I went to the car wash today for the first time! and was not a satisfied customer at all. My car was left dirty and wet inside. I asked to speak to the person in charge, who was arrogant, maybe because he saw I was a senior citizen. He did not want to hear or see what I was trying to tell him. He kept saying I had to pay more money if I wanted my car clean! what! does that mean, I just paid for service. I will not be returning to that car wash again!!

I’ve had my car washed here on many occasions, however my last two visits have bern a waste of my time & money let alone my tips. This last visit was absolutely ridiculous in that my windshield (drivers side) was not cleaned (as it still had residue of dirt from employees using wiper after wash) my windshield & the front drivers side was completely smeared!!! This car wash has more than enough people cleaning your car & silly me chooses the $15.00 wash. Now what’s interesting the young man you encounter when you get out of your car suggests you use the $34.99 (or close to it) cleaning service for my vehicle which clearly does not need that type of detail. All I needed was a decent car wash & cleaning of my windows inside & out including the sunroof. They did a horrible ,horrible job!!! I’m sick & tired of spending my hard earned money on services that are not done properly or at least what’s promised!! These companies no longer have customer service!!! It’s just pay & get out no concerns about customer satisfaction!!!

Poor service I will never go to this car wash again. Paid for a detailed service inside and outside wax. I was told it would take 7 to eight hours. I reserved a ride with Uber to take me home. 2 hours after I got dropped off at home by Uber. The car was cashier called and said my car was done. There was no way the inside seats weren't shampo. The wax job was done poorly. They had the nerve to say 4 people worked on it and wanted me to tip all of them. There is no tip for anyone . I left with my car feeling so cheated and disgusted. Shame on them.

They did a fantastic job with a 2017 white Kia. This car was dirty and needed everything inside and out. It looked like a different car when I got it back. The price was really good too. Recommend them highly. Unfortunately don’t have pictures. I do have to other cars needing some tlc.

Save your money 💴. This car wash is trash! The previous owner Mario was the best and cared about the services he provided. I paid $19.99 for a service I can get for $10 elsewhere.Fast money isn’t always good. You want patrons to return in order for the business to survive. Bad reviews travel fast! Shame on you!!!!

I paid for ultimate car wash at $20 plus a generous tip. Only half of my windshield was done both inside and out. One half was never touched! Everything in the car was changed. All knobs and features but the car was not wiped clean completely. So much of it was still dirty!!! The front carpets were pulled out and not put back in place. The side mirrors were not returned to the normal position. I am so disappointed. Thrown out money! I called and was told to come back but I live 45 minutes away! I should not have to go back to make it right!! Save your money and go somewhere else.

I have been going to this car wash for 5+ years now or more 2 times per month, and they have definitely gone down in the past couple of years. I visited them today and it will be my last day going there, I’m done. Included in the wash, I paid for tire dressing when my car came out of the car wash. I’m watching them and I don’t see anyone dressing the tires. Then they open the door indicating that they’re done. I said oh you’re all done? I said well I paid for tire dressing, and the guy had the nerve to ask to see my receipt to prove I paid for the extras. Anyway, I showed it to him and he proceeded to get a bottle of Windex and spray my tires instead of using ArmorAll, Which is what I was told they would use on the tires. and on top of that, he had an attitude. So I will never return, they just lost a customer.

Have used the 611 car wash for years. Service is good. Employees are hard workers. Price for “Ultimate” wash hasn’t changed for decades. Many wash, clean and detail choices. Highly recommend.

This car wash used to be the best however they have completely gone down in the last year and just this weekend I took my car to get washed and somehow my side mirror is broken thankfully it could be repaired. I’m not sure at any costs yet, but no one said anything and I’m sure they noticed it. I will not be returning. I used to send everyone here

Only place in town where they will dry off your car after a wash. I went to Pete’s up in Horsham/Warrington and my car was disgustingly still dirty afterward and had spots to show it even more. Automatic car washes cannot replace the hand touch these gentlemen and ladies work hard to produce day in and day out.

I will never never never go here again. worst place。When I paid 19.99 and go outside. made a 3-minute call. The staff told me it was over when I went to check my car. It's still dirty, I told them. They just said it was done. Just go to another car.

Went to this car wash and got their “ultimate” wash and was disgusted by the end result. Car still dirty, not vacuumed, water not wiped. A rushed job paid no attention to detail

I just tried out this car wash out of pure curiosity because I usually detail and clean my car all the time but as it has snowed I have been lazy to clean my mats and vacuum my car. I paid for the $20 car wash and VACUUM. When I tell you my car just went through the car wash, literally just the car wash. The windows were supposed to be cleaned but clearly not from the inside and just from the outside from the car wash. They took out the rubber floor mat from my driver side and just sprayed it off with water. I see no evidence of vacuuming. I’m not expecting 10/10 quality from a $20 car wash but for sure saving that $20 to just go buy more detailing equipment from AutoZone.

Paid for the next to best package, need less to say didn't get what I paid for. Tire rims still dirty on front, cup holder in back not touched, and u side back not cleaned. I'll just get the cheap wash next time.

My most recent visit was unpleasant, and unfortunately this has been the case for several visits now. I am often in the area and decided to bring my vehicle in for a car wash. Unfortunately, this is a full-service business that lacks attention to detail. During my most recent visit, I was especially disappointed when, after my vehicle had been cleaned, one of the attendants got into my car and accelerated very aggressively while merging onto the road from the car wash to the detailing area. I clearly heard the impact as the vehicle merged, which was upsetting and completely unnecessary. I went inside to voice my concern, but the owner did not take accountability and instead made excuses. I explained that regardless, employees should be advised not to drive customer vehicles in that manner. Overall, I would recommend going elsewhere for a better-quality wash with more attention to detail. The service feels rushed, as if the focus is on quick cash rather than providing quality work and retaining returning customers.
