Larry did an outstanding job. I got the "full detail" and couldn't be happier. A few years ago I had lugged around a lot of muddy gear in the back seats and had never thoroughly cleaned it up. Now I've had a dog for the past year who also has gotten footprints on the leather seats in the back. He came to my building and detailed the car in my parking space (waterless process so he didn't need a water hookup) and thoroughly cleaned everything. My girlfriend drove the car a couple of days later and has mentioned multiple times what a huge difference it made.

Saw the great reviews and needed to trade in my car soon so I reached out. Larry is professional, accommodating, and responsive. The tech that came to do my “full detail” was friendly and arrived early to my appointment. They do not use water to wash your cars. However it was detailed quite well. I wanted to give 5 stars but I’m not sure if they completely shampoo the seats or if their machine throughly cleanses cloth seats. I had some dog hair that they got most of. There are some places such as the tops of windows that were missed which I assume they didn’t roll down the windows and some nooks such as the gear stick area that was missed. I gave the tech my car keys so they could open/ move however they needed to get to all the nooks and crannies so I was a bit disappointed. Overall I was pleased with the detailing but wished it was more thorough.

Larry was responsive, transparent and exceptionally responsive to everything I asked. My uncle was preparing for a camping trip and I'm not sure when he last had his highlander detailed, so I gifted him a car wash for his birthday. Everyone who rode in it was extremely complimentary. That car has seen a lot of dog hair and other messes, so it was wonderful to drive around after the cleaning.

Larry is an incredible professional and knows how to make your car shine like it just came out of the showroom, perhaps even better. He was responsive and prompt, and took his time with my SUV. When he was finished, I couldn't believe how amazing the vehicle looked, both exterior and interior. I highly recommend Larry - he comes to your door and takes the hassle out of taking your car to the wash. His quality, service and pricing are all outstanding. Five stars all the way.

Larry did a great job. Although the car was quite dirty, it was pretty acceptable. He spent almost 3 hours on my car and thoroughly worked on the dirtiest areas. I would 100% recommend 1800 Car Wash DC! Larry is very nice and professional - incredibly responsive and he did a fantastic job on our car! We had put a lot of miles and dirt into our hatchback, including some stains to the headliner, and Larry did a great job cleaning it up and making the car feel new again. He also did a great job with the exterior and the tires! I am very happy with the service he provided, and it's very convenient that he comes to your home. Would use his service again!

This was an incredible service. Rodney came to our home and did an extraordinarily thorough job. I can't say enough good things about my experience with 1800 Car Wash DC. They were super responsive to my initial email, able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours, and then... the service... exceptional! My car had not been cleaned in... I don't even know how long, but Larry did an incredibly thorough job and has it looking like the day i bought it - all while I sat inside, warm and dry :) I will definitely be using them again!
