I had a fantastic experience at Soapy Joes Car Wash! From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. My car hadn’t been washed in weeks and was looking pretty rough, but they brought it back to life—inside and out! The attention to detail was impressive, and they made sure everything was spotless, including the tires and floor mats. 😃👍🏻 The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the service was quicker than expected. Prices were fair for the quality of work. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to friends. If you’re looking for a thorough, high-quality car wash, this is the place to go!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went to get a car wash today and the wash was excellent. I have a black BMW so I am very selective as to where I take my car to get a wash, and let me say that the Soapy Joes on e valley pkwy goes above and beyond on getting your car looking like new. Also, Cesar was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process and made me want to come back again. With that said, Soapy Joes is the best car wash in Escondido.

Fast service, always has clean towels! Very friendly staff and I’ve never really had a problem. Everything is perfect except for the fact I wish they could fix the potholes and SOME vacuums. Always have a good experience here overall though :)

These guys are liars. While taking my truck through the wash, it came off the tracks by itself, and by the time I realized that it was going to hit a pole, I tried to steer away, but it was too late. My truck was damaged, and they had me file a "report". After filing the report, I received an email stating that Soapy Joe's was at zero fault, because they had camera footage of me putting my hands on the steering wheel. Yes, I put my hands on the wheel AFTER my truck had already come off the tracks. I asked to see the footage, and was told that I was personally not authorized to see it, and that it could only be seen by some kind of legal counsel. Apparently, they have damaged other cars as well. A friend of mine took his car through, and his also came off the tracks, and broke off his valve stem. These guys take zero accountability.

This location is relatively convenient. It has easy access with multiple points of entry. The lines are generally short. Hayden helped with getting my car through the car wash and made sure all conditions were met before I entered.

Great service! All members of the team were helpful explaining the memberships to me in great detail. The wash quality was good and the team out by there vacuums were extremely helpful guiding out cars and giving fresh towels when we needed them. I'd like to shout out Jacob for helping out customers and walking around making sure that our wash and service was good and asking if we needed anything else. Definitely will be back!!
