Called 2U after seeing the good reviews. Had a work van transferred to me that looked like it belonged to a toddler, and that was not gonna fly with me. The guys were very helpful and let me know of the progress of the wash and detail, even went as far as to pick the van up for me to be cleaned. Van looked brand new in and out. Highly recommend.

I had a pretty bad one actually. My car was in pretty rough shape which I felt justified the detailing cost of $375 to get it ready to sell. An additional 75 for the headlights restoration. I was pretty satisfied with the headlight restoration but the car was kind of a mess. There were spots that could be removed with a fingernail the size of a dime on the steering wheel near the ceiling and on the dash on the right side. I found Taco Bell wrappers in mint wrappers just floating around loose in the back. I found hair that you could brush off with your finger on the seat belts and seat belt receivers and on the seats on the backrest. I found fish hooks embedded into my trunk still in the bottom of my trunk as well as grass loosely floating around back there. I found leaves in the front right footwell just hanging out. When I pulled up the trunk liner to inspect my spare tire they had missed it completely and I had to pull a couple arm tools of trash and then vacuum. For the exterior, they said that they would wax it which to me means applying a wax and then buffing it off. What you would expect for paying them well over $100 to clean the outside of the car instead of going to a $ $20 car wash. However, after I applied a coat of turtle wax and talked to the owner, he said oh yeah we don't buff that we just apply wax. By the end of the night I had spent at least 3 hours going over my car to clean it further and apply an actual real code of wax. I'm not particularly mad about the cleaning job. I felt that they did a good job cleaning it but they promised to detail it and they charged me for a detail. It was quite expensive. When I found out that they didn't really detail it despite all the money I gave them, I was sort of upset. To their credit the owner offered to make it right when I told him how I felt offered a complete refund as well as are going over my car again. I told him no and said I wasn't interested. I feel if they're charging those prices that they shouldn't get a second chance to "make it right." And that they need to give it the right the first time. For those prices I shouldn't need to give bad feedback just to get the job done right. I won't be going back.

I'm impressed! Took a 45 year old Chevrolet Corvette in for a full detailing. To my surprise the car didn't need as much as I thought and that saved me some money. The car looks absolutely gorgeous almost like a new car. Remember 45 years old. U2 was very kind and knowledgeable about vintage automobiles. The guys at 2U are top notch! Highly professional with great prices. I dropped my vehicle off for a full wash and detail, not only was it completed the same day but looked brand new. I don’t usually do reviews but this company was worth the time in my opinion. My truck was extremely dirty, inside and out, as well as fairly extreme paint damage. I had rust, chipping, and stains all over the interior. I heard from a friend that these guys did a good job so I gave them a go. I called, went in and got a quote, which was way cheaper than I expected, and better than other detainers I had gone to in the past. The owners and workers were very professional and helpful through it all. They made my truck look like it did the day I bought it! I was ecstatic. That was about three months ago. I figured I’d wait on a review to see if the results lasted. They did, the paint is still shining and seems to be more water resistant. It has made it much easier to keep clean. The interior still smells amazing and is all the plastic is still looking new. They got all the stains out and made my carpet completely clean. I will definitely be going in regularly. They did an amazing job. Would highly recommend if you want your car to look and smell new again as well as last longer. It has helped through all the snow and salt, protecting my paint and metal from rust and water damage.

My wife and I went to a wedding expo at the begging of the year, and got a call saying I won the grand raffle of $500 off to these guys. I had a real bad sun baked hood on a black Chevy Colorado. Holden did an amazing paint correction as well as the best inside and outside detail!! Couldn't be happier with these guys. We will for sure bring every vehicle we own for details from now on!
