They barely vacuumed, didn't remove mats, didn't even lift rear door of s u v until I asked to do so. Front of vehicle covered with bugs until I pointed them out to guy drying. Got car home and checked further and looked like one side wasn't even washed. Save your 19.00 and go else where.

I paid for there best car wash on there list for $25 and my windows had marks all over them roof of car wasn't washed off and had dirt marks on it. Paid extra to have the inside wiped down and they totally missed spots and left foot prints on my carpet.

If I could give zero stars I would. The worst car wash I have ever been to. Spots all over the car. Interior dirty. No interest in fixing the problem. Awful. Manager walked away and was rude. I had to take the car elsewhere to resolve.

Complete waste of money, 45.00 to wash my truck and it looks like it was washed by Ray Charles! Asked for my money back so I could take it someplace more competent but they refused. I'm not a picky person but Jesus it was terrible.

If I could give this business a minus 5 stars I would. A simple dashboard, cupholder clean and basic vacuum was so poorly done I had to redo it. Absolutely terrible. When I addressed this issue with them I was met with arrogance and self pride that they have been open for so many years. Avoid.

They always do a great job for me, top notch. I go there every sunday to get the car washed and detailed, Inside and out for the work week ahead. They do a great job and take there time, usually im they're about an hour but worth it. Grab a Starbucks and the paper or something to read while there and before u know it. Car comes out looking & smelling brand new! Thanks guys keep up the good work!

Best car wash in town with a small town feel. They do a very good job hand cleaning and drying. Been coming here for years and never had an issue. FYI - there is no gas for those that like to kill two birds.

Came v dirt laden, dust over all thick, whole area front interior. Worker cleaned front driver area pockets, dash, floor under seats areas etc I did make it easier by removing all my gear, goods and junk to boxes and put it in back trunk. I do my own bk seats trunk. Otherwise price would be 2 much! Outside perfect. Inside was as good as U can get! Been going... Maybe 10-- 13? Yrs. " Satisfaction gotten!"

The owner is so welcoming and nice. He takes pride in his buisness and it shows! They always do a great job and take great care of my car. My regular spot to get a car wash. I won't go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Do not bring your nice car here Manager (i think) and owner are cool but.. It's very cheap for a hand wash which for many is a plus but you get what you pay for. I've only been here two times both times I've witnessed the washing process be very hard on a car's paint which will for sure leave swirl marks, and scratches. The drying is very bad, left water spots and I also saw soap residue left over, on top of that whatever 'rags' they were using seemed be ripped, dirty, and abrasive for both the wash and the drying.

I got package #3 and although it took them about 45 minutes to take care of my full size truck, they did a great job! They were able to wipe down and clean areas (like my bumpers) that I never even knew were dirty! It was a nice break from the drive thru car washes that I go to a couple times a month. I'm glad I came here to give my truck a little extra love and I highly recommend it.

They did a very great job. They went out of their way to provide me with windshield wiper fluid when I needed it the most. A very friendly experience and a professional job. Great prices but don't expect perfection. This is not a 100 or 200 dollar wax. The wait in the morning was very short. All in all I would recommend coming here for a great price and helpful management.

Lazy people who don't want to actually clean a car, just rub it with dirty towels and argue about what clean means. When 4 people are in the shade and only one is actually doing the job on a large vehicle you have a ethics and management issue. Though 5 points is barely better so I'll just be washing myself from now on.

This place is honestly the most criminal rip off I have ever had. They charged me 80 dollars to wash and detail inside. I came back to my car scratched, dirt still on oustide , inside only vacuumed and my phone chargers gone. WOW. I confronted the manager and he just said it was my fault and they only waxed it?? But it was dirty still?? $80 ?? Wish I couldve called the police or something… felt that robbed and helpless… SKETCHY

$24.99 for a full inside and out wash. THEY RINSED IT AND DRIED IT! And on a BLACK ON BLACK CAR!!!! Luckily it's old or I would have stopped them immediately when they pulled it around after a rinse to wipe down with dirty rags! Oh, they did vacuum the floor mats. I got home and looked around my car and went straight back! I pointed out they only rinsed the car and wiped it as I saw the entire wash... No Glass cleaning, oil still on my inside glass... dirt still on the paint and FILTHY rims! I began trying to wipe away the dirt on the rims, and it wasn't coming off... just as the manager was about to say something, I dampened my finger with water from the ground and wiped off grime in one pass.... (All 4 rims had even worse grime, but only took the one photo before getting in to return to the wash) They wiped the wheels and wiped one window. That's it. So... $24.99 for a wash in and out and I got a rinse and dry. Had to return to have rear glass wiped inside and for the filthy rims... There was more, but even after wiping the rims, they are still filthy... I didn't feel comfortable with them "detailing" my car any longer. Too bad, $24.99 plus tip for a rinse I could do for nothing. Down the road, there's another large wash that would charge $22 for the same, and it would be SPOTLESS and worthy of an even bigger tip! I regret I even tipped this place, but I'm not one to demand a tip back or anything beyond what I paid for. I simply will not return. Too bad since it's one of the few hand washes around that's not $50+ and I enjoy supporting local businesses!
