pay for the max offer. Not bad but my car needs to go in again as the front and back weren't really touched. Plenty of vacuuming stations to use, which I like.

Their “Corporate” is nothing but a scam. I’ve been a member since 2019, when they first opened— you would think they would take care of you right? Instead I was given the around for two months. After 6 years of coming to this carwash, the top brush at the very end broke off my second luggage rack. I was told to make a report with corporate as well as the gentleman who was there. Apparently they can’t do anything at the physical location because everything needs approval by their owner Shannon and employee Trish. I spoke to Trish the day of the incident, friendly, said she’d get back to me after gathering information from the employees at carwash. I hadn’t hear back, Slows the next week. No answer, after about calling for 20 minutes straight, Shannon now answered and said Trish was out of office, she’s the one I need to speak to, would relay the message to call me back. I try calling again for the next month, literally spend the first 30 minutes/hour after dropping off my kids to call corporate. I finally got an answer by calling blocked, she told me she just spoke to the manager from the physical carwash location, he’d be in about 5 minutes and can gather the video footage for her she would call back. I told her no, I keep being told I would get a call back when I hear back from no one. Mind you, this is after going into the carwash in person asking for their manager and if they have been able to send the video footage to corporate. They all said they had not heard from corporate, soo very frustrating and unprofessional. These two ladies now begin to ignore my phone calls, I am calling non stop for 20 minutes and they answer put me on right away and just precede to hang up on me after a couple of minutes. All I’m asking for is that they replace my luggage. I was finally able to meet with the manager at the physical carwash, after two months of them just plainly ignoring me, he proceeds to say it’s the first he’s heard of my incident. His hands are basically tied because Shannon, the owner and Trish, her employee, are the ones who take care of the accounts from their office in the valley. All he could do was send an email on my behalf with details of the incident, acknowledging their fault the brush broke my rack, and still no response (I was attached to email). You would think customer care would mean a great deal to this company but all they care about is your money. Such a scam. Please take your membership elsewhere, where there is no “corporate” and management is actually the location of service. They still won’t get back to me and it’s been over two months.

I have been a loyal customer of this car wash for over two years and currently hold a Simonize Shield Club membership due to the convenience of the location. While my experience is typically positive when the wash operates automatically, I have noticed a recurring issue when a specific staff member (an older gentleman) is stationed at the bay. On multiple occasions, the wash cycle has been interrupted or shortened, resulting in an incomplete cleaning. Most recently, including today, my car did not receive a full brushing, the liquid wax was bypassed, and the drying cloth stopped at the hood rather than continuing over the windshield. This lack of consistency is disappointing for a club member. I am bringing this to management’s attention in hopes that you can address these operational discrepancies and ensure all staff members are allowing the machines to complete their full programmed cycles.

Oh boy, what a dud. I've been coming to this car wash for several years, I haven't been going lately because of illness, however I went for a wash today and thoughtI I hit a lucky hour to come in because only a couple of cars were in the vacuum bay(2/4/26). I entered the pay bay and immediately noticed the price of a basic wash went from $8 to $10. Then I saw that they changed the name from "Basic Wash," to "Wash and Run, and in the back of my mind I was wondering why. Now I first noticed maybe a year ago that the sparce workforce would spray down the driver side of the car with a cleaning solution (why just one side?) before the car entered the wash segment, then they stopped doing that altogether, but I thought it was okay because the rest of the experience was kinda fun. They offered air nozzles at each bay to blow off the excess water. They had 5 gallon buckets with clean rags inside for the customers to use. They even had Armour All for tires ...all for $8, and the business seemed thriving. Today after exiting the wash bay I pulled into a vacuum stall and noticed they removed all of the air compressors, and all of the rags and buckets, and even seems like they lowered the suction of the vacuums, that's when I realized why there were few customers cleaning their rides. I won't come anymore. If they're gonna perhaps file for bankruptcy because of their presumed failure to manage the business properly then they ought to do it as soon as possible and stop ripping off customers with their reduced amenities program. Besides, you can get the same kind of service that Expres Wash now offers just by going to your neighborhood gas station car wash, and pay only $6 for the same thing. I'm not going to Express anymore, and it has nothing to do with the new rate increase, it is simply about the quality of service that I expect. (For the owner - 2/4/26) Thank you for your recent response. It really shows that you care. I wish you the very best, and maybe at some point I can return as a customer.

I’ve been a member for about a year and been coming here for a few years mainly to wash my business vehicle on a weekly basis, but not sure what happened with management because the wash is in decline with the lack of maintenance and upkeep. The actual car wash probably needs some maintenance because there’s different things that are always not working so you don’t get a full wash. Also they stop giving the towels and other cleaning supplies even though I pay the highest rate. Finally, I know there’s people that has to stay there and guide you and set it up, but you figured they’d at least have someone go around and clean up and do maintenance on a regular basis. The vacuum areas are slowly breaking down and it’s always dirty. I think people who clean their cars are disrespectful and just throw stuff out of their cars instead of putting in the trashcan. Too bad since it used to be pretty good when they’d actually take care of it a few years ago. I’ll probably start my monthly membership somewhere else.
