Scammers. They will try to talk you into services you dont need, upcharge, and when you do pay for what you asked for they leave you with half services and messy car. Complete street style bargain, not professional communication. Rafael their manager - very smiley face that then lies to you and to his boss of what he bargained. Shady. Scratchy. Don’t recommend.

Dear Steve. I was trying to reach you on the phone for couple weeks., But with no luck. I left messages and you never called me back. So, I decide to use Internet to reach you. Maybe I am wrong, and you are not the owner of Beach Cities Car Wash in Venice, CA and Guillermo G. is owner. (That’s what he told me.) But I did check the company record and you are the owner of Beach Cities ca Wash in Venice, CA. Here is my story. Few months ago, I come to carwash and Mr. Guillermo refuse to serve my car, because I was blocked by owner. I ask him what a problem is. He told me that one of my drivers was rude to him and they blocked my car. I explain to him that I just bought this car from other company and by description of driver, I have no one even closed to his description. Also, I told him that I am the owner of Winn Limo Service, Inc. and we are using your Car wash for more than four, since we moved our operation to Marina Del Rey. Guillermo was very rude to me and told me to leave the property. I was upset, by I left Car Wash and moved my services to another Car Wash. AND YOU LAST MY BUSINESS. Few weeks ago, I was driving with my client. He asks me if its ok to stop and wash his Mercedes S550, before we are going to a meeting. We stopped at Beach Cities carwash and??? As soon as Mr. Guillermo thought me, he told my client that he will not wash his car and ask him to leave. I was quite and I don’t know what to do. I was so ashamed. I even offer to leave the promises and let my client to wash his car. Guillermo refused. My client is owner of Hollywood Stars Limousine Service. He used your Carwash for 8 years. He is 20 years in business. He told me that he will never use your Carwash too. YOU LAST HIS BUSINESS. I check your website, which is very good website. Our Staff will greet you with the smile and is always prepared to help. We are proud to offer the very Best to customer service. Then I visit Yelp and Google. And if you never read business reviews, I will mention just few of them: *Gustavo told me that I was not going to be welcome to wash my car there. He told me could be rude with anyone he wishes. Yellow,Black,Old or Latino or wherever he wishes to be rude. *Horrible customer service VERY RACIST. *Poor service e and RUDE MANAGER GUSTAVO. *I saw a manager on the floor I believe his name was Gustavo and he was plain rude. *The manager Gustavo needs an anger management class and is unprofessional in his manner. *The way Gustavo A. the site manager speaks to customers and his staff needs to be corrected. And More Review like this. If this guy was working for me, I would fire him yesterday. Good Luck with your business. But for now, I will refer all Limousine Company that I brought to your business somewhere else.

My friend recommended this place, so I decided to give it a try. Initially, they haggled over their own coupon, insisting it wasn't theirs. After a 15-minute friendly argument, they agreed to give me $15 off, though the coupon was for $19. I opted for the $129.99 Hand Wax service, which took less than 30 minutes—seemed too fast to me. They missed several spots, so I had to walk around the car and point them out until I got tired and gave up. The inside wasn’t fully cleaned either, with a few spots overlooked. The car wasn't completely dry, and the inside of the doors, including the trunk door, was dripping wet. I still tipped the guy $10, feeling bad for the old man. I ended up finishing drying and cleaning the car myself at my friend's house. Over all it was alright, that is why I gave them 3 stars, but for $129.99, I expected better service—felt like I paid for an overpriced car wash with a super quick wax.

Honestly they did a terrible job leaving the car still dirty when I paid 40 bucks. Took it back and rhe manager defended his terrible wash and clearly saw that the car was still dirty. I was so confused how they finished it so fast. Do not come here.

