The over the phone service is usually pretty good. In store they are very helpful. For example, I didn't know how to recharge my AC, and the older white man who worked there showed me what to buy and how to do it.

Went in for assistance for a diagnostic test. They said with covid they were not allowed to get in the car that I could do it. I explained that I did know how to use their machine and all they said was we cannot help you. The manager Robert said, I will not get in a car with such rudeness. I found it odd that despite claiming covid he was not wearing a mask. The manager was as rude and unfriendly as the cashier. They laughed when I asked who the manger was. I’ve been to this store before and I’ve never seen such disrespect and rudeness from their employees. I went two miles down the road to a different store and complete different experience. Though they stated the same that they were unable to go inside the car they gave me instructions on how to use their machine.

We were coming back from a camping trip and our alternator went up. The guys at the W. Patrick street in Frederick location were very helpful. They had everything we needed to get our family moving back down the road. They charged my battery while I changed the alternator and everything fell into place. Good people.... Thank you.

I want everybody to know the customer service is very rud and unprofetional. I paid for two bateries and I send my mecanic pick up the bateries and when he got there they are very rud and they told him that i paid just for one, no knowing that he should them receive to purchase a battery then i call the store and the manager was very rude he said if you want it came and pick up also he didnt apologises for the mistake... Somebody has to look into this so customer services can improve 😡😡😡

Very helpful. I purchased all new windshield wipers - front and back and they made time to help me install them. No masks required if you are fully vaccinated. Not too many customers about an hour ago. Still have safety shield around the check out.

I used to give this place all my business but the service has really dropped. I sent a lady friend there to pickup a battery. I had it ready to go in the back of a hatchback all they had to do was carry it in for her or offer any support.."nope we do not do that". I have seen them under people's hoods up there now "we don't do that". Now I wish I would have went because it would have made the decision to leave real easy and go down the road to Advanced Auto because they do do that. Well Auto Zone"we don't do that" good luck, Lee-

Bob and Jeff are always so great and helpful whenever I come in and ask questions. They go above and beyond to make sure I get all my answers and the best products. They definitely need raises for as hard as they are always working and as many hours as they put in. Thank you again Jeff and Bob for all you do!!!! I am still sad that Harlee is gone. She was the best store manager that I ever saw working in an Auto Zone.

Came in on Friday the 12th. Two young guys helped me. Gave me what I needed. Very polite . On Sunday I came to exchange something because my husband had wanted a different version. Curtis was extremely rude. Loud. Talked over Me and made it seem as if I was being rude to him. I only asked a question about the return. He insinuated I was rushing him and he was going as fast as he could. That wasn't my question or comment. Customer service was a joke. He is absolutely rude. Next time I will go elsewhere

tonite 1/18/2025 my battery gave up I went to this autozone and sadly they lack in battery service. their tester doesn't work and no back ups, I asked if I could get a new battery and help connecting it so I can drive home, and the manager said only 2 ppl In the store so he can't go outside to help me to come by the next day.!?🙄 after letting him know I'll leave this review went autozone in buckeystown and the manager there was so nice and helpful helped me connect the battery used the protective rings and grease I left a good review there.

Went to this store to get some simple things to change my oil. Went to the register and always go up to the employee with a “how you doing today?” but got nothing but a stare. Then rudely asked me why I was buying a certain type of tool just for an oil change. I just stated that I needed it but they fought back on how i didn’t need it… I just wanted to buy my things and get out. Im sure he’s right about not needing that specific tool… but I didn’t need the attitude when I am allowed to buy whatever I want with my money. So to sum up, the customer service is not good at all. Very condescending tone and combative. I’d rather go somewhere else

Came to get a battery replaced and the store was dead there was two guys standinf atound i asked if they can help me replace my battery the older gentleman said they could not when there's only two they can't leave the store, as he said that the younger guy went outside and changed the 4 trash cans they where not trying to help out on my way to advance auto parts

Don't be fooled by their false claims that they do curbside delivery... I called several times and they immediately placed me on hold, not giving me a chance to speak. I waited for like 10 minutes the first call, then I waited for like 10 minutes a second call, and then I finally gave up. Reasonable prices, but the service is pretty crappy.

We were on our way from PA back hi e to VA when the car hood kept coming loose. Since it was after 6 on Saturday, no auto repair shops were open. We stopped at this auto zone hoping to find a temporary solution until we could get home. The person at the counter helped me with the issue while he was also being asked questions from two or three other customers in quick succession. He nicely and quickly answered everyone without getting frazzled or overwhelmed with the barrage of questions, while helping me with my issue. I hope that people like this young gentleman are promoted since they bring more business to any place they work at.
