Customer service is great! The people that work there are very nice and surprisingly enough the employees actually are very knowledgeable of where products are located. When i get good customer service iam very happy about it. Most of the time i feel like ive been emotionly raped due to horriable customer service. Ive pretty much concluded customer service is a thing of the past. So when i recieve good service its a guarantee I'll be back!!!!

We went in to buy a mattress, just to upgrade (our second one from this store). It was an easy process as always. As we left the store the box spring fell out of our truck. As my husband was standing on the side of the road to grab it someone ran over it. I called big lots to explain what happened, not expecting them to be able to do anything, they told us to bring it back. They didn’t have to do that and we are so thankful they did. They didn’t even hesitate. Wonderful customer service as always! Thank you!

I love going in Big Lots I get good deals and odd things you can't get from other places I like buying the the body Wash and you can get reasonable prices on gifts for someone's house warming, some of the employees are friendly. The fruit in the glass jars are mmmmmm. It use a little more TLC.

Big Lots feels like a lower quality version of Hobby Lobby. Not the best selection, but the candles are nice. I like the list of snacks they have. Decent prices.

Our new couches are awesome. Unfortunately, they are still at the store. Same day delivery was offered and paid for over two weeks ago and three scheduled 12 hour delivery windows later we still have an empty living room. The corporate response? Go pick it up yourself. If thats the thing, don't offer delivery. Definitely don't post it all over as same day delivery.

This is my least favorite Big Lots store. The staff are unfriendly and rude! This isn't just a once or twice experience for me either. It's every time I go there. Now, if Big Lots has anything I want, I will either shop online or drive to Crawfordsville where they actually treat you like a valued customer.

Great selections!!! Picked up a patio set for under$150, couldn't beat that deal! I purchased pillows, curtains, candles & a few things for my house. Loved everything they had & everything I purchased was $150...Employees were also so nice & helpful. Going back 4 sure!!!

Terrible service rude cashier at checkout by back entrance. Asked about promotional items said had no clue.found on my own after 2nd employee also walked right by and ignored. when checking out was charged wrong price when cashier informed was wrong told him had ad right here and showed to him asked to speak to Mgr at which point was informed he was tired of you people and he wasn't checking me out. Went and spoke with Manager who accused me of lying when I said her employee was rude and threatening.left without buying anything

Didn't think there was anything that could make me come in here less, but intentionally blocking a fire exit with carts certainly did it because you don't have somebody on that register is illegal. I'm reporting to the fire marshall.

Hadn't been in this location for a long time, pleasantly surprised. Store was neat clean and tidy. One of the sales associates was so helpful for me, can't remember her name, sorry, but she was wonderful. Will definitely be back

The staff was helpful. The prices were reasonable. The store was clean and well-organized. What more could you ask for? Update: I hadn't been there in a few years. I think our local store is struggling. The whole place had less inventory than they used to.

I'm not sure I understand the point of this store. I thought it was supposed to be heavily discounted items but a lot of the prices I saw were just as if not more expensive than the same items at Walmart. Points for the store being somewhat clean and organized, though.

The prices are great, the inventory is always changing but in a good way, the staff is unimpressive, but I love it anyway. Will keep coming back to get items for less than almost anywhere else, and see what's new. Keep doing what you're doing. We're fans. Edit..... the rest rooms are very large but have gotten filthy over the years. Very minimal cleaning is being done and zero maintenance. It's a shame because the rest of the store is great.
