After Super Star Car Wash wouldn't take no for an answer to their membership, we left and came to this car wash. Not only was it cheaper but they didn't try to upsell us anything! Great value for the $10 car wash! Wish they had one of these where we live! We would join this membership for the service, value, and not trying so hard to upsell!

4.5/5 star. The price can't be beat and the employees are generally nice, I just think it's kinda run down and the super 8 next door make the area feel unsafe, like I'm gonna be vacuuming and someone is going to sneak up behind me. I like the air sprayer option and the microfiber rags.

You pay for double wash n stuff n still have dirt on the trunk n bugs on the windshield! It also doesn't wash your rims n tires worth a snails trail either! Brake dust all over still! Y'all need to adjust them jets n linger a bit in the washin of the vehicles!! To hell with the free vacuums ... I want a washed car!!!

This place was once a nicely run and kept up establishment. Now its run down and falling apart. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO CHANCE RUINIG YOUR PAINT! The wash does not clean well and they have OLD rundown parts cleaning your car. The signage is unrecognizable entering the actual wash, the Point of sale machine is so messed up you can barely read the screen, and the 2nd one is out of service. The Fiber cleaners that spin and hang down are ripped up and falling apart, Half of them didn't even touch my car, and I drive a small compact car. The extremely degraded materiel left my car with uneven clean and dirty spots as well as some light scratches on my door and hood that pissed me off. The owner really needs to shut this place down, tear down the wash and replace broken and worn out parts. Fix the Point of Sale system, Redo the signs, clean up the site. The cheap price is definitely covering what you get for service here. Never going back unless someone overhauls this place and renews it. Shame on the owner for letting it get to the state its in. Lawsuit waiting to happen.

Came here for the spooky car wash and there’s nothing really spooky about it and $20! What!!??!! The clown was only the best part and the guy in the soap. Other then that it should be scarier for that price. This is worth $2. They give u candy for the kids. You can change the radio to their spooky music which is mehhh.

Scratched the HELL out of my car!!! Right before I was trading it in 😞 First time here and be sure I’m NEVER coming back! paid for the $10 wash just to not get the triple action foam. Still dirt everywhere and now scratches all over. If you come here, that will be a mistake!

If I could give it zero stars I would! This place REALLY sucks! WARNING DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Everyone here is unprofessional and nobody does crap! They’re all lazy! They always have wet towels and their vacuums are horrible, they don’t have a strong suction! What are the employees doing? Obviously nothing other than sitting inside the building, it’s ridiculous! A guy yelled at me because I was walking to the office to find someone to talk to. You need to be better staffed. Instead of paying more money on your new camera device to read memberships, why don’t you spend it on hiring more staff so that we’re not waiting to talk to people when things go wrong! I waited over 25 minutes for someone to finally help me. And they don’t communicate well either. There lava wax doesn’t even work. Your car doesn’t even come out looking waxed. I would pay more money to go to a place that does a better wash and wax and has better vacuums and customer service. I’m

This was a super fun tunnel of terror experience for Halloween! It was $25 and included a car wash. The staff did a great job being spooky and making this fun. I would do it again and again. All out kids ages 9-14 enjoyed it.

Was a member here for 5 years, until today. The story behind why? Last week, I went into the wash, like I do every week, and while going through the wash, I felt the driver's side of my car lift up. When I exit the wash, I felt it again. There was a bucket inside the machine, on the track! It did minor damage to my car's bumper, and the front tire, which later popped that night. When I went to take a picture of the bucket and where it was, it was gone and being carried off by an employee. I confronted him and showed him the damage. He told me to come back when John, the owner was around. I have been there several times and have even given my number. I have not heard from or seen John. No way would I recommend a place that not only doesn't clean up it's machine/wash from giant debris, but also ignores a loyal customer. *update* They still charged me today, even though I cancelled my membership yesterday.

Paid $5 to have my PERFECT VW Atlas scratched all to hell the DAY before turning in my lease…and in two different spots on the passenger side (door and fender) so I know this wasn’t from another car hitting it or a shopping cart, this was also the last place I took it before noticing the damage when I got home. I’ve babied this car for 3 years and zero damage done to it except at this car wash…once a cracked windshield last year which my insurance covered for free but now this. Listen to the reviews and AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR or you will regret it. Also the vacuums never have suction and I have to drive around to multiple bays to get one that’s working properly.

Will never do business here again. Clearly I am experienced in the procedure to line up the tires and put the car in Neutral Which aftergain the car tires lined up I put the The gear shifter into Neutral. The car then Start going down the car wash.The car Begins pick him up speed and Before I can realize what's going on. The car is going faster, obviously then what it should be and rearends a car that's in front of us in the car wash. I know how to put the car in neutral and lien the tires up. It's whole procedure that's involved in going through when those car washes. So I try to find an employee to tell him about the situation and tells me that's my fault. Doesn't give me any kind of contact information on the contacting there insurance company. They employees offered no help. So I will be filling a claim in court. I know when I am at fault not the case hete. I wish businesses still looked out for there customers. Would recommend to stay away from this car wash. I will update if things change.

So, came in today and unfortunately not super impressed. Paid for the more expensive wash, and it didn't get my car clean (my car wasn't that dirty), and then the stuff they spray on the tires didn't work right, got all over the trim of my entire vehicle, and looks terrible on my tires. I tried to find an attendant to ask if we could go through it again and fix the issues, but no one else besides the guy inside the tunnel was there to help.
