My neighbor told me about these guys and I couldn't be happier. They had me drop off my vehicle earlier than the date of my appointment to try and work it in and they were able to get it done more than a week early and for a reasonable price. My car is back up and running and actually doing even better than previously.

I dropped my truck off at Atlas Automotive for some maintenance service. After they inspected some issues I had previously pointed out, I got a call from Eric and was immediately impressed by his kind and professional approach. He was able to answer my questions very well by articulating what the parts were and how they worked and why they needed fixed/replaced. Eric worked hard on finding the best parts for the best prices possible. One of the things I needed was a new set of tires. Eric was able to recommend some nice tires that he and his co-workers personally used, with great feedback and is a number one choice with other customers. Atlas was able to get all the repairs done quickly! I have used them many times over the years, and the entire crew at Atlas does an amazing job. Thank you Eric, thank you to the technicians who worked on my truck, and everyone at Atlas Automotive!

5 + stars to Atlas Auto. They exceeded my expectations Jerry was very friendly and the staff was professional, they were extra careful with my vintage truck. I have used vehicle repair shops for over 45 years with my service business and company vehicles, as well as several muscle cars. I am glad I found a 100% referral business and my contracting was for over 30 years. They will have my work . And one of the biggest compliment to Atlas Auto that any business strives for is trust, respect customers and be totally professional . I decided to wait as my truck was being repaired and brought a book to read, Two service advisors answering the business phones were very respectful and courteous to every caller. Something they did not know I could hear as I read. Same as my contracting business they followed my actions in business one of the reasons I write this. Thank You Atlas Automotive. Took my Lincoln continental in for some front end work as their quoted price was way better than other shops. Not only did they finish the work in a timely fashion but noticed the ball joints were getting really bad (dangerous) and fixed them as well after calling me to let me know and ask if I wanted them to. And since I had a firm budget they worked with me on paying for the ball joint work. Simply amazing and you don't see that level of customer service, dedication and honesty anywhere else! They really care about their customers and it shows! I won't take my car to anyone but Atlas after this experience. I even told my daughter to take her car there to get it checked. Jerry was a pleasure to work with and is amazing. I HIGHLY recommend going to Atlas!

Went in for a timing belt service and thermostat swap at 100k miles. I drove 9 miles and the serpentine belt twisted on itself and had to be replaced again. 2 months later, my thermostat failed and now my car is undrivable and overheating. Not only should the warranty cover failed repairs, but the should also be reimbursed for lost wages for not having any transportation to work. Absolutely ridiculous!!

I was having an issue with my car, not knowing what it could be. Atlas Automotive was recommended to me. They looked over my entire car with all of their special devices. They also gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was done. They couldn't find anything that was wrong. As an added bonus, they didn't charge me anything for their time. I was blown away by their kindness. I would recommend them to everyone, because they are honest.

If I could talk to the owner I wish to tell them about the lack thereof professionalism at this shop. This place had my brothers vehicle for apx a month awaiting a part from I believe Georgia. They lead him on to believe it would be finished each and every Friday of that entire month, until it appeared they ran out of answers, or could be excuses. By the time I had called the shop they told me they would call my brother once they heard from the used auto part shipper. The mechanic did not know the shipping number and had no idea where the shipment was. I simply asked if they had forgot to order this part and to be honest, in which the mechanic stated no they ordered it. My brother was contacted by the shop and was told the part conveniently fell off the truck. Within two days, after back and fourth conversation a part was delivered and the vehicle was finally finished. Honesty is key! This auto shop never communicated and made false claims they called my brother which was never the case. The customer service is by far from perfect. My father and my grandfather have had their vehicles serviced here for years and it's upsetting to see such poor service given to a young man. I think it could potentially be a one off but they have ruined it for myself and my family. After the car was recieved the alignment was extremely terrible! They refused to listen and did not want to make it right. Reading other reviews, it appears alignment is a key factor. Had the work done in 1 day elsewhere.

Had brake switch solenoid go out. Fixed a couple of years ago. It went out again, they fixed it and didn't charge, said it was warranty work. Always friendly, always efficient. Have had other work done there too. I highly recommend them. 2008 Ford Explorer EDIT NEW POST; Once again was having troubles with my rig. Friday April 11th 2025 Called and asked if they had a mobile mechanic, because I couldn't get my car out of park again, they said no but set up an appointment for Wednesday and was going to call a tow truck to get me there. A minute later one of their mechanics called and asked if it was alright if he came over to check on it. He got it out of park finally and said he'd follow me over to the shop and then give me a ride home. Wow wonderful. They ordered the OEM PART got it installed and called me today, Monday the 14th to say the car was done. I didn't have a ride to come get it, so they sent Rueben to come bring me to my car. Once again no charge it was under warranty. But everyone there is so helpful and kind. I highly recommend them

Atlas automotive does almost all of our vehicle maintenance for our two Toyotas. We trust them implicitly since we have a lot of experience with other sources in the past. They are professional, timely, keep an absolutely spotless waiting room, never upsell, very knowledgeable with their decades of experience and their prices are always extremely competitive.

