Autobell hires, mostly young people, and every one of them are the highest quality. They are polite they do great work. They take their time yet. They’re really quick to get everything done. They look around and make sure they Have not missed anything on the car inside and out. but as a 75-year-old lady is really how polite and nice and helpful they are. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

My girlfriend paid for the 44$ car was , inside and out with fragrance. The fragrance is quite nice , and I do appreciate that they got all the nasty pollen off my car. However, there’s still trash left in my car after service and I’m pretty much stuck waiting for another customers car to be finished , before I can safely leave the premises. I don’t believe that it was intentional, but to have us watching as they work hard on other people’s car that mine wouldn’t get the same services. As basic as trash removal . I even put it in a bag to make it easier.

I had already entered the wash when an attendant stopped it to tell me the bike rack on the hatch needed to come off. I’m on the older side & told him I’d had someone install it for me & didn’t know how to remove it. They not only removed it but put it back on after they finished my car! I love Auto Bell anyway, but the friendly extra service made my day!

This was conveniently located and had decent reviews, but I was very disappointed. I asked for the interior and exterior detail, but the interior detail was poor despite pointing out the dashboard 2x when I checked the car (see pictures below). I don't know if maybe they guy was inexperienced, but the job seemed rushed. I should not have to get home to clean my car after having just paid for this. I will not be returning.

Good experience but they didn’t tell me that the $34.95 (just soap and interior)didn’t include polish and sealer, which I wanted and definitely need. Then they said I couldn’t go back through for just the difference ($10 additional) to get them applied. Not great customer service experience. I would have paid the $44.95 if they told me.

I just wish the agents would take their time...I pay for a subscription for two vehicles and always have to do my own touch ups once I get back to the house. Particularly the Vacuuming and because I have black vehicles there are always blatantly missed areas. The convenience of autobell is the only reason I still keep the subscription!! Do better please or you will definitely lose my business and many others in the near future.

Probably one of the worst cleans I’ve ever gotten. About 20 minutes ago I got my cars interior and exterior cleaned, although it looks the same as when I brought it in, plus extra scratches on the side of car. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I would have said something while I was there but needed some time to cool down before anything was said.

I've been to this location about 5 times and this time was awful. I got the super poly process clean $40 exterior and interior. The interior was poorly performed. I've never had this bad of a visit so I'm really disappointed at that team. The photos attached are only some of them - they didn't even vacuum the trunk at all and several cup holders (all but the front) were not even wiped down. I came this time on a Sunday so they were busy, but i wish they would have told me they didn't have time to do it if they were going to do this poorly of a job. I didn't really see a manager on site if there was one but this was really awful. I always default tipping both people that work on the vehicle (one usually wipes down and one vacuums) but I feel like I completely wasted my time and money on this visit.

I paid $49.99 for the manager special and my car didn’t even come through the wash completely clean. I asked for the mats to be wiped down and they absolutely were not. The car was barely wiped itself. New to the area and will not return.
