The spayers dont work at sll, guys come up to your csr with a water hose and want to wash car for 20.00 fee. Worst place ever

If you want to be annoyed & harassed I recommend the car wash and the gas station, otherwise the whole experience was a waste of time.

Me and my daughter stopped by today because i wanted my car cleaned for thanksgiving, however i had stopped coming because a lot of the people that work there cannot wash cars but they have me back now, its a new guy up there from New York he cleaned my car in and out in less than 15minutes and i must say i was impressed, my car was really clean and he put some fragrance that smell so good. They have my business back, thank you Universal lol

I am very disappointed that I only go to New York who does a great and fast precessional job on my car, I learned he was let go,( unbelievable ) it took me forever to find a great detailer, he shampoo my mom car made it look completely new again. It will take forever to find another good as him, sheesh guys you get one star for this.

I wasn't impressed with this particular person (who allowed his 4 year old to assist in the washing of my vehicle). The first visit was SO good that I returned to allow the same person to clean my vehicle. He wasn't available. I will not be returning.

Today I’m giving Mr. Iverson five stars for the wonderful shampoo and vacuum he performed on my vehicle. His smile and customer service was amazing. There was a young lady who did an excellent job also. I would definitely recommend this location.

Quality of the service depends on who you're lucky (or unlucky) to get that day, which is bad more often than not. Got 3 scratches on my car today alone. That's the last time I'm taking my car there.
