Folks working here are not detail oriented. Forgive them though they are young. The actual car wash itself misses a bunch of stuff. The staff gets paid to go behind the machines and they miss a fair amount too. Probably won't go back.

Went yesterday and paid for a full detail. Not satisfied at all even after we told them about making sure they clean the inside windshield good. I watched the guy just wipe it a few times. He came and said done. That wasn't going to work so we asked him could he please clean the inner windshield again. He did but a halfway job. You can see lines all over my windshield where he cleaned and didn't touch at all. Plus under the seat wasn't vacuumed and when we pulled in they only sprayed the top of the hood. What kind of place is this to charge that much and give a basic wash and clean up. Even gave a tip smh.

Just took my new car through here. I've only had the car for one day. The car was covered in soap scum to the point that I had a hard seeing out of the vehicle. It scuffed one of rims while running through the machine. Overall very disappointed, my quick and easy carwash might cost $200 dollars to get a new wheel.

The lack of organization or use of two lines for vacuuming made the line back up tremendously and cars were everywhere. This is the most disorganized I’ve ever seen this Autobell, already been here 20 minutes and still not had my car vacuumed and there are 4 cars still in front of me. I’m an unlimited subscriber and use them often and this experience was very unpleasant!

Got the rain repellent service today and the guys (Carlos and Free) did a good job and were very polite and friendly! They made sure I was satisfied with the wash before I left and I did not have to wait that long. Hopefully, I get them next time I go back!

The service was horrible. I was waiting for someone to dry down my truck but while waiting another vehicle came out of the tunnel and two employees began to service the other vehicle. I addressed this with the emploee and he lied about it stating that he was getting towels. I waited for approximately 10 minutes before my car was dried down. I addressed my concerns with the manager (Mike Collins) who made excuses for his employees and had a nasty attitude. He stated, "what do you want me to do about it!" I refuse to visit this location for any car care needs. Thanks Mike - job well done! I only added the name of the manager because of his attitude. The employees apologized but the manager made excuses.

Best car wash ever!!! After parking my car under a tree for 3 days, it was disgusting. For less than $20 these guys cleaned it up really well and did so faster than I could have at one of the DIY car washes! Highly recommend!

You know this place use to be good when it was built and opened. But now lately I feel like there slipping. I spent 30 bucks for a car wash you can see in the picture they vacuumed did a good job there ok. But please WIPE Down the mats you can clearly see a foot print still on the passenger side and drivers side still looked dirty to me. I’m sorry but you know the old saying. If you want something done right do it yourself. The outside of the vehicle is spotless. I just wanted a better job. Didn’t even bother to clean the rearview mirror.

Friendly staff, but terrible cleaning job. I was only 1 of 3 vehicles but the service quality was poor in my opinion. The vacuum job was half done, the interior windows were streaked and required me going over them again. With the lack of business at the time they could have and should have done a better job.

It's a scam!! I went today to have my company van cleaned. The two young workers were very nice, however I was told the following: I am paying for to have the interior cleaned and vacuumed and the exterior cleaned. Upon inspection, my interior was NOT cleaned. When I brought it to autobell attention I was told I could have add-on the master vacuumed option. I was NOT told of this option until after the work was done. When talking to manager of gate city location he told me that to explain ALL options would take 10 minutes. I will NOT BE GOING BACK

This car wash sets the gold standard for a well run business. The staff are so professional and courteous, and they did a great job on my truck, my wife’s truck, and my son’s car. All 3 vehicles were washed inside and out in under 20 minutes. I plan to keep going back.

While the team and management here were very accommodating and kind all the hidden fees for additional services are ridiculous. My plan covers outside wash so I paid an extra $20 to have my inside vacuumed and wiped only to find out that there are also restrictions with that. The cleaning of my mats were not even covered!! This is unacceptable. I will be reviewing my membership and making changes

The courtesy of employees is worth going. Girl who was at the register was nice. Coming to the car wash i wasn’t happy after they got done. We paid 22$ for the super wash and i didn’t see a major change. The vacuum was done poorly. I still have my car seats and floor dirty. They don’t even spend 10 mins on cleaning the inside. The package said they would polish and seal - and i don’t know even if that was done. One employee asked me if we wanted to redo something but we had to be somewhere to i said no otherwise i would have gotten them to do the interior all over again.

