Just okay. Paid for the “full service” and they didn’t even vacuum my trunk out. They also didn’t wipe down my back seats very well so I had to do them myself. Not impressed.

I recently had my car ‘cleaned’ at the Johns Island location. It was so substandard that I called to see if I could get reimbursement or get it actually cleaned. No one has contacted me back after leaving all of my info a week ago. So here is my first google review ever! The pictures will speak for themselves.

Please have somebody wipe off the moisture from the benches in the morning and after a rain. Thank you. I am lowering my rating from four stars to three stars because obviously no one read my previous comment. I’m standing here now and the benches are full of water with guys walking around drying cars. Can you use the towels you are drying the cars with to wipe the benches off so the ladies have somewhere to sit? Thanks.

Visited for my first time yesterday. Paid over $50 for a car wash With tip, that did not include putting armor all on the majority of the vehicle. Was told that it was going to be $18 in addition, but they reduced the price to $6 Since I was a first time customer. I walk outside today to the vehicle and it is really is showing all the spots where they did not do a thorough clean. Unfortunately, I am not very impressed as of now and definitely not happy.

I took my boss’s car here this morning around 10am. I paid for the super polyprocess which is 35$. It’s one step above the basic cleaning. I’m pretty disappointed. The outside looked good but the inside not so much. I double checked with the attendant and he verified they would wipe everything down. After going through the exterior wash I pulled up to the boys that were going to be cleaning the inside. I verified with them that they would wipe everything down and I even pointed out the cup holders and the dash. When they said it was done they hadn’t wiped the dash, cupholders, or the door arm rests off at all. I shower them and they wiped down the dash and nothing else. After verifying twice and then asking them to wipe it down and still not having it done I left and finished the car on my own. Don’t waste your money here.

I have been to many car wash places and both my husband and I have noticed the drive through car wash here consistently gives our cars the best exterior clean! I have not tried interior cleaning services here.

After paying over $70 for a car wash and cleaning the inside at the John's Island location, my right side rear bumper was pulled 90 degrees away from my car. I spoke with the manager, who did an "investigation," and comes back and says this was not the fault of the car wash and they wouldn't do anything for me. I asked to speak to someone higher than him, and he referred me to the customer service number on the website. I called within 10 minutes of leaving the place, and the lady took my story and said I would get a call back within 48 hours. That did not happen. I called back and let the girl know I wanted to speak to someone in upper management. I have yet to hear from anyone about this matter. Steer clear of Autobell in general because if something does happen to your vehicle, it is likely nothing will be done, and nobody will even call to discuss the matter. You have been warned!

I have the monthly plan for exterior washes and will from time to time pay the extra for interior cleaning. This is the 3rd time I have paid extra to have inside vacuumed and windows cleaned. The first time windows looked more streaky than before wash and I told the manager on the phone with no response. Today I took my mother’s car and later my car, paid the extra and both times had to go back to get windows cleaned again. Why do you use the same cloths to wipe inside and outside. All three times the windows were just as bad or worse than when I came in. I will be cancelling my subscription.

Came in for a wash with all the add ons. For 60.00 it was not a great wash. They didn't towel dry it so there were lots of spots. I pulled into a "cleaning" spot as directed and then my car was ignored while several other cars that came out after me were taken car of. Once I asked why my car was being ignored they started on it. They cleaned the rubber mats well, vacuumed and dusted but it was just not clean. Lots of dirt left on the plastic. For the amount I expected a better job. One bright spot was Jaden. He was running the car wash. I had pre-paid and was having issues. The email receipt didn't have the barcode he needed but he was super patient and pleasant trying to get into my account to find what he needed. He will be the reason I come back, just probably not for an interior clean.

I recently visited your car wash and was disappointed with the service. While the car was cleaned, there were noticeable water spots left on the exterior, especially on the windshield. This left the car looking unfinished, and I had to clean it up myself afterward. I expected more attention to detail for a complete clean. I hope this can be addressed in the future.

Another consistently disappointing experience. Paid to have mats removed and washed - they were not. Most of the interior wasn’t even wiped with a damp rag. I always have to remind them to do the tire shine that we pay extra for otherwise it doesn’t get done. Someone needs to manage these young employees and implement some Quality Assurance. We’re cancelling our membership.
