I was just there on Monday. I paid to have inside and out done and paid for the most expensive one. They weren’t too busy, three guys were working on my car and didn’t clean it right. I didn’t notice right away and I did tip as well. There are streaks on windshield and all the windows they did, one of the kids left the sprayer in my car which ended up spilling inside later (I didn’t notice right away it was there). Grill wasn’t wiped down either. Now I see why people stand by their cars and pay attention what the guys are doing.

The wash was great in the detail. I would’ve given a five star, but I paid for the fragrance and I do not smell it at all, and there are some water spots on the vehicle and also in the crevices on the floor mats in the center console was not cleaned.

My mats were taken from my car yesterday. The rubber ones were washed and replaced, but my husband didn’t notice the original mats were removed. I stopped by first thing this morning and Donnell said they weren’t there and there was nothing he can do. I told him the 3 guys that worked on the car, even showed him my husband’s glowing review. Yet, he won’t call the staff that worked on the car, nor actually try to help resolve the issue. It’s just my loss. And for a $45 car wash, they could’ve at least vacuumed my back seat! Management is trash and customer service only exists when you’re wasting your money, not actually looking for a quality service. Thanks for nothing!

My mom and I just went through this car wash and when we came out we noticed scratches on the hood of the cat that hadn’t been there before we entered. We talked to a manager and he denied our claim. Really disappointed, as this is a car wash we’ve frequented for years. We plan to reach out to corporate to hopefully resolve this issue.

Im just getting home from this place and very unpleased about the inside vacuum and the outside wash for almost $50!!!! Could have done a better job myself!!!!!!

The staff went above and beyond for me recently. I was running very late and wanted to just do a drive through wash. When I pulled in I noticed the door was already closed down and was getting ready to leave when a staff member came out to let me know they they closed at 7 pm (it was 7:20 when I arrived) but if I just wanted to do a drive through, he would be happy to lift the door and let me go through. I was very appreciative and impressed with his customer service. I have had an unlimited full wash plan since 2020 and use this location usually weekly. Sadly, I will be cancelling my plan soon. When I signed up for my plan, the cost was $39.99 monthly which was a great deal for anyone who washes their car weekly. At some point, the price raised to $49.99 which I was still ok with. I just received an E-mail that they are again raising the cost and now will be $64.99 monthly. As much as I love having a clean car, I can’t justify this amount in my budget. Guess I will be cleaning my own car going forward.

I’m sure these young men and women aren’t getting paid enough for the hard work they put in, so leaving a tip is a must for me. With that being said, there’s always something that is included with what I pay for that isn’t done up to my standard. Streaks on the windshield, water spots that shoulda been wiped down, or sections they skip out on vacuuming. Just their work and make sure you get what you paid for.

Not too satisfied with the services here. Every time I come I never get the results I’m looking for, or pay for. For 50$ I feel like I shouldn’t have to ask anyone to clean my car again on the inside. The only worker there who goes above and beyond to clean my car inside and out is MR MARQUES” he does an amazing job and try’s to make it right for me. I understand the fast pace movement that needs to be met. But these younger kids are skipping the main focus of customers cars . Which is the INSIDE! I’ve had to ask to get my car re vacuum everytime I have come. And I wouldn’t be coming as much if I DIDNT purchase the membership! Im pretty dissatisfied because I tip everytime .

Process of getting wiped down was a 10 min wait. The car was completely dry and had to be sprayed down. This has happened numerous times and I am now ready to cancel my contract and go somewhere else. I have been with your company for a few years and things have just gotten worse.

What to say about the experience so far... First off, if you have an antenna on your vehicle on your roof, double check it before leaving the premises. I had a stubby antenna when I purchased my wash a week ago. I reported that the antenna was no longer present when I got home and noticed that it was gone. No big deal, the car wash will make things right, right? Wrong. After reporting I waited to hear from the car wash. I was told to come in at my earliest convenience and fill out an incident report. Well I've filled out the report and once that was done I was informed because the supervisor that I spoke to wasn't present the day of the incident, they were denying responsibility. I'm now having to escalate the claim to the store manager. I've called and am currently awaiting contact back from the store manager. I will update the review if necessary once I hear back but so far, I have electronics on the roof of my car that are exposed to the elements now because of this car wash. I would definitely recommend considering options for washing your car.

I paid for full service at $34.99 on Nov. 15, 2025. I timed the two men cleaning my car as I watched from the windows of the lobby. They were done with my car in exactly five minutes. Needless to say, they did a terrible job. I spoke with the manager who was one of the people who supposedly cleaned my car. He went back over dirty areas as I pointed them out to him. I told him that I timed the "cleaning" and that I was ripped off because I was a woman. He apologized. Is there an overall manager of the facility that I could have complained to and got a refund? This is not the first time this happened.

I make sure to tip them, to let them know I appreciate their service. I definitely don’t have the energy to wash my own car even though i love to keep it clean.

Damn 45. For a car wash and they didnt remove the rugs and vacuum under them .. the front windshield (still had a finderprint from when i got my inspection sticker) and back window were not cleaned good.. the side window had fingerprints all over it . What a waste of money! Half the car wasnt wiped down .. just straight waste..

*****I am trying to respond to your response. The link info you provided is not working/correct. The photos added are from the day of. This is the inside of the front and back windshield. The exterior was never cleaned properly. Not sure why i spent $45 to have my car sit in the sun over 5 minutes with soap suds drying on the paint before an attendant starting wiping the car down. Then the attendant used the same cloth on the paint as on the tires. Why? My windows were not wiped down in time so they are spotted, they didnt try to remove the bug debris from the front bumper. I now have to rewash/clean my car at home. I want my $$ back.
