Manager is not really friendly at all. Had to call regional and spoke to someone named (Conrad) just to see if the patio chairs I wanted came in a pack of 6 or 4. The manager had no idea. Drove to Haines City to get them. Terrible store.

This store was a mess. However, they might be recovering from Black Friday, 2023. The employees were very helpful and friendly. When checking out, a line quickly formed behind me. Additional registers were opened right away.

Bad customer service, all they do is stand and talk don’t wanna help as if we’re standing there for nothing. Horrible workers, not doing there job and also I would not recommend anybody here to shop, EVER!!

Says store is closing. the store is a mess (reasonably understandable). However, the amount of discount for most items is only 10% to 20% (from regular price). Christmas is 50%. By this point, it should be much more. It's not worth it.

I am very happy with my shopping today. My husband and I wanted to buy a cone🎄 tree. The only one available was the display one. We asked if we could have that one, and the cashier said yes. Buyer beware! I recently purchased a recliner online. It was delivered fast and no problem. However, less that two week the recliner was hurting my back. I called the store to see if I can return it. They said yes as long it's within 30 days, receipt, and most importantly the original box/packaging. Well I planned on keeping it so I threw away the box. They do not make any exceptions, without the box no return. I called customer service and they said the same thing. Unbelievable the quality of this recliner and policy.**** Update: A store manager finally contacted me and stated that the return policy told was not accurate. I was able to return the recliner.

Beware to those who buy furniture here. I bought a dresser and when we got it home and tried to move it from the truck, the top came off!!! The screws weren't long enough, and the wood was falling apart!!!! Cheap, cheap, cheap!!! The mattresses look good there, but they are also cheap. I'm upset I spent almost $800.00 there for a twin bed mattress, a metal bed frame, and a dresser. I would've gotten a higher quality from goodwill. The people there are helpful and friendly, but the quality is crap.

Great store always something I find good here. And love the vintage zayre store interior. It's awesome you keep this store nice and clean and well stocked and friendly staff. This is one of my favorite locations. Prayers going up that the new buyer I read on 12 24 buys the company and keeps this store open. It's to good to loose. Keep up the good work.

Always liked Big Lots. All employees are very friendly and always great you. Love the prices and they have a lot of speciality foods. I'm planning to purchase mattress set with their financing. It is easy to apply for even if your credit is fair. $49 upfront and you take it home right then and there. I purchased a 4 foot pre lit white Christmas tree, plaid bow and gold and red ornaments all for $20.

We were on our way to amphitheater and needed low profile beach chairs as they are only allowed on lawn. This place did not disappoint. I accidentally ordered one of the chairs from another store for pickup- the manager helped me straighten things up and I got both chairs below 20 dollars! Now I have 2 beach chairs for another upcoming date at the amphitheater

We went there searching for furniture changes to downsize & reorganize. We looked around, tried the chairs and waited for assistance from a salesperson. Finally a young man came from the back and we started peppering him with questions; however the MANAGER called him away to do something else. No apology & no one else to help us. We waited a bit & took pictures of a few contenders hoping to get further assistance. The manager finally came back over and spoke to us from across the room in a condescending way about the current sale & financing. We were actually considering purchasing the item & having it delivered. Well those plans changed quickly & we made a vow to never purchase from them again. Sad thing is we bought a recliner from them several months ... maybe a year prior to this and it was a totally different experience.

Big lots a place that you can get good deals and a bit of everything they have a small grocery area they have a furniture area they have beds sofas living room tables rugs they have all kinds of bathroom accessories throw pillows appliances small appliances like toasters blenders coffee makers pots and pans silverware they have curtains bathroom accessories curtains decorations they have also for your patio they have patio furniture patio tents they have a swing for your patio they have dog treats clothing shoes or you probably have been to a big lot before so you know all this stuff but this is where my adventure took me today and this is Johnny with adventures with the Riveras moving on to my next adventure. This place has so many DEALS!!! Is Big Lots going out of business? Anyway, the store wasn't packed at all. Probably not more than 10 people in the entire store, including employees (maybe). I guess people don't often buy gift cards for their mother's from Big Lots; the workers took a while to figure out a $15 purchase when my lil bro tried buying a card. However, they got the job done!
