Unfortunately they couldn’t help me with testing or replacing my battery because it is a Prius, but the manager on duty insisted on me waiting inside the store until AAA arrived. He stayed with me 40 minutes after the store closed to make sure I was safe, and also gave me a bottled water even though I didn’t buy a thing. Excellent service and kindness.

Mr. James Wright. Not many people have been so kind, efficient, and helpful as you and your red haired co-worker. It was the day after Thanksgiving. I was internally panicking, and I have a sizeable amount of ignorance in regards to vehicles. I brought two friends to help me decipher what to do, and even though they were more experienced they also struggled. However, Mr. Wright helped piece together not only what the root issue was, but how to safely and effectively solve that issue. After Issue #1 was fixed, I had an issue #2. Even then, after giving me a lesson on why I should also fix Issue number 2 he was patient and an avid listener. I couldn't have asked for more. I'm honored to have been a recipient of this mans customer service. Would've posted earlier but....I forgot to press the post button!!!

Pleasant and convenient to get a oil change next door and then browse while you're waiting. As someone with very little experience in this hobby, I was fascinated to have a set amount of time to more fully explore all the types of products available. All things considered, there were way more tools/supplies/mods (and often with a lower learning curve) than I was expecting, plus competitive prices compared to various online marketplaces. Best of all, the staff were very helpful answering questions, clarifying information, and pointing me toward the best products and deals. Thanks Corey and David!

The battery in my friends car died last night and your associate Robert went above and beyond to help. We have never met someone more caring and / or willing to help. He came to where we were to try and jump the car; got tools to try to remove the battery and stayed with us while we were figuring out what to do. Thank you for employing someone who shows compassion to others and actually wants to work / help - it is hard to find in these days. We appreciated everything he did for us and will continue to come to this Auto Zone just for the customer service he provided.

The manager Jazmine was truly a delight. I was in need of services but I’m going through a financial hardship. She instantly understood where I was coming from and sought out to help me the best she could. I’m currently going through a divorce and custody battle so finances have fallen short. Customer services was very horrible and never in my life have I left a nasty review before!!! But they need to upgrade there services because when a worker argue with you on something that they did and not me is insane the district manager was informed and if im not satisfied I will be going above because of the fact when a mistake and no sorry was given yes I have a problem with it at all cost especially spending my money!!!!
