I used to love coming to this place with their excellent customer service. Now, there might be only a few good workers there, but the one I had was horrible. He didn't answer any of my reasonable requests on my car. He gave me the cold shoulder. He also left my car half vacuumed. Unless this place gets new workers, I highly doubt me and my family will ever come back here. Honestly, I would ask for a refund after these events today.

Usually I Never Had A Bad Experience With This Location But On This Day I Was Stuck In The Car Wash For About 10 Minutes Before Anyone Heard Me Blowing My Horn. I Got An Apology After My Car Was Finished.

I came here today for superior service only to have to end up telling the guy to clean and vacuum areas that were overlooked. He looked at me as if I was getting on his nerves just because I asked for those areas to be cleaned again. I asked him did they have any kind of tool to reach the areas that were not cleaned and he told me no. Like why don’t they have any tools to reach areas the towel can’t? There’s no way you should expect a customer to leave a car wash with a spot cleaned service no way! I wasn’t satisfied with the service and won’t return again. I was really disappointed and hoping that they would do a great job without me having to ask for anything to be done again. For $37 this needs to be excellent service. No top was given. The tip here is to hire better staff and do better to satisfy the customer the first time!

I've been regretting buying a bright white Challenger. Every spot is exaggerated, the bug body count immense, wide tires trying to paint it black, but these guys made it look like an Instagram photo and made me feel proud to drive it around. Definitely coming back

Today I was told my chrome wheels will no longer be serviced after the car wash. Now I have to do it myself or they'll get water spots on them. To expensive to lower the service expectations. I won't be back, other car washes do it.

I just received detailing on my Cadillac Escalade SUV at Autobell for a $37 charge + $5 tip . Arriving back home lately, my desire was to assess Autobell's work. Upon looking underneath the mats, I became dissatisfied with what I saw! A pitcure say 1000 words!

I only needed my new SUV inside to be clean as it needed to be wiped down and vacuumed from dirt and spills, which should have been an easy clean. I even emphasize to one of the guys that cleaned my car..." my car needed to be cleaned inside only." So, of course I paid for the wash and clean, and it barely looked touch (was not clean from when I needed their service) on the inside. Any other time, I will have a great experience on getting my other vehicle clean from this particular car wash, but this time was a waste of money and I, unfortunately won't be going back anymore. From what I saw on a brand new SUV, I could have done it myself and it would have turned out better or the same. Have a great day!

Exterior drying was not complete around mirrors, back hatch, etc. Interior was barely touched other than vacuum. Paid extra for tire gloss & there was barely any on one tire! The other 3 had nothing! The tire gloss issue has become an ongoing problem at every location I have tried. You guys were great when it first opened but now they never throughly apply tire gloss. It’s so bad that I carry my own & pull over to fix it as soon as I leave the car wash! Seriously considering leaving for another car wash!!!

I just love Autobell! I go to the one on Gate City Boulevard in Greensboro North Carolina. And they are absolutely wonderful there. The staff that wipes down the cars does a great job. Been going there for years, it's such a relief to know that I can get a good job on my car and not have to do it myself.

Horrible service. I’ve given them a try 3 times since they are so close and each time has bigger progressively worse. I keep my car pretty clean so it’s not a hard job. They didn’t vacuum or touch the interior of my car. When I pointed out the person told me it was a “premium services” even though I purchased the highest tier. Another worker overheard the conversation and came over to fix it out of embarrassment. My car also still had water on it from not being wiped and my windshield isn’t clean. I still tipped both as a courtesy but I’ll never go to this location again.

They did a half ass job on the interior. They vacuumed not very well and they didn't wipe down anything the mats were as dirty as they were when I gave it to them. The same with the dash , interior of the doors and the center divider. Tires were awful no tire shine on most of the tires. I was there about 2:30 in a blue Chrysler Pacific. I gave a tip as well. I'm coming back by tomorrow.

I had a great experience! I got the $40 wash and was in and out in no time. My car was spotless afterward. The manager, Abdoul, rang me up and even worked on my car himself. He was very professional and carried himself well. I’ll definitely be coming back!
