Did a good job with a wax included a couple of weeks ago. Yesterday had it washed, noticed 3 people wiping it down using towels that went from dirty door jams to the body. Sure enough son in law noticed scratches on the hood, I had told the counter guy b4 I left this could happen but I didn't see it before I left. Vacumn job was average at best, and I paid for the Xtra Clean!! Came here because SUV is brand new, I called they cannot remove scratches!! Black color will show, all they said was Sorry?? Really, beware of this place.

I called Best Hand on a Saturday morning and asked if they could squeeze me in for a full detail and interior shampoo. They were very accommodating even though I needed my car back by 1pm and I dropped it off at 9:30! My car was VERY dirty - I've been hauling pets, building materials, and driving down dusty roads for years without a good clean. They did an extremely thorough job vacuuming and even got ALL of the pet hair out of my car, even under the fold down seats. I also asked for a wash and wax, and my car was shining like it was brand new again. It hasn't looked this good in a LONG time, and I've gotten nothing but compliments on it since then. When I picked it up the seats were still a little damp, but leaving the windows cracked overnight was all it needed, and they provided plastic to sit on so I wouldn't get wet taking it home. A very good experience, great pricing, friendly service. Glad I have a great place in the neighborhood to trust with my baby.

I been a loyal customer for years but for the past couple of times The exterior wash was rushed and left streaks and water spots all over the car. The interior wasn’t cleaned properly — dust was still visible on the dashboard, and the floor mats looked like they were barely touched. For the price I paid, I expected a much more thorough job. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning or recommending this place

I’ve brought my LS430 here for more than a year because I trust this shop to do a good job at a fair price. Their employees always seemed to care. Lately the quality of their washes has slipped - it’s good for people to enjoy their work but not when they ignore what they should be doing. I’ve left with areas of my car still dirty and excess water that should have been dried off. At the slightly higher price I expect a little more. Still plan to return as they are convenient and friendly. UPDATE - They must read their reviews because the quality of their service has vastly improved, not that it was bad before. I appreciate the extra attention to details! UPDATE - The folks at Best Hand Carwash continue to amaze me. Hurricane Beryl was unkind to my car and it sorely needed some TLC after driving over muddy, debris-strewn roads after the storm passed. They went the extra mile and returned my faithful Lexus to showroom clean condition, all for the cost of their basic wash. I’ll never take my car anywhere else!

Found it on google. I was kindly greeted by the owners and they explanied what the packages were. I got a full wash with interior vacuming and cleaning. The guys washed it well and I got the option to put wax on it. The gentleman who waxed the car hooked me up. Did not rush. I did notice that one of the owners was also washing the cars with the crew, kinda tells me he cares about the customer experience and that the job is being monitored and done right. Finally, they do have an outside seating area and the cars are always under the shade! No water spots! Thanks!!!

Honestly they aren't wonderful but they are definitely the better hand car wash around. The massage chair inside is worth a $10 bill for sure. They don't mind if you point out anything when they finish. Just look it over, point it out and tip on the tip bucket.

Paid $42 for the “Extra Clean” package. Got ripped off! It’s hard to show it in photos, carpet not even properly vacuumed. Goop on windshield, finger prints all over, did not even towel dry properly. Not going back.

Have been coming to this car wash for the better part of well over 10 years. Decided to stop by again to get my Jaguar XJ Super V8 detailed as I’ve got a funeral to attend later this week and didn’t want to bother washing and detailing the car. Yesterday, I accidentally spilled milk tea in my car, and it was a total mess. A friend recommended this car wash, and I’m so glad I came! They did a hand wash, and the results were absolutely amazing. Not only did they completely remove the milk tea stains, but even the cat hair that had been stuck in my car for ages was gone! The carpets are spotless, no trace of the spill at all—it literally looks and smells like a brand-new car. On top of that, their pricing is very transparent and super affordable. For the level of detail and quality they provide, it’s honestly such a great deal. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch service at a great price!

I wanted to try this new car wash since the one I used to go was very busy today Sunday. So I requested a complete wash and wax outside with a shiny inside or conditioning as they call it. The cashier said that for my SUV would be $94 and it would take 1 hr and 30 minutes for the waxing process. I never saw the waxing process and if they did, I didn’t see it. They washed and dried and then my car was about 15 minutes parked outside without anybody touching my car. Then one of the guys came and told me “you are good to go” I asked them about the waxing and they were like “oh only did what it was on the paper”, the worse thing was when I saw the interior, it was like they only used a towel to remove some dust and that’s it. It was still full of fingers prints and some more dust; the service is terrible they don’t do what they offer you. If ever you go to this place, pay attention to what they do because they charge you in full for something they won’t do. I asked the cashier and he said that I paid only regular washing and vacuuming if I wanted more like shiny or even the tires, I had to pay more $$. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of this work, at the end I completed the job at home. $94? I should have gone to the gas station better and pay $14 for same thing 😒
