We were referred to Zs by a friend and it was definitely worth it. We got a used car but the previous owner was a heavy smoker. Even with windows down it was terrible. But they took care of it and the car looks and smells like it came off the dealership lot. Hard to believe what it was before they took care of it. Highly recommend. Energy was very positive. I asked him to FaceTime me after he was finished, and not only did he do that but he sent me before and after pictures as well. I wasn't sure who to trust to clean my Range Rover Sport and didn't want to take it into the dealer. This family owned run business has my business for the long term. Everything was incredibly easy. From the booking process to them staying extra in my driveway to make sure job done right...impressive! Great communication. And I mean extremely pleasant yet punctual and regular updates via text. We didn’t even have a scheduled appointment—my boss noticed him doing an incredible job on our neighbor’s vehicles and asked if he could clean mine as well. Despite it being completely impromptu, Mateo gladly took it on and stayed well into the dark to finish the job. He literally pulled out a headlamp and flood light to make sure he could see every nook and cranny, and the results speak for themselves. My car was absolutely spotless and shining like new.
