I purchased a classic step van recently so I am having to travel to AutoZone more often lately. I had an issue with a bad battery they sold me. Came home and it cranked once and never again. AAA had to come that evening to get me back on the road. Went back to the store the following morning not too happy from my previous experience, got it swapped out for a new one. I asked for them to test it and it needed a charge. Surprise. They charged it up for an hour and we retested it and it was 90%. It tested as a good battery!. Tested with a volt meter and it was 12.6. winning! Test the battery before you get out of there! Their inventory is dated. The first bad battery was from December 2023.

1. Hector C. was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. 2. His behavior came across as racially biased and offensive. 3. I felt unwelcome and unfairly treated during my visit. 4. AutoZone should address this issue and ensure accountability.

I can’t say how much I love this place enough I recently moved from Colorado to La Quinta ! My car battery was dead so I went to this auto zone they were professional courtesy honest caring kind etc the manager I got got her name sorry I hope corporate reads this and gives you a raise thank you so much for all your kindness

I had an extremely disappointing experience at AutoZone, which left me both frustrated and deeply concerned. During my visit, I interacted with an employee named Hector C., whose behavior was not only unprofessional but also made me feel discriminated against. The comments and attitude displayed were inappropriate and, in my view, reflected racial bias. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any setting—especially in a customer service environment where everyone deserves respect and fair treatment, regardless of their background. I strongly urge AutoZone management to investigate this matter seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure that all customers are treated with dignity and that employees are held accountable for discriminatory conduct. I’m sharing this feedback not out of malice, but in the hope that it leads to better training, awareness, and a more inclusive atmosphere for all AutoZone customers.

Every time i come here the employees are awesome. Very patient with my questions helpful with information about my cars parts. Today i was Helped by Marco very professional, friendly , patience in searching for parts and testing my cars computer to double check what i need . So that's really cool . Another day not to long ago i came in rite before closing and the guys were very friendly and seemed happy to help i bought a battery en they put it in my car for me . I dropped off old batteries from my motor home and was told that because they weren't "car" batteries they wouldn't give me their standard $10 return on used batteries. The recycle value of the lead in my deep cycle batteries are the same as car batteries. So I'm not happy, but at least they took the batteries.

AutoZone has a large selection for the majority of your vehicles needs. The prices are alittle high compared to other stores and online websites but they are affordable. This store is nice and clean and well stocked most of the time. Good employees too.

I meant to place a review but I completely forgot and glad this crossed my mind. Huge shoutout to Marco Sanchez. Was coming back to California from AZ in late April of this year and unfortunately had encountered a car spark plug issue. We stopped here and even tho my gf and I didn’t know what to do and how to fix the issue, Marco without hesitation helped us out even when the store had just closed. If it wasn’t for him we would’ve been stuck in Indio for awhile. I don’t know if he’s still working at this location but if he is God bless that man and get him a raise, promotion, or anything that will help him. Thank you Marco Sanchez and I hope you see this message!

I am not big on parts but she was very attentive and helpful, she guided me through my needs and if I ever need to return a wrong product or in need of another to ask for her. This location is busy. Alfredo answered all my questions and made sure I was purchasing the correct parts for my vehicle. They didn't have the air filter in stock and he did suggest surrounding locations that had what I needed. He did help me with purchasing what I needed from a different locations, I now can go pick up. Alfredo was very professional and was not annoyed with me asking questions. Great customer service.
