After waiting an hour they still weren’t done and they told me maybe 40 minutes at the most. They cleaned the outside and vacuum the inside but didn’t do anything else. Inside is still disgusting they didn’t wipe anything off I’m gonna have to go and redo it. It cost $40. I could’ve paid three and did that myself

So it appears they have moved. He’s operating out of a van at 55 music square east. This man is the epitome the American dream. He did an amazing job on my F2 50 after taking a 14 Hour Rd. trip through the mountains from va. Truck looks brand new. I will post pics.

Exterior looked good, interior was sub par after looking over. Asked staff to address a couple of areas, missed vacuum spots, smudges on sunroof, dash area still dirty. They were super courtoues and addressed areas. Got home and pushed to open area under stereo, it had not been touched. Took 3 hours and 15 minutes instead of quoted 2 hours. For the amount of money I paid I felt it should of been spotless and ready to pick up on time.

I am amazed at the job they did at Gulch Auto Spa. My 2016 Volvo looks like I just drove it off the lot! The inside is immaculate and the outside is shiny. They were even able to get most of a scuff off the door. Highly recommend their detailing service. No matter where you live in Nashville, make the trip to the Gulch and see these guys.

I was told to show up at a certain time if I wanted my car waxed, so I did, (I’ve gotten my car detailed there before so I was in the right place), and I waited an hour and a half before I gave up. The people around said the cleaner would be coming soon for 90 MINUTES before I called it quits. I called many times and there was never an answer, I even left a few voicemails that went unnoticed. The only reason I waited that long was because I really needed my car waxed and thought this was the best place to go to. I’m disheartened by the lack of professionalism and punctuality of this place.

There's nothing here except an old church that looks in the process of being renovated. Seems this was some mobile car wash outfit that used to base out of this parking lot. Their website link from Google is a nonexistant Facebook page, and a call today just went to voicemail. Don't drive down to 629 3rd Ave. S. --June 15th 2024

Took my fleet here and was amazed with the outcome. Not only was the owner patient and understanding while getting payment from my fleet company, the car looked like I just picked it up from the dealership! I also have 2 dogs and we all know dog hair is not an easy task to tackle. I’d highly recommend and will return.

I asked for an inside out detailing . they were fast, but lazy . when I got back into my car, or didn't smell cleaner, but I immediately noticed t that they didn't even attempt to clean the cup holders. I had to ask them to do that before leaving. they also did not wipe down the steering wheel and dash board. it was dusty on return. and that night , I scooted up my chairs and seen that that they did not even vacuum under the seat . AT ALL . to make it all worse , they charged me 40$ when the advertised signage definitely said 35$. So they definitely got one over on me. I can believe they were satisfied with handing my car back to me. I only went there because the very good one across from u.s bank ( down the street) is under renovation. they charge the same price AND you get shampooed seats. I was beyond dissatisfied. like , even if they give me a free detail , are they going to do it right & satisfactory? I gave them 2 stars because they were nice people .

This place is great! Joey is very kind, personable and goes above and beyond. He shampooed my seats making them look brand new. I had chocolate and water stains on them before but you would have never known after he was done with it. I had trouble finding the place but I called and the owner was so nice and explained how to find it. It's on 55 Music Square East, behind the building in the alleyway. They do the cleaning in the back parking lot. Great work. Great people. Great price.
