Brought my new car with less than 100 miles in, got the silver interior/exterior wash. He must have used a dirty rag to clean the interior because I now have a filmy streaks all over the dash and doors and the plastic on my dash is scratched. The little bits of dust and lint I came in with are still on the seats. They didn’t fully dry the exterior and I have hard water stains all over. Super disappointing for a $40 car wash that took over 40 minutes. Hope I can at least get a refund

I like this car wash. I visited today for the first time. I called prior to arriving because I saw appointment information online. You can go without making an appointment. The lady on the phone answered all the questions that I had. The workers did a great job washing my vehicle. I got a deluxe wash for the outside and a basic cleaning for the inside. They did a phenomenal job. They do charge a $2 card fee for paying with a card, I didn’t know that prior to going. My cost was $34, that’s including the card fee. So just a heads up for that. I will definitely visit this establishment again. They have chairs where you can wait on the inside or the inside.

We've been here 3 times now to get our car cleaned both exterior and interior. So far all visits have been great and good attention to detail. Each time we brought our car to get it washed, the car was significantly dirty after road trips and they did really well to clean it. The staff is friendly, professional, thorough and genuinely care to provide a good service. The prices are reasonable. There are some chairs in the shade to wait while the vehicles are attended to. The place itself is very clean and hospitable. We always came in the mornings, 9:30am or earlier and the wait time was less than 30min. I would recommend this car wash.

This place sucks bad. It use to be good or I guess who depends who you get. I took my charger there and I’ve got this old guy twice already. He’s a sweet guy, but he can’t clean a car. I’m sitting there watching him clean my car and he keeps spraying some type of either water or cleaner on my seats that are Alcanterra. Then he barely wipes down the interior. All he does is spray that same substance and then uses a blower and lathers tire shiner all over the rims doesn’t wipe them down I get in my car and mats are all slippery because he also lathers armor all over it I don’t understand why so that’s the last time I go to this place. I get home and I have to wipe down and clean all that armorall that they oversaturate my car with. Not to mention ton there there is streaks all over. Waste of money here.

I have had good thorough cleaning done in the past. Most recent visit was a bit disappointing. Attendant did not fully wipe down surfaces and interior glass.

Took my brand new car there for its first wash. I paid for the gold which was 37$ in cash. I went through the car wash tunnel and then was directed to the second bay. All the workers were cool and I tipped $20 bringing my total to $57. Now there were still water droplets on my car around the door hinges from draining. The interior had streak marks and touchscreen still had fingerprints. These are things that could be looked over but it was still upsetting. The part that really upset me is that the workers DO NOT pool tips. I had assumed like most shops, all tips were pooled and evenly distributed amongst the workers. My detailed told me whoever you tip keeps the cash. So the two gentleman in the tunnel didn’t get any extra cash for their work! I’ll be going back but I think if you have a really dirty car or you don’t regularly keep up cleaning you’ll leave disappointed.

Stopped here because I noticed a sign that stated early bird special $7.99 for hand car wash. The regular price $10.99 is what I was charged despite there being 5mins till the end of early bird. I also payed for a basic inside cleaning like vacuum & windows. After an hour of sitting outside in the 100 degree Vegas heat & watching no one even attempt to start the inside of my vehicle I found the manager to complain. She asked if I would like to come back later because she was short staffed & very busy. I told her no because I like in Henderson & Im not driving all the back her. Anyways, I waited a little over 2hours for the most basic services. Over all I was happy with the job that was done except 2 back windows that were missed on the inside. I will do them myself. Not the best but also not the worst...

For the price that I paid for interior detail I thought it was mediocre, I could’ve done a better job but wanted a deeper cleaning. Recently i purchase a used car that needed some good cleaning when I took it the 1st time took about 4 hours and a half and still found trash and dirt underneath the backseats and rails took it a 2nd time because they wanted to make it right and still trash and grime, That took another 5 hours I left, they close didn’t bother to call me that my car was done and I had to get my keys from the gas station store. Super unprofessional. The brother of the owner offer me to do another cleaning that would have been the 3rd time they try to clean my car.

So I went today in the morning and my experience was nothing but underwhelming from the guys that's started the car to the lady dressed in all black blow drying the car it was MID at best! The actual detailing guy was mediocre didn't wipe down my console as it was still dusty and with finger prints the all weather rugs were still wet when be put them back in the car and overall not a great detailing. For the $60 I spent with tip and all I expected more. The old guy I got is a cool dude but definitely not up to detailing a car anymore wet spots all over and not to mention my wheels they don't look good at all 😞 im not sure if I'll go back

After paying for the most expensive package I was surprised that I had so much to fix after them. I just got a a used car that needed a cleaning and brought it here. I even asked in advance which package would be best and got the most expensive one. 2 hours later and I had to ask them to wipe down the door handle and then the interior still had plenty of grime to clean up that I ended up cleaning myself and the windshield was full of streaks and specs. Even paid extra for the pet hair and there was still plenty left on the dash. Finger prints all over the navigation screen and dirt all over the floor. Not only that but I still tipped and the guy rolled his eyes at my $5 tip. But I had to ask you to go back and clean the door handle and honestly that was all the cash I had. Won’t be back.
