Brian was amazing! He even helped a young lady fix a radiator hose so she could put in the antifreeze that she had just purchased. She was on the way home when the hose blew out! He was able to get her on the road! He called Brian her Angel, which was very accurate! Amazing customer service! Great job!!

My name is Eddy, Today I when with my car to this place be cause I have for charge my battery and They told me you have to take it out and bring it!! because I had money to tip him no one was able to go with me and help me to get her out of the car and the manger was present too!! Of course, the service is free, no one could go and do it with me!! That's why my opinion is my own and this situation leaves a lot to say. I never go back to this place.

My car wasn’t starting quite right so I went to AutoZone to get it checked. They determined it had an alternator that was bad. Samantha was great at detecting what was wrong and getting us the part we needed to fix it. She has helped us before with a battery replacement and today she was very professional and nice.

Mindy and John did a simple thing but it made my entire day! The staff are always amazing at this location, but these two really prompted me to do a review. I had a horrible experience at the Haines City location earlier today. Shortly after leaving, I called the Autozone in Winter Haven and Mindy answered. I asked a few questions and I could tell they were busy but Mindy stayed calm and continued to answer my questions. She was knowledgable and extremely helpful. When I got to the store, she remembered that I had called earlier that day. She explained to John what I needed and he then showed me where the belt was in my car, explained how to spray the product onto the belt, and watched me to make sure I was doing it right. Small things, but it made my day.

If you don't speak English, don't go to this autozone!!! My husband just went to get a windshield wiper, the person who attended him if that can be called that was very rude, there was never a service on his part, he never gave him advice regarding what he was going to look for, he simply took the most expensive spare part by the way, and very contemptuously began to tell him whether you take it or not with a very bad attitude, before we had already heard that there was an employee who behaves very rudely with those of us who do not speak English but as it is the nearest autozone we went there Emergency And if we check it

Went today to help with someone's vehicle, both workers were very unprofessional and rude. Rolling eyes and rude tone of voice , we weren't having the best of days .... just as anyone would car problems so it just seems counterproductive to make it worse for someone.. won't be coming back.

Very rude and unprofessional..went asked two weeks ago about break pads.. i asked for all 4.. the older lady printed me the two of 52 dollars. So im under impression all 4 are 52. When I went today the younger lady gave the right price for all 4 which comes to 102 dollars.. I asked i was here already and I got a different price..back and forth the younger one called a liar and when I called the oldest lady she is like I don't even remember you.. they made me boiled inside me, and I felt so stupid,,but guess what I made hear what they never thought of.. Above all it was a miscommunication or a misunderstanding..Don't call your customer a liar , dont tell them I don't remember you! That's rude and unprofessional..At the end they calm down after I showed them how to respect customer and gave them a lecture.. that young lady supervisor must find something else to do to be honest.. this is today friday October 31st around 10am..
