Large selection of cheaply priced health food and products. Quality furniture that can be financed. Blankets, rugs, household items, toys, food, large selection of all. Decent prices/cheap. Wide variety of snack foods and coffees. Like a Fred's but larger selection and most better quality.

This is a great place to go when you want to avoid the people of Walmart. They sell a little of everything. Recently, I've noticed a lot more low carb and keto friendly ingredients and options. I appreciate it!

No price tag on item. Didn't make effort to find out so I didn't purchase it. Asked if I was in rewards program and I said yes but she rang up sale without it!!!! Did not offer to make it right. I left unhappy with cashier😠

Don't really shop here a lot but they do have some stuff it's a good deal. Pretty cheap furniture I was shocked to see it nice quality cheap furniture. Also good deals on toys not paying the supermarket price like Walmart my daughter likes to go in here and just look around

I have been looking all over for a thick welcome mat (one that can handle weathering and heavy boots) and as I'm just looking around, I see a halloween/fall mat that is super thick and absolutely adorable. Found a few other things I had been looking for as well.

Great customer service, okay assortment of goods. Just a very busy time of the year to be shopping. Could have had a person keeping the shelves more straightened. But that's bad customers and children messing the shelves up. God bless

Maybe someone can help me understand why your stores will not sell floor model furniture. I went to your store and found a very nice recliner with a very nice price. I ask since there were none in the back and they did not know if they would ever get anymore if I could purchase the floor model. The response was “NO “ because corporate said they could not. This makes very little sense to me, simply because they said they didn’t know if anymore would ever be shipped. Well... then why can’t you sale the floor model is the question? Not good customer service. I guess that chair will never be sold and make people shop for things that are not or will not ever be sold! False advertising to me!!

Reminds me of a glorified Dollar General. Lol. Good products for good prices. Their furniture is actually really good quality for fair prices. Bought a sectional sofa from here 5 years ago and it's still in decent condition! Also bought a bedroom set. The bed frame lasted 4 years before it finally broke but I still have the dressers and mattress after 5 years.

Bought furniture through their lease program. Applying and approval was simple. Store employees were ok, not overly helpful, but not rude either. They had no stock, and we wound up not even getting what we wanted to get in the first place. We were prepared to spend over $1000, but since they had nothing in stock, we only spent $400. We will probably shop a different location next time, and see if that helps.

After contacting two other Big Lots in regards to a mattress with no help and not so nice employees, I reached out to the Longview location. Immediately I was connected with Jenny and she went out of her way to check on a item and what the easiest way to purchase would be since we are not local! She was so nice I wish I could of hugged her through the phone! She deserves recognition and I hope she is given Just that!

Hadn't been there in a while. Was pleasantly surprised how clean and well organized the store was. Cashiers were super friendly and engaging. There was a large selection of Christmas and seasonal items. Prices were very reasonable as usual.

I was trapped in here because of a 🌪 outbreak and the staff did a great job of making sure the customers were escorted to the safest place in the store. They even passed out refreshments and gave us weather updates on where the tornadoes were touching down. Thanks, everyone at big lots for keeping others safety in mind.👏🏻

The staff was nice and helpful, but most of their furniture has horrible reviews online. Make sure you check the reviews before buying. I almost bought this before I looked online and saw it had mostly one star reviews.