I have an unlimited membership for my car to be washed and my interior to be cleaned. This to me means my car will be wiped down and the interior will be vacuumed, as well as the matts will be washed. Every time i come to get my car cleaned no one vacuum's under the driver and passenger seats or in between. When i questioned it they claim they cannot vaccum under the seats because their equipment doesn't fit. Ridiculous! Whats the sence in paying for a membership if they are not going to do the job!!!

Only has a 1 star because no star isn't an option. WINDOW TINT MESSED UP! Have been getting my car cleaned by Autobell for over 20 years and have never had a complaint. Many of times I see things they have missed but I am not a complainer so I take their minor misses and keep going. Long story I will keep short.. I was the only car there so it wasn't the fact that they were in a rush.. I paid more on this car wash than ever and it was the worst. My tint did NOT HAVE ANYTHING WRONG WITH IT WHEN I PULLED IN THE CAR WASH! As I was handing my claim ticket to the detailer, I immediately noticed something on the inside of the drivers door window that I questioned.. he grabbed a cloth and started hard scrubbing and I said, "whoa whoa whoa that is my tint" He smiled and said "yes, that's your tint" and literally ran off.. It was almost closing time so he was no where to be found after 2 minutes... Upon leaving and planning to return the next day to discuss, I noticed the same thing on my passenger glass. I did a walk around video when I got to my next stop 1 mile up the road and notice the front end of my car wasn't even touched, very nasty.. I could have gotten a better wash at the $5 car wash. Pictures attached.. I returned to the car wash the next day to discuss how the tint situation could be resolved. They young "manger on duty" (Derek Hunt) at that time took notes, (he wrote the date as November and this was actually June) said he needed to do an investigation and would be right back. 4 minutes later he returned to deny any accusations and they would not claim fault nor be held responsible. I have the conversation on video. I only asked for reimbursement of the $53.96 and I would cover my 2 front windows needing to be retinted. He denied that as well. I went to the tint shop without informing of the situation, he seen the window and said "oh no, something was sprayed on there that messed up your tint" (have that on video as well) I am no expert but the ONLY PEOPLE TO SPRAY ANYTHING ON MY WINDOWS WAS AUTOBELL. I would like to add that Derek was going to have the Store Manager Mike Collins reach out to me and I have not heard a word back. Step up, own the innocent mistake and reimburse the wash + the $10 tip I left or pay for the windows to be retinted.

Today was a fail... Car washes are car washes there not much difrenve in what a car wash does. It's up to the employees and customer service to make the difference. This car wash failed today, I came to get all the road grime off my car and paid my $23 just to do the outside, have it wiped down and put some tire shine. Car came out dirty with mud and salt still in spots, was told it would wipe clean. Car was left for 15 min in direct sun not touched so it dried with water spots, was told again they would wipe it clean. Car still had dirt and mud on tires from the road., was told I should have pressure washed my car before coming to a car wash. Then they putting yire shine over the mud on my tires. They didn't even touch the front bumper area or the roof. They did say I could tell them what they missed but I would be put back in line and have to wait to be gotten to. This had already took 35 min and I was out of time. I feel I was dismissed, talked down to and I paid for shitty service. I will not go back to this car wash when there's another less than a mile away.

I used to be a regular at AutoBell and always thought the quality was great for the price. Unfortunately, the last two times I’ve been here, it’s been terrible. For the price I’m paying, I expect a thorough clean — but instead, I’ve left with smudges everywhere. I understand dog hair costs extra, and apparently cleaning under the seat does too (which makes no sense to me), but that’s not even the issue. It just feels rushed. Both times, my car was done so quickly that it’s obvious things were missed, despite having multiple people working on it. The employees are friendly, and I appreciate that, but lately it feels like they just want to get you out the door rather than provide quality service. I really hope they step it up.
