I never know if I'll receive any kind of service from employees or end up asking other customers for assistance. Sending a customer to aisle 6 isn't exactly service when it's plum obvious that they are going to keep asking for assistance. Then when asking for additional service and the employee says "I don't know" and walks away, giving no intention of finding some one else to help. Do better.

I needed a special order part. They had to order it. Not a big deal. I call the day it’s supposed to arrive. They say it’s in. They tried giving me an air filter and not the lower control arm I needed. I drove 40 minutes on my own time and gas just to have my time wasted. The part got lost in shipping (not their fault.) Once it finally arrived they gave me a hefty discount to compensate for lost time and unnecessary hassle. I would’ve been more pleased with my experience if I hadn’t had my time wasted with my first visit.

I checked online to make sure the product was in the store before I drove 13 miles to pick it up. When I arrived and tried to find it I couldn't locate it. When I couldn't find it I asked a store employee, and they found the spot where it was suppose to be and it was empty. They checked their system and it said there were suppose to be two in stock. He didn't look surprised, so I am guessing this is a common occurrence. When I mentioned that I had to drive from another town to get it, he said "I'm sorry" in a tone that said that he didn't really care, and then mentioned that I could come back tomorrow and they could have it sent up from Salt Lake. I'd suggest calling and making sure an employee lays eyes on the product you want to pick up if you have to drive very far.

Its Auto Zone... so there isn't a ton to say. The staff was very helpful, and I found the oil filter amd windshield wipers I needed. They have almost no options for oil if you're not looking for synthetic. I haven't done an oil flush though, so I needed normal. They did have an option though, so no reall issues there!

I was supposed to pick up a part that a friend paid for online. when I got there, autozone knew nothing about it. I'm not saying it is their fault or my friend's fault. But the crew and staff was very friendly.I'm still disappointed.I didn't get my part. I know third person transactions are sometimes complicated and I feel like the parts person did everything in his ability to make it happen. Maybe I should give a 4 star review, but like I said, I'm disappointed. I did not get my part that was sitting in the store delivered for me.I believe.

Suddenly wont clear a check engine code for me after having done a bunch of times in the past. I generally spen quite a bit of money here but I certainly won't any longer. PC bullshit if you ask me.
