If you don’t want your car to be damaged, I would avoid this business. During my wash, their machinery ripped out my turn signal housing and scratched the right panel of my car. When I spoke to the manager, Ivan, he was one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. Although this piece is not excluded in their liability waiver sign, he blamed me for the problem, did not offer to help in any way and admitted that, although it happened in his car wash, it wasn’t his problem. I would definitely not recommend using this car wash ever.

Nice because of the laser car wash, but vacuum are always full I have to drive somewhere else to vacuum my car after the wash. It’s pretty inconvenient.

Terrible service and false advertising. Shown as 24 hour car wash and when I arrived they rudely told me that it was closed. Terrible service and false advertising, do not come here.

This place is Awesome it’s literally a One stop shop they got everything from FREE VACUUMS to SELF wash tunnels and a regular traditional tunnel wash but the best one the TOUCHLESS WASH where can you find a car wash like that all these options ESPECIALLY A TOUCH FREE TUNNEL no where but here I don’t know why and how people saying that this car wash is damaging any of these cars when the most thing people use is THE TOUCH FREE which DOES NOT TOUCH YOUR CAR ITS IN THE NAME but I definitely love and recommend this place it’s as I said a 1 stop shop and very clean and has everything definitely recommend come check it out

I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. During my recent visit, I was very dissatisfied with how I was addressed by one of the employees. The interaction came across as unprofessional and left me feeling disrespected as a customer. I believe customer service is just as important as the quality of the car wash itself, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet that standard. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training so future customers feel valued and respected. I’m not sure if anyone else has ever had a problem with customer service here, but i have and i honestly don’t appreciate it.

Auto Spa Xpress is a great place to get your car washed. The prices are also great. The hours are excellent. I’ve never had a bad experience. My car is clean and dry when I depart. The employees are always professional and helpful. It’s also great that they offer free vacuums. Conveniently located. Never a long wait.

The facility is clean and conveniently open 24/7, which is a definite plus. While the touchless car wash is a nice feature, it may not be powerful enough to remove heavier stains. In some cases, it can leave water spots behind, and multiple washes might be needed for a thorough clean. It would be even better if a membership option were available, rather than paying per visit.

Last night I went through this car wash and chose the most expensive service they offer. When I got home, I realized the car looked exactly the same as before. I wiped the back of the car by hand, but this morning I checked the rest and it’s still dirty, as you can see in the pictures. Complete waste of money and a terrible car wash.

It was our first time at this car wash and we were a little unsure of how to pay and whatnot but the manager was so kind and explained everything to us and recommended we pre wash the car first because it had a lot of sap baked on which was very smart! Our car came out so shiny and clean and the prices are really good! The manager and the girl who works there are both incredibly nice and I highly recommend taking your car there!

I been coming here for years and this place does not disappoint it’s a 24 hour wash which is awesome I mean during the winter I know sometimes they close because it gets below 20 degrees and that’s not good weather to wash a car and I respect that but I love this place it has 3 different bays to wash in weather you want a touch free wash or a regular traditional tunnel wash or a self wash they have it all here and I forgot to mention they also have like plenty of free vacuums which car wash do you know have free vacuums in this economy we living in none ! But this place is awesome and I definitely recommend and if I can give this place more then 5 stars I definitely would come check this place out you won’t regret it !!!

Very disappointed with this car wash. It requires a minimum of $3.50 to start. I had exactly $3.50 in cash, but the machine didn’t start after I paid. My money was taken, but I received no service. This is unacceptable. I do not recommend it — you’ll just waste your money.

Effective touchless car wash with amazing spot-free water! Since I maintain my truck, running through their touchless car wash keeps it maintained and looking it’s best. If I ever miss a month or two of maintenance, it knocks off enough dirt safely to make a contact hand wash easier for me.

Very disappointed with this touch-free car wash. We waited more than 40 minutes and paid $16 + tax for the best package with triple foam. After the wash, the car actually looked worse — there were visible stains and dirt left on the surface. When we spoke to the manager, they refused to offer a refund and said that according to their policy, they are not responsible if the car is not properly cleaned. Poor service and very poor customer service. Overpriced and not recommended.
