If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not come to this car wash. I went to the Fairfield location for a car wash on April 23rd as a first time customer for a basic car wash. At this time, one of their employees had told me about this deal that your company was offering, stating that I should pay 30 dollars instead and I would get unlimited car washes for one month. This employee specifically told me that this deal would expire on May 23, and I confirmed that it was a one time fee. I would like to emphasize that I made it very clear I did not want a monthly membership but he insisted it was a one time deal. I now find out that I have been charged monthly since, without ever using any of the services since May 23. I find this extremely deceitful, and when I went back to the car wash and then emailed for a refund I was completely dismissed. I had to report these charges as fraud.This did not only happen to me, but they did the same exact thing to my boyfriend when he went. These people use your credit card information without consent.

"We do not take responsibility that was not caused at our facility." is the response i got back after damaging my wheel. I called 10 times sent messages and this is the response. my car went through first time comes out with tar and globs cleaner on my wheels. Lot person sends me through again and i literally looked at the wheel before and after with him and they didn't do this. The paints scrapped off the wheel and still attached to the wheel and cleaner sprayed all over it. If the paint was peeled before going it wouldn't be clear paint build up. ALSO I GOT ONE WASH GOT A DAMAGED RIM AND ASKED TO BE REFUNDED AND I WASNT EVEN REFUNDED

20+ year customer here... rollers under car started to slip, causing my vehicle to stop while another came up behind me. Situation finally resolved itself but the noise of crunching metal resulted in damage to my wheel. Contacting the car wash via email resulted in a video of the incident in an attempt to prove I had done something to cause this, accusing me of trying to steer the car to pressing the brake pedal to shifting into park (I did none of these things). If you value doing business with responsible people, getting your car washed without damage, and not potentially getting slammed into by another vehicle due to defective equipment, patronize another car wash in the area.

I bought a car wash for a month just to try the service, but I didn't like it. The carwash charged me every month. I didn't know that when I paid with a debit card, they had the right to enroll you in an unlimited plan. It seems to me that all they do is steal your money. I decided to call them to cancel the service. They never answered the phone. I sent them an email asking them to stop taking money from my card. The carwash's response was that they couldn't cancel my account. Instead, they sent me instructions on how to cancel. They can enroll you in something you never asked for, but they can't cancel it. To me, that's theft. I promised them that I would never use their service again. If you don't want to lose your money, don't even go near this carwash.

Unfortunately and similarly to some of the former customers below, I went to this car wash on June 13, 2024. Upon arriving to the car wash, the guy at the entrance informed me that I could pay slightly extra (in and around 33+ dollars) to get TWO car washes for the month of June. I explained to him that I did NOT want to be charged MONTHLY nor did I want a monthly car wash package. He reiterated multiple times that I would NOT be charged monthly and instead only be charged this ONE time of 33+ dollars to receive only TWO car washes in the month of June. Turns out, that was completely false. While taking a look at my credit card statement today, I realized they had charged me for July and August for $37.27. 1) I did not authorize my card to be used for a monthly charge. 2) I did not electronically or physically sign my name to any type of monthly contract. 3) I did not authorize the car wash to keep a credit card of mine on file so they can continue to charge the card. Again, the representative reiterated multiple times that I am NOT signing up for a monthly membership, but yet, was charged twice. I disputed the charges with my bank. They claim that upon "signing up" that people are verbally and visually shown that you are signing up for a monthly subscription. This is simply false. I was never shown a contract, signed (electronically or physically), or signed any type of further credit card authorization forms. Update: Response from the owner indicated that the terms and conditions were listed on the screen and that the representative hands out a brochure explaining the unlimited car wash- I never received a brochure from anyone.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a car wash. The pay system was confusing and a pain to use. My car is no cleaner than it was when I pulled up. It's just wet. NOW, my car has rock chips from dirty brushes

My first and last time coming here! This car wash was very rough and even broke my mirror! I have been trying to contact someone but number is not in service. I work near by and thought I’d give this place a try. Luckily I didn’t sign up for the membership smh $22 wash plus $260 for the cost of a new mirror not worth it

Have the unlimited plan on two of my cars. The location is very convenient and the hours are great. They do a fantastic job on the exterior and my car always comes out looking like I just picked it up at the dealership. They don't do the interior which I'm fine with as I don't like people in my car. They do offer free high power vacuums and a new addition is the new bank of vacuums with blower nozzles to get all the water out of the crevices. I joined with the unlimited plan back in November of 24 and after 6 months I have to say I'm so satisfied that I added my Wife's car. They offer a discount if you add a second vehicle. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Thoroughly impressed with the ease and quality of the wash for my pickup truck, the machine to select your wash options is easy to use and priced reasonably, and gives change in actual dollars if you use cash to pay. Plenty of space to fit my truck without issue and my mirrors were fine. Be wary of those who review car washes and claim damages, that’s a common scam and these places wouldn’t be in business if they had equipment that damaged your vehicle. The attendants took their time at the front and the rear of the wash and were professional, I did arrive at open so it was quiet, which seems like a great time to go. I had pretty heavy mud and salt on my truck and was impressed to see none left.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE – THEY WILL DAMAGE IT AND NOT CARE! If you care about your car, avoid All Pro Express Carwash at all costs. I took my brand new 2025 BMW there on March 1, 2025, and it was a complete disaster. Because there was a long line, they sped up the machines to the point that it damaged both of my side mirrors. That’s right – a car wash that is supposed to safely clean your car instead destroyed my mirrors. And the worst part? The management didn’t even apologize or try to make things right. No refund, no offer to fix the damage, nothing. Just a complete lack of accountability. If they’re willing to crank up their machines at the expense of people’s vehicles just to push more cars through, imagine what else they’re cutting corners on. This place does not care about your car, only about making as much money as possible. If you value your vehicle, take it somewhere else—this place is not worth the risk.

The undercarriage wash literally didn’t clean anything. It was completely covered in salt. Wheel wells too. Most importantly my cars paint was scratched during the wash. Avoid this place.

I've lived in Fairfield and never went to this car wash. But decided I didn't want to drive to Willowbrook car Wash today. I read all the terrible reviews I said it happens what are you going to do? People are always going to complain. Well first time ever and it ripped the weather stripping off the roof of my Toyota tundra. Definitely never coming back here. I've had this truck for years not once have I had a problem In a car wash.

Absolutely the best car wash around! From the moment I pulled in, I could tell this location takes great pride in what they do. The staff were friendly and efficient. The wash itself was quick and incredibly thorough. The facility was organized and well-groomed. The free vacuums were a game changer because I could really take my time on the interior of my car. They also offer a tiny air pressure nozzle that allows me to get in those difficult to reach areas! The equipment looked brand new and was easy to use. It's rare to find a business that delivers top-notch quality for an affordable price. This car was does exactly that -- highly recommend to anyone who wants their car to look brand new every time! The unlimited membership is worth every penny.
