Drive by this place everyday on the way to work and finally gave it a try and the quality is way better than the drive through carwash I used to use. Got the monthly unlimited brilliant plan and very happy with it since it's such a great value. Great customer service and love the retro look of the place! They have a promo right now were the first month is only $18.

I'm very disappointed with this place. A month ago, I went to wash my car like I always do—I've never had any issues before! When I went to pay at the kiosk, the guy working there didn’t let me make the payment myself. He inserted my card and completed the transaction for me. He asked for my phone number and typed it into the screen, something I had never been asked to do before. To my surprise, I later received a notification from my bank that I had been charged for a monthly subscription—something I never wanted or agreed to! These people signed me up for a membership plan that I never authorized. Now, I'm trying everything I can to cancel the membership, and there is no way to get in touch with anyone for help. I went to the car wash yesterday, and the girl working there just handed me a pamphlet and told me to do it online. Today I visited the website, and it's a complete mess—it doesn’t give you the option to contact anyone for assistance and asks for information I never provided. I hope someone takes responsibility and contacts me immediately to issue a refund!

Very helpful at the check in the young lady. She helped me scan my code and then the other young lady she double taped the back of my wiper which I'm happy because in the past my windshield wiper would pop out. So this time it was a good experience.

Place is nice, people were kind, car wash wasn’t worth it. 12 bucks for a “basic” wash and it didn’t even remove your “basic “ bird shid. Pics are taken right after the wash. Guess it’s always been “if you want it done right…” I was trying to save time, now I still have to hand wash my car. All in all, way too pricey for the result. Pay and spray woulda been cheaper and better. Live and learn, First and last lol

This place messed up our car and when we told them they said they will take care of it and later called us and said we have to go through our insurance. Do not trust this place with your car and do not give these owners who have no ethics/ customer service your business. The managers are awful and we will never use this place again.

If I could give 3.5 Stars I would. Not busy. For a drive through it was ok. I wish they had a bit more aggressive cleaning with the roller rags but in all honesty on par with similar facilities.

I have a Thule cargo box and have visited this car wash multiple times. I'm very careful which car wash facilities I use bcs of the cargo box. My past visits, I've never had a problem and have never been told I could not use the car wash due to my cargo box. However, recently I visited the car wash and my cargo box was ripped off my car and totaled. The employee present at the time stated she had turned off the top rollers to account for the box, but she had not. I filed a report and spoke with the manager and they were unwilling to compensate me for the loss of my cargo box. He stated that their car wash is equipped with sensors to accommodate such items, which obviously failed. I'm not asking for anything extraordinary, just simply for the company to compensate me for the loss of my cargo box. Their facility needs to be better at warning customers of the risks and they should not have allowed me to visit the wash multiple times knowing their car wash isn't compatible with such car accessories. Their warnings state they are not liable for aftermarket accessories but there are no warnings stating cargo boxes or other aftermarket accessories are not compatible with the wash. I can understand minor damage occurring, but the cargo box was completely ripped off my car. I would highly discourage anyone from using this car wash facility, as they are unwilling to take any responsibility for damage caused by their facility. Again, I have visited this facility multiple times and expected the company to take more responsibility. If this still goes unresolved then I'm willing to take them to small claims.

UPDATE: You are misrepresenting the facts! There was no email exchange between us. Regardless of vehicle mode, this accident would not have happened if your tunnel had been properly monitored and the safety system operated correctly, so please do not shift the responsibility to the customer. TERRIBLE PLACE This was a very stressful experience, and the lack of safety procedures and customer care is disappointing. I cannot recommend this place. My Tesla unexpectedly stopped inside the conveyor tunnel, and for about one minute the car wash did nothing. The conveyor kept running, no one pressed the emergency stop, and no staff checked the monitor or intervened at all. Because the tunnel was not supervised, the car behind me was allowed to enter and hit my vehicle multiple times. Even if my car stopped on its own, it should never have been left unattended for that long. One minute feels extremely long in an emergency, and this accident would not have happened if the staff had simply stopped the system. When I asked about the incident, the staff insisted it was my fault because the brake lights were on, completely ignoring that modern vehicles activate brake lights automatically when safety systems engage. They were uncooperative and refused to review the situation properly. This car wash is irresponsible, unsafe, and unwilling to take accountability. I do not recommend this place. Absolutely the worst and most unsafe car wash experience I have ever had.

Free promo car wash was excellent! Left my black car shiny with almost no excess smudges on the paint. Free vacuums are hit or miss with suction, though. I'll definitely go back for a wash next time I'm in the area.

tried their free car wash service. staff was nice and friendly but the wash itself wasn’t up to my expectations. there were still a lot of yellow spots and the entire rear end was still dirty. they do give you a free micro fiber towel but it’s too small to wipe off all the dirty spots and dry off. can’t really complain since it was free but i wouldn’t be happy with the results had i had to pay.

been here once before, got a basic car wash and no problems. came a second time, got a brilliant car wash and it damaged my car. weird thing is that the whole conveyor belt stopped when this happened, not sure what happened. also some parking spots for the drying/vacuum portion are right in front of the car wash and it gets your car a bit wet constantly until you drive off.
