My daughter is a member there, this eas my first visit. I loved the powerful vacuums and the fact they provide towels. 10 minutes is a good time for the vacuum and quick dry. The fact that there are signs saying that as well as being respectful not playing your loud music in a small apace was awesome. So for a first visit it moved pretty quick, understood the concept with efficiency in mind it works when you need to knock the dust off. Again the time limits work cause you know some folks want to detail their vehicle which is fine but not their cause it's not always about just you.

Great experience for my car & I. Everyone was so nice & did a great job. I had a tricky unknown dirt like substance on my car that didn’t completely come off the first time. After using their amazing vacuuming section, the guys gave my car another wash & got her looking brand new! Excellent customer service, nice & spacious!!

Met the owner and his staff. All were nice and super helpful. Even got a chance to interact with other customers while in the vacuum bay. Very pleasant experience all they way around. They even have a machine that shampoo car mats. Just feed the mats through and all clean. Love that! I wish my local carwash had one.

I’ve never felt like I needed to leave a review at a car wash before but these guys were great. I have a big white pick up truck that I drive all over the city every day for work. Because I’m all over I never bought a membership and Ive stopped at just about every major car wash at some point. These guys took the time to really scrub down my entire truck, going over it more than once with the brushes before sending me through. The vacuums work great and the price was great even for a single wash. If I didn’t live on the opposite side of town I’d get a membership here. Definitely will be back.

My experience here is normally pleasant however after a recent visit, this place has me rethinking whether I should continue our 3 year continuous autopay membership with this place. While going through the car wash, the windshield wiper on our truck was ripped off and the mirror on one side of the truck was disengaged. The mirror is no longer operable if we try adjusting it using the switches inside the truck. I immediately went to report the damage to the manager (like I thought I should) but was surprised by his condescending comments and disrespect. Without an apology, he immediately started accusing us of turning the windshield wipers on while in the car wash and asking my husband why was I talking while he (the manager) was talking to my husband. Is this what we should expect and accept and from the businesses in our area now? I welcome the opportunity to speak with the owner of this location for their feedback regarding this matter.

So I give credit where credit is do. Stopped by today (9:45ish a.m.) for a quick wash just to get the dust off my truck. This was my 1st time. As soon as I got up to the kiosk to pay, before I pulled out my wallet the young man was there to assist. He asked if it was my 1st time and I said yes and he proceeded to input the options onscreen for me asking me the questions through the way, he even got my payment method and assisted. He explained to me about the towels and the vacs and I was set to go. The wash was good. I still had break dust on the rims but again, I opted for the quick wash so I didn't expect it to be a custom wash. I just wanted a quick in and out. Overall I will be back again.

I love that this business is black owned, that's why I pay a monthly subscription for the service. I go to get my car washed 3 times a week. The guys there are very helpful and recognize me as soon as I pull up lol. Great customer service!!!!!!

Pretty solid place to get your car washed. They feature multiple different purchase levels to pick from and also include add ons to save a bit of money. It's a soft touch automatic wash which does the job well and they have workers that scrub before it begins. I've gone many times now and drive away satisfied each trip.

Paid $27 dollars and the car was still dirty and the guy refused to let me pass again. From my ratings I’m pretty fair and honest. I’ll add to my review from your response I waited and asked twice and he shrugged his shoulders and walked by . Lying isn’t a good thing you have cameras please review them.

I paid for the $27 wash and my car came out just as dirty as when I first brought it in. Had me wondering if the car was just stained or something. I wiped it down with a wet rag and all the dirt came out. It’s just not a great car wash. Attached are pictures of the car AFTER it was washed at this place.

Let me start off by saying , I love the fact that this car wash is black owned!!!! They are so nice here , and the manager Anthony was very helpful! My car got in and out, and looks great. I love a clean car!!! The place itself is very nice and clean , and I love that they have a mat cleaner . I will most certainly be back, especially since I currently have the monthly membership. I've been on the highest unlimited plan for most of last year. Two of the left side brushes stopped working, leaving my car dirty on that side. This has been an ongoing problem since November that has not been fixed. I've pointed this out several times to different employees. I asked for some kind of discount since my car is not coming out clean and I have to do the work myself, but they canceled my membership instead. Not before charging me $5 more in December, though. I also left a long detailed voicemail for the owner at the phone number provided, but no one has gotten back to me. It's been a month.
