Paid for the silver wash on the options board. We waited 2hrs for the car to be complete. The issues I had is they didn't properly wash the under side of the body. Also the inside was hit and miss with cleaning. People were very nice.

Customer since 2013 😊 Left photo was when I first got my car in 2015. Right photo was my first carwash post pandemic. My car is now 11yrs old and needs TLC, reason why I always ask for Ramiro or Hugo. Everyone's amazing but those two are best at what they do ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

BEST CAR WASH IN VEGAS!!!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Everyone in my family drives to Alamo 100% Hand Car Wash to have their cars washed and detailed. Today was the first day I tried their services. The detailing went beyond expectations. The 20 minute drive is well worth it. I will be back! An added bonus: The manager gifted me with his spiritual blessing which made the excellent service even more special. See you again! Thank you Felipe!!!!

Absolutely shocked at the attn to detail and pride that José took in cleaning my car. My dog had accidents, drool, hair. I've been traveling from NYC to TX to WI and CA... After 2.5 hours my car is spotless! Their sign reads "best car wash" and I cannot recommend them enough.

This place has gone downhill, fast. I paid for interior + exterior, and after an hour and a half wait they waved me down like my car was “ready.” Walking up, the bumper was still dirty. Trunk? Not vacuumed. Back doors? Not wiped. Windows? Still filthy. Leather seats? Still had shoe prints. I asked if they did anything inside and they swore “yes.” Then they grabbed a DRY towel to wipe the shoe print and said it “wouldn’t come off.” I literally licked my thumb, wiped it myself, and the print disappeared. That’s how much “cleaning” they had done. The guy in red at least tried to fix it, apologized, and sent my car back. Ten minutes later I check again—console still dirty, spray stains now left on the hood. Nearly two hours in, I’m hot, irritated, and basically supervising a job I already paid for. The guy in red kept yelling at the guy in blue in Spanish (which I understood): “It’s dirty. What have you been doing? How did you forget this?!” They kept apologizing but nothing changed. Slow, sloppy, and careless. If you like wasting money, time, and patience for a half-cleaned car, this is the spot. Otherwise, save your money and go literally anywhere else.

I have been to Alamo a handful of times. Usually they do a fairly decent wash. I typically get the Silver wash which is the exterior, interior, tire dressing, and an air freshener. It costs $32. They have disclaimer signs everywhere for every eventuality so everything is very transparent; that is except for what occurred today and why I won’t ever be back again. I came for my Silver wash with a fairly dirty car. Paid my $32, had the car washed and when I was called up to collect my keys, I noted that there were water spots everywhere on the back fenders, lights, and roof. I was told “hard water spots don’t come off in the regular wash” and that I needed to pay for a wax too. One of the men who works there stepped in and was very rude to me about this. He then proceeded to call me names in Spanish including stupid white man like I don’t speak Spanish. I was directed to walk back around to where I initially paid, and then explained that even though they don’t expressly say that water spots won’t come off in the wash, that I must pay $37 more for a machined wax to remove them. My other option was leave with a half clean car so I paid and waited. I noticed at one point the worker being very aggressive with a back portion of my roof. 30 minutes later I was called over and upon inspecting my car, I noticed 2 very small barely noticeable dents in the roof of my car where the worker had been working aggressively on my roof. I questioned them, he denied having dented my car, refused a tip, handed me my keys and asked me to leave. $70 for a dented roof, excess wax on my roof rack and windows, dead bugs on the bumper, attitude from the workers, and a bad experience I won’t repeat. Your mileage may vary but I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I always get great friendly service when I come in. I paid $170 today for a hand wash, detail clean, and shampooing. This took right about 2 hours to do. Which is perfectly reasonable. I did this option today because someone who had rented the car through Turo had smoked in it and it was the only way to get the smell out. Otherwise, I usually just do their hand wash, vacuum and wipe down interior. Only thing I was slightly disappointed with is that they put the "Black Ice" car freshener scent in my vehicle; which unfortunately is a scent that makes my senses crazy. I didn't know they were going to use that otherwise I would have asked for a different scent or for it not to be done. Overall, I'm extremely please with the results and it was well worth the time and money.

I brought my motorcycle in, hoping they'd be able to wash it. Not only did I get my bike rinsed off from all the dirt and sand that comes with a thousand-mile road trip, but these guys detailed the whole thing top to bottom. I don't think I've ever seen my motorcycle this clean before. They really do a good job of detailing vehicles here, and I have yet to find another car wash near where I live that washes motorcycles. Everyone was very friendly and they took good care of my bike.

Outstanding! Car looked better than when I bought it new. Very reasonable pricing, especially considering they spent almost 2 hours on my car. It was washed, waxed, dried, interior thoroughly cleaned and treated, including floor mats! They had a special on those the day I was there. The gentleman who took care of my car was courteous and friendly. They work very hard to make sure the customer is happy and I certainly was. Next time I'm in Vegas, I'll definitely go there again. They earned my business!

I really enjoyed how friendly their attendant Felipe was. He was very kind and straight forward and even gave me suggestions as to what to get. I asked if he could take a look inside and he politely did and gave me his opinion respectfully. I will definitely be coming back. My car looks fantastic, smells great, and they took good care of my paint. I will for sure be returning!!

I brought my BMW X4 in for a wash, and they caused damage to my driver’s seat (not allowing the chair to go back) something I’ve never had an issue with before. They insisted they would cover the repair out of pocket and avoid involving insurance, but that shifted the moment they received the invoice. I had to call the police to get insurance from them. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place.
