I've taken multiple vehicles, multiple times here,and have used both the drive through and self washing bays. Only once did I have a problem with the token machine giving me a quarter, instead of a token. The owners friend was covering for him and reimbursed me, without me even asking!!! I will keep going here, as long as you keep up the good service!

The automated machine broke right after spraying my car with soap, which caused me to spend more money to wash by hand. The credit card reader barely works. I had to swipe my card numerous times. The vending machine for car detailing items was also broken, so I couldn't dry my car since I forgot my own items at home. The lot itself is a bit small, so be careful when leaving the lot. I called the number posted to get a refund. The call went to a voice-mail. The recording doesn't seem to be professional in nature. The man on the recording doesn't even identify themselves as the business owner or anyone who even remotely works for that location. So, for all I know, I called a random stranger asking for a refund.

I've been washing my vehicles at Arizona Auto Spa for a while now. The stall's are always clean, the suction vacuums is always strong meaning they are emptied on a regular basis. The parking lot is well maintained also. The attendant is always friendly, and polite.

This place is nice and clean. All the accessories are newer and all fully operational. There are 4 wash bays and an automatic wash available. The vacuum cleaners really work well, and suck in a good way. 😊 The owner James greeted me with smiles and was very courteous. I highly recommend this place to you as well as my friends and family.

Overcharged! My credit card was charged $26. I paid for an $11 auto wash. And I used the nozzle for about five minutes to degrease my engine and wash tires. No way should it have been $26. Be careful with your debit card. Use cash and coins, or find another car wash. This is the second time. (Fool me twice, shame on me.)

Just went through the automated car wash and all it did was spray water on my car. It went around twice spraying nothing for the first two cycles. Then just sprayed water. Not sure how to get my money back. Avoid the automatic car wash.

We have a Honda Fit, which is a small commuter car. Although we were on our way to an appointment, we were a little early, so we decided to get our vehicle washed. We paid our money, pulled in, and let the machine start to do its thing. The arm started to spray, moved along the side of our car, hit our passenger mirror, and returned to its start position. Everything stopped, and the green light went on for us to drive on. There was no one there to talk to, no attendant, no contact info. We were still due at an appointment so we left, $12 poorer and with a wet car. Don't go here.

Some how my car came out dirtier then it went in. Paid $14 for the max wash it didn't even clean the windshield. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! Go somewhere else

I no longer go to mister car wash, the last time I went there i had a lot of wax build up and scratches. I get the $14 wash here and no scratches on my vehicle. James who owns it I believe is a nice guy. It does a pretty good this car wash.

Automatic wash , not accepting any payments at all I always prewash my car and then go through the automatic wash it would not accept the card cash.So I used the cash I had to get tokens.So I can use your automatic wash and it still wouldn't take those.So now I have no money and a car covered in soap really disappointed also they changed from quarters to tokens so you're forced to go back

Looked nice except for one thing the drive through car wash was not functioning and I specifically went to this one because my vehicle was really dirty. This is not acceptable on any level. Either have it functional or shut it down that is really ridiculous IMO..

Auto Spa is my favorite car wash in town. I love that it’s touchless, so I don’t have to worry about scratches on my paint. The machines do a great job and my car always comes out super clean. It’s fast, easy to use, and open 24/7 which is super convenient. They also have vacuums that are free to use and really strong. I like that they keep the place clean and everything always works. I’ve used other washes before, but this one is the most reliable. It only takes a few minutes and the price is worth it. My car looks like new every time. Definitely recommend!