This was my first visit to Atlas based on a referral. While I was disappointed with how long it took to be able to pick up the car (dropped off at 7:30am not ready until 4:45pm), I was impressed with the extra mile Atlas went to. They did the rear struts and tire balance/rotation it came in for, but on top of that they also replaced the two missing tire valve caps, wiped down the dash and inside front doors, and remembered my request to please finish stretching a new steering wheel cover on I couldn't. On top of which the final bill came in 80 dollars less than the estimate. I have already booked the next apt for the surpentine belt to be replaced. Best service in the 47 years I have owned cars.

We are in town and had some vibration issues with our truck. We called a friend of a friend who knows the area and he says, "You need to take it to Atlas." He said, "I don't trust anyone else." At 7.30 on Monday morning, I met Jerry. He explained to me what needed to happen and asked if I need a ride to my meeting. The owner's son took me downtown and dropped me off. Within an hour Jerry called and let me know the repair and the estimate. Within the next hour he called to let me know the truck was good to go. I told him I wouldn't be avail. until 4 p.m. to come back over there. Jerry asked if I needed a ride. At 4.00, the owner's son was in the parking lot to pick me up and take me back to the shop. Places like this just don't exist anymore. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.

Be further impressed by their customer service from dropping by, dropping off, and picking up your wheels when said job is complete. QUALITY WORK + COMMUNICATION. They care about your welfare. They know you care about honest work...always truth behind their recommendations. Don't know? - Just ask! They are more than happy to go the extra mile and show and explain what and why is needed and what can wait. The whole crew are truly great. We cannot thank them enough for fixing our A/C and HEADLAMP RESTORATION. My husband was impressed! So - Don't let any 'storm' steer you away from doing business at Atlas Automotive!! ATLAS WILL ALWAYS BRING SUNSHINE TO YOUR DAY!

We have brought two of our vehicles into Atlas automotive recently and both visits were amazing. My husband brought his truck in for a weird sound, our previous mechanic was saying it was the transmission while the transmission shop was saying it was something else. Atlas automotive was knowledgeable and found the issue right away, they were honest and affordable as well. We also recently brought in my Chevy Tahoe, the engine was shaking, they took a look at it and they were able to resolve the issue with a fairly simple service. We are so happy we found an honest mechanic we can rely on! We've already started referring friends to Atlas automotive. Thank you so much.

I moved here about a year ago and am very particular when it comes to my vehicle. My brother is a certified Audi mechanic and I hadn't trusted anyone with my car except for him until I found Atlas. They always go above and beyond to provide the best service possible. I can be a bit of a nuisance and always have A LOT of questions which they always take the time to answer. Their prices are fair and so far their work has been exceptional. I wouldn't recommend any other shop in the area for a European vehicle.

As always, every time take my car to Atlas Auto, I have a five star experience! Recently it was my A/C. It wasn’t blowing cold air! Expecting a leak or worse I took it in and through careful checking they discovered a loose connection! It runs perfect now and the cost was very minimal! Everyone working at Atlas Auto is honest, caring, friendly and very competent at their jobs! Love this place!

2015 GMC Sierra 1500 didn't wanna start when tried 6 times then started. Had to drop off to these guys referred by a diesel mechanic friend. I got it started and drove straight over and they gave me a couetesy ride to me salon and back again at the end of the week to pick again. I'd sprung an oil leak from the engine that killed the starter, also found my exhaust manifold had a sheared off bolt so had them replace that too and then oil change.... I asked if they could fit me in wherever since my only other rig is a motorcycle and it was done before the end of the week. Beyond thankful and a fair price in my opinion. An awesome experience when I needed something warm to drive in a timely manner!! Thanks guys!

So, this week I had car trouble and didn’t know where to go so I came here to Atlas and I’m so glad I did! Finally I found a real all American 🇺🇸 auto repair shop with old school values! Everyone here is super friendly and made me feel like family! The price were affordable, and no one pressured me into anything! The shuttle service is top tier and got me home and to work on time!
