My daughter was so excited to get her 1st car! We had been searching for a VW Beetle and found it online at this dealership. Connor Smith was so helpful right from the start. When I told him we lived 2 hours away he offered to do a video walk around of the car to show me the inside and outside of the car. He also noticed the air wasn’t cooling like it should and helped get everything worked out to have it fixed. Not many places would be upfront about things not working. This was one of the easiest car purchases I have made. Before we left to head home he even filled the gas tank! Even though we live out of town I would definitely consider buying another car from him. Thank you!

I recently got my first (ever) car, Audi A4 and Audi Lafayette leaved no stones unturned to make the experience a special one for me. I did a lot of research and talked to many Audi dealership in and around Indianapolis and I have never received such a warm and friendly response anywhere as I got here. The people here are very friendly, they really know how to treat their customers and will do their best to get you in your dream car. I would 100% recommend Audi Lafayette to anyone who is in a search for an Audi and want the best car owning experience. On 4/12/25 I purchased a vehicle I had been looking for.. an Audi A8L 60 TFSI Quattro, Black, with the Black Optics package, the S Line Package and the Executive Package and with only 26K miles, in excellent condition. Garrette Clark helped me buy and I was in a hurry that Saturday morning. Garrette did a great job, knowledgeable, professional, efficient and courteous in all manner. Something I really appreciated is that Garrette did everything he said he would do, when he said he would do it... without any BS or delay. The dealership was doing a ceramic coating ( 5 year) Permacoat, and I know these have to be done with great care, it is not like just washing and waxing a car, ceramic coatings not applied properly are near worthless. Garrette communicated with me a couple of times on this and in the end, I was very satisfied with the ceramic coating application. I drove the vehicle directly to my mechanic who had it for the day and did a 125 point check up, and all was great, passed 100%. If it was the right car at the right price, as this one was, I would absolutely go back to this dealership and Garrette specifically to purchase again. Now here is my BIG COMPLAINT..... no lids for the complimentary Starbucks coffee! Come on guys...

I mainly dealt with Randy Stahl and Christopher Houser on a purchase of a 2015 Audi Q3. By far one of the smoothest transaction I’ve had purchasing a car. They were very upfront about the condition, any known issues, and all my many questions promptly. I never saw the car in person until it was delivered. Once delivered it was better than expected (car has nearly 80k miles on). Would not hesitate to buy another car from the dealership. Audi Lafayette is lucky to have people like Randy and Christopher working for them. Top notch!!

I only had one interaction with this dealership because I wanted an estimate on a maintenance service for my Audi Q5. The service woman cut me off twice while I explained my car's issue, argued with me on what exactly my car's service notification said (while I was actively looking at it), and then quoted me a number almost double what I received at a different dealership. It wasn't a great first impression.

We had a very positive experience with Audi Lafayette. We needed a second vehicle and had to do a walk in due to being in a rush over the weekend. Garrett was the one who received us at the door and was extremely helpful in narrowing down our focus to looking at the Q-series. He did very well trying to understand our needs and constraints and answered all of our questions, and accommodated us with a great test drive, which allowed us to move forward quickly with deciding on a purchase. We did have to go through a few hours of paperwork, which is always the case for making new purchases anyway and is understandable. I did not feel pressured during any part of the time because we were given plenty of space. Kyle was also very helpful in making sure we understood the terms and conditions when making some choices in the contract. We finished up with a detailed walkthrough in our new vehicle. Again, Garrett was patient, knowledgeable and clear in his communication. I think this was the best experience one could hope for with a dealership, so thank you for giving me and my family an excellent experience! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an Audi.
