i used to go religiously to wash my car. now they don’t wash it well at all. they leave spots dirty, take very long, and the people who are still there don’t seem to care about cleaning the car well. they wipe the same spot for 10 minutes and are done. sad to say probably never going back.

The place was the best car wash around. I would drive 20 minutes just to go here. I just got my car washed and it was the worst ever. I bought the platinum package and my car is dirty inside and out. They didn't even clean the windshield. I'm done with this place. Not worth getting ripped off again.

I pulled in, no one asked me the service I wanted they just started spraying my car while my window was open (I had questions about the different options). After the was a man came to my window and asked if I wanted the inside. I said no I just want the outside done. I sensed an attitude so I didn’t ask about exterior wash options. I went to hand him my debit card and he got very offended and said you gotta go inside. I told him “okay I didn’t know there was even an inside I’ve never been here.” He proceeded to be very rude and say “whenever you go somewhere you gotta pay in the office right?!” I said “actually no the car wash by me has a card machine outside” When in the office I looked out and saw his head in my car. When walking out he asked me again if I only wanted the exterior and I said yes. He then started arguing with me saying I asked for interior. When I told him he was rude he dismissed me. Trash place. I will never come here again. Woman inside also rude. Do better please.

While they did a great job washing the exterior I had to leave without them finishing the interior even though I paid for the silver package. I told the guy when I arrived that I needed to get back to work and could he just vacuum. 45 minutes later and they still had not done it. They made me move so another car could move up and stopped working on my car. Really frustrating.

Worst car wash ever! Lisa the only lady that look like a man works there was very unprofessional. Argue with me for 5 mins, told me 30 lies saying they dont have boss lol all because i wanted a refund from the horrible job they did! Mats still wet and dirty, dashboard still dirty, crumbs still in car lol it was a joke! One of the workers acting like they couldnt wipe it down sad case! Why would i ever tip a unprofessional, lazy business! Limping lisa needs to work on how to be professional, especially when its the worker’s fault, the way she was acting in front of the other ppl that was there was truly insane. I will never be back!

At this point you guys need to shut down this car wash already. I always pay the most for everything to get done but when I get home my mat was missing then windshield wiper being broke and them not saying nothing, let alone the car still looking the way I took it and I have to say something. I’m so tired of giving it chance after chance to get disappointed. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. I have the most pictures of the way they try to leave my car.

I had 1 car in front of me, I was pressed for time so I stopped for a wash and vacuum. It took an hour to get the Platinum Package done costing $28.90. I got in and it lt looked good. I got home and my son tells me they missed the whole back. I go look and the 3rd row seats and the way back were were not vacuumed nor wiped down. I call and they say they give any money back but I can take my time to come back and have them vacuum it again. I will never go back to that place ever again! I could have driven a little further and had a better job done and been home sooner. Horrible experience!

Been going here for 10 years but lately they’ve been slacking hard. Paid 30$ for the “diamond package” and it seemed like bare minimum. Asked the guy if he used the armor all on my dash and inside (comes with package) he said “yea” and I asked him again to make sure and he said yea. Like I said I been going here forever and you can easily tell when they use the armor all cause it’s all shiny and clean but that wasn’t the case. Also supposed to vacuum, clean my door panels/jams, spray and clean exhausts etc. none was done properly. Still had dirt/ crumbs on the floor and sides. Had to give it a second clean when I got home. Disappointing

I recently started coming to wash my car and my wife’s car at this location. I’m posting the interior because it is very difficult to find a car wash that can clean the interior good. Luis was the gentleman that was taking car of my car and he ensured that his team did everything correctly. They vacuumed, polished the interior and cleaned the windows in the inside properly. Some car wash just half do everything and the car inside looks the same. In this car wash I was actually happy when I left with both my car and my wife’s because they were both extremely shiny on the outside and the inside was super clean! If you get the diamond package they include a little tree fragrance. Thank you Luis and the rest of the team for showing you care about the results of your work!

I have been coming here for 8 years and I have to admit they do a very thorough job. I have had hand washing and car detailing done and after to going to many of those assembly line car washes I always end up back here. They listen and address your needs. If it’s crowded it may seem a little rushed but if it’s not busy they take a very long time in getting every inch of the car clean. I highly recommend this place after going to many others.

I don't always do reviews but this place has me fed up, there's always something wrong with them. Staff outside does not do a good job cleaning your vehicle regardless of which package you choose. Simply not recommended, they will definitely not see any of my vehicles again. The truck was just washed and look at the results for yourself.

I paid for the most expensive services (diamond) which was only about $26. Now I’ve been here before and usually my visits are always pleasant. The office lady is always nice but the car washers themselves are rude at times but as long as my car is clean I don’t really care as much. Now the visit I had here today was mediocre at best especially since I’m getting the most expensive service. The interior didn’t really look like it was wipe down properly and they didn’t even clean the front windshield from inside. My rims on my tires looked like they wasn’t even cleaned which is not usually a problem when I would come here. The experience sucked and they barely cleaned anything but my mats and vacuumed. I had to clean my own front windshield and rims myself.

Excellent staff! Love the woman in the office she is so courteous and we always end up talking. The workers always do a great job on my car and are courteous. They take their time even when busy and I appreciate them not cutting corners just to rush the crowd. I think the prices are great even for the top service. Detailing is awesome. They also give you a punch card which when full allows you to get a free car wash.
