I paid for the 7 dollar option touchless wash but for some reason it charged my card 10 dollars...in my opinion it was still worth it because it did leave my car super clean

Just left this aquatech location and tried to use the touch less car wash. Paid $7, drive in and it never came on. I tried calling the phone number listed for this location and the number does not work. Drove around the building looking for another phone number and nothing. Now I’m not sure how to get my money back.

Nice spot to stop for a quick wash. Although the structure may look old, the vacuums and washing bay equipment is in good condition. Only bad part, is the change machine only provide tokens so only use it for what you need to complete your wash and vacuum.

The touch free car wash is not too bad. The reason I rate three stars is there chemicals, the presoak and tri foam is really watery. But overall is good. 7 .6 out of 10.

I didn't even bother drying Mr car it was so dirty after the automatic wash. I didn't want to contaminate my drying towel(that I shouldn't have to carry). Also, machine constantly dogs water right out of the top center. So when if the dryer works, you're screwed again. Another $5 stolen.

Just spent $16 and left with a dirty car. Can see by previous reviews the owner should be aware of the issues, but apparently doesn’t care to address them. Both of the automatic washes should have an “out of order” on them. The touch one just stopped suddenly while spraying the soap. I had no other choice but to back out and move to the touchless wash and my car looks as dirty as it did before I drove through. There’s no contact info there I could find for issues, and the number on google just rang and rang. I will never be going back. I want a refund for my 2 transactions from today!

Bad place I have used this carwash for years more then 3times a week. Payed for the $9 wash and they took $10 last week payed for 2 $9 washes on the same day because wash broke while I was in it. And anytime I try to contact them I never can . Starting to feel ripped off. Almost ready to just pay $30 a month at presidential carwash and my 5 kids are thinking the same. At least I get to meet the owner at presidential and great service. I just really like washing myself but ok

I was charged $10 for a $5.00 wash. I used them before and was charged $4.00 last time so not sure what the deal is And there is no one to contact.

Both Touch and Soft Touch Drive Thru Carwash charge your card $10 no matter the wash you choose and (THINK) that you’ve paid for. This is the third time I have tried this location on Jones road. Thinking that maybe it was just my financial institution charging a fee. SO, I transferred exactly $9 to my debit card… chose the $9 wash and it was declined. I received a text from my bank card showing that $10 charge was declined due to insufficient funds!! Then tried the same with the $7 and $5 washes! I just think it’s so fraudulent!!!!! No one knows it’s done until they check all of their transactions for that day. Then, when you try to call the phone number listed.,,It’s DISCONNECTED’nn

Went here to do a quick do it yourself wash. I used my card and was charged $10. No where does it say you will be charged $10. Tried to get in contact with management and got no where with that. This was a waste of my time and money. Not worth it!

PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE GOING!!!! It's a 1$ for even minute you use the machine. They will charge you 10$ even if you use less then 10mins of the machine. Unless you have quarters to use the exact amount, DO NOT USE YOUR CARD. Their number is invalid so if you get scammed you will have to dispute it with your bank.

I paid $9 to wash my SUV and the truth is I don't recommend using the automatic one, the chemicals are of poor quality and they left a lot of water stains. Then I went to the self-service and what a disappointment they need to improve the quality of the soaps, they are more water than soap, this car wash needs more attention

Auto wash machine stalled out shortly after entering stall, the giant rollers were still spinning full speed with no water or soap. Sped out of the stall within seconds of realizing, but not before inflicting permanent damage on both sides of my car, cut through the clear coat and paint, 4 panels each side…tried calling…number is out of service. car behind me backed up and left when they saw what happened to me. where the hell is management at this place?

I visited this car wash yesterday at exactly 2:02 pm. I pulled in because they had an automatic touchless car wash and I was in a hurry. when I pulled up to place my order there was maybe 20% visibility on the screen. I try blocking the sun, I turned my phone flashlight on, this was nothing to do with the sun, this was sheer robbery from the car wash, negligence at best. Selected the $5 wash and swiped my card as I'm desperately trying to see anything happen on the screen. I could make out no lettersnor numbers I was just looking for movement to know it accepted my card. I selected $5 again and swiped my card, something happened and I then got my car washed. I almost left satisfied. Until, before I turn back onto the main road, I get a text from my bank alerting me of my checking account balance. I get texted every time I make a purchase so I can keep track of my funds easier. It was then I found out I had been charged twice! Exactly$10. Exactly twice the amount of the $5 wash I wanted. I've tried contacting the merchant to avail. Beware when swiping your card here.

My favorite touchless/DiY carwash around. Can use credit cards, touchless wash is not overpriced like most are, lots of Diy bays for large vehicles. Recently disappointed on 02.09.26 - touchless wash is working but lights in bay are out, & the underbody wash did not activate/work.
