Great job. If you don't like something they listen to your communication and fix it. No need to be mean or rude, the owners themselves can be seen cleaning cars. I respect that. I have never been rude and neither have they. They give you a clean car at a reasonable price and clean it within a reasonable amount of time. It is not as fancy looking or has the amenities as the waiting room next door. However if you want a good car wash, this is a great car wash.

I can’t believe I paid these incompetent people $250 to detail my new truck. There was so much Armor All in my truck it was insane. In fact the Armor All’d THE BOTTOM of my mats. I had to take it to another place and they said they had never seen so much oil in the interior of a car. I had to pay another $200 just to get the truck cleaned right. DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SLIP AND SLIDE YOUR WAY HOME.

I went there to get my car washed there quickly before I had to get a decal installed on the sides of my car. The Hispanic guys who were doing the cleaning didn't speak much English but they were nice. I tried to talk to the Asian gentleman at the counter about how I had a printed decal on the back window and that I would need the back window to only be hand washed instead of high pressure washed. He dismissed and said yes quickly and didn't communicate anything with the washers. They pressure washed and literally tore pieces off the decal. As a business owner myself I absolutely hate and don't understand businesses that don't make time to listen to their customers. Now I'm getting my side decal printed as my back window's decal got damaged. If you got any decals or wraps on your car, avoid that place at all cost. My request was simple and very reasonable. Now it's gonna put me hundreds of the dollars back as I have to get it reprinted way sooner than expected. Awful business practice.

$50 and not even a proper wipe down. $50 gets you their “Best Wash” and FULL interior wipe down. Nothing but a decent wash it could be better especially for how many people they have working. It’s laziness because they’re willing to fix the obvious bad job they do at times and other times it’s not worth the energy to argue for what they’re suppose to do correct the first time. Today is my last time coming here.

I want to give zero stars but it will not let me. I frequently patronized this car wash and was quite friendly with the owner, until today. A brand new car charger was YANKED from the USB charging port in my seat, damaging the USB charger on my 2022 vehicle breaking that and totally broke my USB to C charging adapter. I brought it to the attention of the manager and he basically called me a liar and said they did not break it. Everything was brand new (bought for Christmas for my kid) and they took NO RESPONSIBILITY in the damaging of my vehicle and my child’s cell charger. He was quite rude and kept making excuses knowing his workers broke my vehicle. If anyone has any ideas on what can be done, I’m already in the process of getting the law involved. I thought this man was cool but he showed his true colors. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! They will damage your vehicle and call you a liar.

I’ve been coming to this place for almost 4 years. They were good until they weren’t. Payed to get my car washed and detailed, they did a terrible job!! The outside of my car is still dirty, they did a quick vacuum, Then try to move on to the next car really quick until I asked to speak to the manager. I literally took the towel and started cleaning my car myself.. no one spoke English or could comprehend what I was saying, even the manager!

They left my car looking good! I'm pretty picky about washing my car and often do it myself. But it's been too hot 🔥 and the water pressure has been low. I've been several times to this wash and my only gripe is that my SUV is classified as compact however but was charged as medium. Overall I'm happy with my experience.

Last time coming here. Just got my car, and after getting it serviced, tint in driver side window is peeling. Brought it to the owners attention, and Paul was very rude and told me he was busy. Would not even consider that his staff did something to my tint to make it start peeling. Very inconsiderate, as well as the female owner.

I’ve been using this car wash for a few years now because they do a good job. Today, I came with my son. We were told that the car was finished and as usual we went and got in, but this time there was a plastic piece laying on the floor mat of the drivers side of the car. The piece came off the dashboard near the steering wheel. IT WASN’T BROKEN when we arrived, so called the owner over to help us. The owner, who I’ve been friendly with since being a customer, now acted as if we were trying to scam him!!!!!! This guy accepted no responsibility and NEVER attempted to try to make it right. He called us liars and that was his solution. He asked ALL of the UNDOCUMENTED workers if they knew what happened, but what do you think they said…..it’s a shame…that idiot lost 2 good customers in less than 1 minute…

Just left the Carwash moments ago have been here a few times will never return. It appears to be owned by a husband and wife. The wife is pleasant. However, today the husband is very rude and lack customer service skills. I got my car washed. The ram of the car was still dirty. I asked if it could be cleaned. He said that will not come off very dismissive and combative. Why be a business owner if you make zero attempts to troubleshoot issues customers may have. I come to a car wash and my car is still dirty.