Went through the wash and my car still had bird poop on it. When I asked to go through again, they were really rude and said I’d have to pay again. I don't typically leave Yelp reviews, but this deserved it. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I got my car washed. It started out great. Did an ok job on the car. You can tell some people really like their job here and do it well. There are some who dont. I got the guy who wanted the job but at 4:30pm....just wanted to go home. He missed a few spots and I made him redo them. Then I noticed some other spots on the tires, service was great until this..when i asked them to redo the tire shine the guy got mad and irritated that i was making him do his job. So i told him "sry am inconveniencing you, I paid 40 dollars for you do a basic good job....barely, one that I can do myself ten times better" he scoffed, kept quiet and redid the tires. Stick to your guns here, dont let them being irritated with you, stop you from calling them out when they miss stuff. Other than that it's pretty cool. Cars clean and looks good.

I did their full service silver package and in my opinion they missed too many spots. There was still patches of guck on the grill and sand in the trunk area. I may come back again but would do the self service. All the pictures below are post wash.

Honestly not the best car wash. I paid $65 total $75 with tip but as I’m driving home you could see there wasn’t much vacuuming attempts or did they clean very well. Pretty rushed job for $75. I could have gone to a drive thru car wash and got the same results for about $20

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent location and great variety of items like snacks, car items and more stuff inside mini car wash store. Fun car wash decor inside. They do a beautiful car wash, vacuum and detail for a reasonable prices. Don't forget use the coupons. Waiting area with plenty of seating and you don't have to wait long.

BEWARE, MY CAR WAS DAMAGED HERE! I’ve been coming here for years, but after a recent drive-thru, my brand new car came out with little scratches all over it. This has never happened anywhere else. Instead of making it right or compensating me for the damage, they told me they would knock $30 off a $250+ wax, which I would need to buff out the scratches. I am disappointed in the lack of accountability and will not be returning. I am only writing this review because even after filing a complaint and following up via email, the team neither responded nor acknowledged the issue.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I paid for the hand wax detail for $125. When I picked up my car, the windshield was *covered* with scratches. I can barely see out of it now. They also somehow locked in stains into the clear coat of my hood. They tried to gaslight me and say the windshield was like this to start(!), and that the hood couldn't be cleaned--yet they managed to clean the rest of the car without leaving permanent stains— because it only had dust and pollen. Horrible/zero customer service.

I was charged $250 for overspray/sap removal. After the service, I noticed the posted price board lists Clay & Wax at $199 as the highest service, which is a more involved treatment. This higher price wasn’t clearly explained to me beforehand. I was told the cost would be “anywhere between $160–$250,” and the final charge was set at $250 without further discussion, which caught me off guard. The exterior work itself was ok, but the interior vacuuming appeared incomplete, as there was still visible debris left behind. Overall, the lack of pricing transparency and attention to detail was disappointing. I’d recommend confirming the exact cost before agreeing to any add-on services, or considering other car wash options.

I decided to try out this car wash because the place I normally take my car to is temporarily closed. While the staff was very friendly (which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1) and they were done with my car real fast… now I know why it was done so quickly. I’d rather wait for a good quality job than waste money on a rushed unprofessional job. I told them I wanted the wash, windows and especially vacuum because of sand in the trunk from the summer. Didnt look like they even tried to vacuum the trunk because the rubber matt (which is easily removable) is still covered in sand. The front of my car is also still very dirty, even my headlight. I scraped at it a bit with my fingernail to see if it would come off, and it did, so they should have been able to wash it off properly. This service was definitely not worth almost $30. A total waste of money. I’ve never had this lack of concern and attention to detail, driving away with a still dirty car at my usual car wash, which is also cheaper than Beach Cities Car Wash.

Very good service but it’s pretty dirty inside. We prefer to sit outside and watch them clean than inside for this reason. Not worth the price but pretty nice to support a small business. My fiancé gets his car washed here regularly and each time is less deserving of $40. The whole place needs to be re-done but, for what it’s doing, it’s pretty okay. We will be returning.

