Literally just go anywhere else. Service here is absolutely terrible, it always feels like a line, and the attendants seem to just be taking their time having an enjoyable day. I’m all for it, but not when people are actually waiting in line. There’s literally 4 or 5 other auto parts stores within like a mile. Just go there

The staff is half witted and unwilling to help unless it’s taking down to you. Chiming in when no one asking your simian opinion.

lol I called here before going to auto zone . Spoke to Edward ,I made it clear I wanted to make sure someone actually knew hot to install the free battery install they advertise . He said oh yeah yeah I got you man . So I came and he wanted to look it’s a 2013 ford escape lol. I told the guy I would do the actual pulling off of the cover .he and the blonde lady then said they couldn’t . And I was like all you have to do is take off three bolts .the one windshield wiper and the little master cylinder and the cover comes off . I told them I understand you can’t pull it off but I can . They wouldn’t help me and rudely he goes out and just starts talking to I pressume another customer . This is the worst I’ve ever seen a parts store . Know worry’s auto zone installed it In litterally ten minutes. I will be escalating this to the president of the company .I will make sure know one else is treated this way .

On two occasions I went in and had bad experiences with the manager of the store. I asked if they would please use their OBD reader to tell me what my check engine light was reading. The lady was pretty snippy, and unfriendly. She was unable to find the port in my car and was unsuccessful. Regardless I tried to be nice to her.
I then came back the next morning for a different issue with another vehicle and she was outside smoking. It was a couple minutes before opening, but just her tone and demeanor really wasn’t kindness.
Not sure what the case, maybe she was having a bad week but it created a bad experience.
I would still return to the store so that is why I give a 3-star review. They do have good quality products and I’m all about second chances.
