I brought my car there for the second time to give them an opportunity. It was noon time and I was the only person there when I arrived, only one car got there after they were finished with mine. One of my windows was still dierty and the vacuum job was poor. I asked them in a very nice way to do a bit more of vacuuming and the one guy came with an attitude and told me that it was fine, I proceeded to tell him that it was not and he was mad! I am never going there again, paid $26 + $4 tip.. for nothing!

Used to be my go to spot even after i move out from Edgewater i drive 20min to come back for hand car wash. but this place is getting worse. lady who works at register there is rude. The past few car wash is not clean，left spot on car that i have to reclean myself.

They usually do a great job washing the car (unless they are busy) but my last visit they stole from me. Very disappointed because I loved this spot.

I went in to get bird droppings off my hood and they scratched the hood of my 3 month old 80K SUV. They claimed it was preexisting scratch but the scratch was immediately next to the bird droppings that I came in to have them remove so I would have seen it. I have been going to them for 10 years and the service was always mediocre and now they refused to compensate me for the damage so I need to share this feedback. That’s just bad business... I’ll never use them again and I recommend you don’t either… if they are using brushes that scratch paint, others will receive the same damage.

In the application, it's closing at 7 o'clock, it says closing at 6 on the sign here, it's close at 5.20 I came and it's closed, are you kidding?

Terrible customer service. They barely cleaned my rims and car correctly. Workers are as passionate as i thought they were. This place sucks bruh. Only thing they got right was vacuuming💀

Very disappointed for the past 3 visits.. I've been a customer over 6yrs even before the place was burnt down and rebuilt. They used to be really good and the owners were very nice. But not anymore.. They left a spot here and there so I asked to fix it. But the employees ignored. Then I spoked to the manager and he asked me to do the detailing instead.. Come on! It wasnt a detailing job! They just didnt want to do it again because of the othet cars behind. That's it. Im not coming back. There are better car wash places, responsible for their work.

They are quick and efficient. I love that it’s a hand car wash so no damage to your paint. Nice wash on outside and vacume inside, wiping the dash and center console. My go to spot in the area

WATCH OUT!!! They are THIEVES!! Owners were not present, hence the guys working there charged me. I have a Ford Escape and they charged me as large SUV… $28 instead of $24!!! Amazing abusing business and on top of that they didn’t clean properly and didn’t let me check … they moved me out!!

Off the beaten path, this little hand car wash deserves your business. We usually go to Skippy's in Fort Lee, but decided to give this place a shot. At first glance, the place doesn't look that nice.... But the owners obviously take pride in what they do, as one of them works side by side with the guys washing the car. The particular vehicle we drove today has it's spare tire and cover on the exterior. I noticed that the rear trunk door was still wet because the spare tire was covering it... But without me even saying anything, one of the workers used their pressurized air hoses to blow dry the area. This is definitely a 100% hand car wash, and while it's not perfect (they missed a few small areas, such as the front of the running boards being the wheel arches), the service, quality, and price were very reasonable.

Never use this service again. Idiotic responses. There is no great cleaning. It would be even better, if I put only water in my car. 100% overpriced. They also do not wash bigger cars which they refused multiple of my friends even though they say that they wash. They even have a sign that says they wash bigger cars 🤣🤣

Not a good hand car wash place. It’s not worth your money and time. This is after they finished. I was very shocked so I had to stop and took some pictures to prove. At least before you said it’s done, look around once more. Maybe they need to have more lights there. When I got home, I had to clean with microfiber towel to move spots they missed and also where it didn’t get cleaned. Wouldn’t go back there.

This car wash place makes me a believer that hand cash is better than the machine one. OMG, these amigos know what they are doing. My minivan looks like a brand new vehicle after the wash. I almost felt bad after tipping only $5 because the team of exterior/interior is consisted of 6-7 very skillful workers. I previously had my vehicle detailed that requires removal of commercial stickers. I think the owner/manager’s name was Jose and he did a masterful job at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this car wash place.

Updated 7/11/24 (5 star): just went again and my car looks amazing. Incl pics thus time. Pics were from Full Service ($22) and I also got mat washing....incl tax it was $26. My car looks brand new. I'm seriously so happy with them...tipped them $20 this time. Earned. Every. Penny. Original review (5 star): They consistently do a great job. So for the reviewers who say I almost felt bad for tipping only $x, you should tip more. The employees here certainly earn it and the manager is certainly attentive to the very few details the guys miss. You drive up & into the cleaning bay & they immediately begin spraying and cleaning with soft brushes after telling you when to stop moving & put in park. Usually 2 guys working together. Eventually they'll tell you to pull up to wiping and drying & you'll get out of car to go inside and pay. Make sure to tell them what level of service you want before you go inside - basic or something more (see signs for service levels). Pay inside to the nice man & TIP in the box just near the door to the office, in the cleaning bay. I always feel like my car looks so much better after going here. My Dad, the consummate critic, even remarked at how great the car looked after I'd gotten it washed!! Thanks guys.

I honestly expected a better job than what was done to my vehicle. I took my “jumbo suv” for a $38/carwash. Mind you it is not cheap in any way. I expected them to AtLeast let me drive off with the basic areas clean. They did a subpar job on the wheels, mudguards and step up bar. You would think they would let the vehicle be clean throughout before saying it’s done and the since they have only one lane they need to move the vehicles fast. But rushing the job just is unacceptable. Take a look at the photos.

I’ve been coming here since 2021, I always have to tell them they missed. This time left without check because I had my dog. I go parked I’ve noticed this interior is dirty yet and paid $30 plus tips. By the way the photos were auto generated by what the pictures shows so it literally detected dirty car interior or dusty car. I just accepted the captions detected. I’m done.