Terrible experience. They scratched my car. Avoid at all costs. I arrived at 4:45pm on a Tuesday and they close at 6:00pm. I asked them if it was a hand wash. “Yes.” I proceed to the ticket kiosk and ask for the silver package and ask what is included. He tells me, “It’s an automatic wash through the tunnel. If you want a hand wash that’s $60.” I say that’s fine, pay the $60 and take a walk around the block. I come back an hour later and my car is still in the bay with no one working on it. They tell me it will be 20 minutes longer - which is fine. I come back in 20 minutes and all the employees have gone home except for one guy with my keys, who hands them off and promptly leaves. I get in my car and immediately notice the interior has not been vacuumed. They wiped down the dashboard and that’s IT. On top of that, there are water stains on my seats and scratches on the exterior clear-coat. See pictures for how they absolutely botched this wash and charged me extra for it. All pictures are AFTER the “wash.” I wouldn’t come back here for another car wash unless it was free and came with an apology and clear-coat touch ups to fix the scratches they made.

I have been to a few carwash between Venice and Santa Monica and so far this is the one I return the most to. I observed that usually service and result in carwash relies mainly on who will dry your car. So definitely a lottery anywhere, even here. They have 3 packages, silver, gold and diamond - no need to spend your money on the diamond, gold is usually the right level. Fun set up inside where you can follow your car getting through the automatic wash among pirates and sharks. My recommendation is mostly because they differentiate by 2 things: the first one is that they offer complementary coffee and cookies, while second is that they have a loyalty program with 1 free wash after 10 visits.

They were terrible. A complete scam. I drove half an hour and received terrible service. I chose the $27 option for interior and exterior cleaning. They barely cleaned the interior at all. They didn't even touch the plastic parts. The car was very dirty, of course, but cleaning is your job. If I'm going to pre-clean my car to prepare it for you, what good are you? They just took out the trash. They took care of the exterior with an automatic wash and practically charged me for it. I cleaned it much better myself with very little effort. Where are the business ethics and morals?

I was very much hoping that Beach Cities Car Wash would become my go-to place for getting my car washed after moving to Venice. Instead, I experienced the most disappointing car wash that I can remember. As the interior of my car hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time, I came in with the intention to have it fully washed and cleaned in preparation for an important date later that day. So, when I was offered a "deal" of $150 to thoroughly clean both the interior and exterior instead of the $65 Diamond Special, I figured I might as well go for it. After paying, I gave the clerk my phone number to call or message me once it was done and walked to a café to give them an hour to tend to my car. Not having received a call back after an hour, I walked back and saw that the exterior of the car was being cleaned. So, everything seemed to be plausibly in order when it was called out that my car was ready. When I took a look at the car, though, it was clear that, while the exterior and the mats had been cleaned, the interior had been given only a cursory wipe-down. The dirty areas around the door seals hadn't been cleaned either. So, it seems that my car had been sitting for about an hour until someone got around to giving it what I am guessing was equivalent to their "Diamond Special". In the end, the interior condition was worse than what I used to get in Culver City for a quarter of the price. So, I will not be returning and cannot recommend the place.

An Absolutely Fantastic Experience at Beach Cities Car Wash! I recently visited Beach Cities Car Wash, and I have to say, it was an absolutely stellar experience from start to finish. From the moment I drove in, I was greeted by Chris, incredibly friendly, professional staff member who was genuinely happy to help. The wash itself was beyond impressive. My car came out looking brand new, sparkling from every angle. The attention to detail was incredible—not a single spot missed, and the interior cleaning was just as meticulous. It's clear that they use top-of-the-line equipment and products. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the service. The team at Beach Cities Car Wash is a well-oiled machine, working efficiently and with a smile. They went above and beyond, spending a lot of time, to make sure I was completely satisfied. It's rare to find this level of quality and customer care. When I went to pay for the car wash I was greeted by Deija who had a beautiful smile and actually thanked me for allowing them to service my car and said that she hoped I would come back again. I highly recommend Beach Cities Car Wash to anyone looking for a superior car cleaning service. They've earned a customer for life, and I can't wait to go back!
