I used to like this place about a year ago. I went there a couple times recently, and the soap was leaking out and didn't apply much to my car. It didn't rinse off it good either. If the owner actually maintains the place, it can be a really good place.

The touchless car wash bay does not wash your entire car and even the sides it “washes” it doesn’t even rinse the car off after the soap is dispensed. My entire right side of my car did not even receive any water or soap! My car is not even washed or cleaned by that standard! It seems the equipment is malfunctioned or not working at all. This is false business practice. You cannot charge people for a car wash and the end product is not even a car wash. This place has really gone down and the owner needs to look into repairing the overall facility and equipment or shut down the touchless bays for good. I can’t even get a refund for this. Just a terrible experience.

This is a terrible car wash, self service doesn't take cards and the auto wash is just a spray down. Not to mention the parking lot is completely dark at night.

It does a good job but it's hard to believe that it cost $13 for a car wash. However the vacuums have almost no suction.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS - YOU WILL BE SCAMMED Absolutely infuriated. I just got fleeced for $10.20 by a completely useless token machine. It's a total scam designed to steal your money. I tried to get $5 worth of tokens, and the machine processed my card, took my money, and then just sat there—no tokens, nothing. Thinking it was a fluke, I tried again. Same result. Another $5 gone, plus two separate 10-cent transaction fees for the privilege of being ripped off. So now I'm out $10.20 with nothing to show for it. To make matters worse, I can't even get a hold of anyone. The number listed has a full mailbox, and no one answered when I tried knocking. I have video proof from their own security cameras that this machine is a complete fraud. I will be disputing these charges with my bank, but frankly, this is outrageous. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time or money here. Better yet, skip their broken vacuums and go to Brown Bear in Des Moines or any of their other locations. They have free, working vacuums that won't rob you blind. UPDATE: The owner never bothered to contact me about a refund. These are fraudulent charges, and I am now officially disputing them with my bank. This place is a joke.

Who ever owns this place. either put some money into it or sell it to someone more interested. Only one vacuum works, sorta works but sucks. Better do something quick this place is like 97 percent driven into the ground. This place is a single vacuum that barely sucks anything up. Everything else doesn't work. You can't make money with one crappy vacuum that doesn't pick anything up. GOOD LUCKERS.

I used to recommend this place but now it's pointless. The vacuums NEVER WORK! Either out of order. The hose is taped up or minimum suction for a high ass price. The "touchless" car wash does exactly that. Never reaches/washes the car. I've been so disappointed on a regular in the last year!! I had to write a review. Get it together.

Weak vacuum, terrible malfunctioning equipment. When I added more money it didn't give me ANY the extra time I paid fo I used two different bays and neither worked properly. I called the listed phone number and left a message regarding the issues and I will review again if I get any response.

I wish I could give it less Stars actually I haven't been here in a couple years cuz the last time I was here this place is absolute trash and I can tell you now nothing has changed I just wasted my time and my money. No products come out of any of the settings on the machine the foam brush has zero foam there's no soap coming out of it there's no wax to be had all of the vending machines are empty this place is an absolute pile of garbage do not waste your

Touchless wash does a decent job. Has a creepy vibe after dusk with flickering lights 👻. Vacuum are not very powerful. Cards sometimes don’t work to get coins out. Place is dirty. Needs new management!

I didn’t realize until I got out of the grocery store and saw my car… Well, look at the picture. If I could’ve given it zero stars I would have. I will never go back. I will tell everybody what a horrible place this is to get a car wash. If I could ask for my money back, I would. But I wasted my time getting a worthless car cleaning, I don’t wanna waste my time trying to get a refund. I will take a few minutes to write thumbs down review though.

Do not go here the pressure washers are broken and rattling the soap does not come out the brushes and the touchless automatic car wash barely has any soap in it. The lighting is dim at night in the stalls. Place is highly neglected would give it no stars

This used to be a decent car wash, but it seems like every time I go there it's in a little more disrepair, the touch free was never great. But it would at least get the grime off my car. Now it barely does that, and the equipment and the standard wash bays seems to be starting to fall apart. The hoses get repaired with electrical tape and leak all over. Soap barely comes out of the brush. And some of the functions on the dial don't seem to work.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I had to come at night to vacuum out my rental car because toddler crumbles were everywhere. I was nervous because it was dark and hard to tell how much the machines cost. I stopped being nervous when a worker came out, saw me, and checked on me to make sure I was ok. I felt much better after and did what I needed to do. Thank you for having a great employee who knew how to make a customer feel safe!

2.5 stars. Vacuum is 3 dollars for 4 minutes. It worked fine. The manual car wash with the pressure gun and cleaning brush was another story. Didn't use the brush however the washing gun had very little pressure. 4 dollars for 5 minutes was adequate but with little pressure it didn't do a very good job. I used the stall next to the touch less car wash. One stall didn't have any equipment and the other 2 were occupied by people hand washing their cars during the entire 20 minutes I was there and we're still there as I was leaving
