Terrible place. Charged me 5$ for "oversize SUV" fee when I have a GLC Mercedes, which is a very small SUV and charged another 3% for credit card fee, which is first for me. Avoid this place.

I have been going to AJ Mr.Clean for 10 yrs. I have always have a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is welcoming. Things are done in a timely manner. . I get my oil changed, car inspections done, car wash and if anything and I mean that's wrong with my car they can fix it or refer me to a place that can take car of the problem. The prices are reasonable and fair

Don't come here if you have a truck they refused to run my truck through the wash stating it was to tall. When I explained it's a stock height truck and fits fine in other washes she proceeded to tell me that my bumper was also an issue and will get caught on things. So I do not recommend this place.

That's the place I always bring my car for car wash, auto inspection and oil change. Customer service is excellent. Manager always reminds me about "rain check " in case if its rain I can bring my car to re-wash it for free. I love nice people and great customer service. These days it's hard to find a place where people will treat you and your car well.

DO NOT COME HERE 0 stars!!! I came last week and the owner said she cannot honor my free wash because the system only allows it from 9-11 am. I came back today and she had me go through the wash which was barely 2 minutes long and did not include soap. I come out to vacuum the car and she says that is not included and they are already losing money with the free wash. The value of the coupon was $25 dollars. I laughed and walked away because they are obviously scammers and I would not trust myself to get a paid for wash from them. Please save yourself the time and actually support a business who cares about their customers!

So Here it is. I took a road trip to California and when I got back my car was a wreck so i was really ready to get my baby cleaned all the way out! So I looked up the best places around and this was supposedly the best one. I pulled up and had a really good feeling about this place. I left the car there for about 30-35 mins. They called to pick it up and I was ready and excited. I get there and I see her parked outside and I'm happy so far with what I see. I go in and pay for everything. The lady who cleaned my car was there when I cashed out. She seemed like she was having a long day or something. The cashier also. Anyway I pay and grab my keys to go look at the car and the outside looked really nice 👌 despite some bugs cramed in the grill of the car. It was clean like I wanted. So I was like okay kool but then i got inside and well that was a different story. I didnt really notice til I pulled off and got home but there was just so many spots you possibly couldn't have missed. Obviously in the pictures you can see she was just like having one of tbose days at work and im the one who had to be effected by it. Not that I have a problem cleaning what she didnt but its the principle. I paid for a service and I got half a** service. Now here's the icing. Your problem wondering why I put a picture of my penny in my door. Well thats easy to answer. Obviously on a road trip you just kinda put stuff where ever and clean when you get home. Well I put my change in that door and I know it was there when I left it there. Not that I'm surprised by the consequences of me leaving loose change around. Its not even that I needed. Again it's the principle that when you entrust your personal belongs to a company and you have some steal something no matter how big or small its still should be seen as a problem. Stealing is stealing. She didn't ask. Now am I going to call and get her fired over a few cents! No! But if her manager or someone sees this and decides to take action then fine by me. Its just why did she leave the penny its like insult to injury. Ill take everything but the cheapest coin as if she was too good to steal pennies from her job at the car wash! Im sorry not to sound rude but she even a half a** thief smh! I guess that makes her whole half way wash your car and then half way steal from you. While I'm on the topic of being robbed blind or atleast feeling that way. They have a charge of $5 for oversized vehicles (Ex. Trucks, Suv, ETC) I drive a 2016 jeep compass. If you dont know what it is look it up. It is about the size of a average car if not smaller than some. Just a recap If you want a good car wash and nothing else for a reasonable price I would recommend it but if you want anything more. Im not saying dont go there because I would never take service from a business especially during these times. Just make sure you check everything twice before you leave and address the problem including Receipts. I hope you have a better experience than I had all around but I cant say it was the worst.

One very difficult staff member. The lady who works rhe register is very unprofessional. Went for inspection so I had questions. She wanted me to direct them to her but states she could not answer that. When I ask to speak directly to person working on car she said they busy and to just pay! Well NO not until I have an explanation about my service. When I was finally able to speak to mechanic she would not move to allow the conservation she kept answering or talking over the man. It charged 175 dollars to change oil and flush radiator, and most important is they broke the car, they made the car vibration a lot. And their attitude is mean , we asked them checked the car, they said they finished work and closed the door directly. Very bad service and high price .

On 17 Dec 25, I brought my black Suburban to this car wash for inside detailing by Supervisor Mark. 2 hours later, EVERY piece of dust/dirt was gone!!! He washed all the floor mats. Every surfaced gleamed from Marks use of conditioner. I highly recommend Mark for all your detailing needs at a reasonable price!

We had a good experience over here with Mark. They did a really decent detailing. My sister car has some bad smells on the carpets, but they washed it and make everything really nice. They also tried to clean the front board, the lights and the back too. We did everything all packages and it cost us not 200. We will go back in the future for other services.
