This car wash has really went down hill. You can clearly see water jets and different cleaning instruments in the car wash are either clogged or just not working. The vacuum’s rarely work.

Worst car wash ever ever. The basic car wash was $12 as opposed to five dollar washes at other car washes. On top of that, half of the vacuums were not working and the other half had very low suction. And then, I realize shortly after leaving at the back of my car was still filthy.

Do NOT go here!!! I just had the WORST car wash I’ve ever had. Paid for the upgraded wash and it’s so filthy!! Tried to wipe it afterwards and it’s just a lost cause, will have to go through a different car wash. 👎🏻👎🏻

hope yall enjoy the free rear windshield wiper that your car wash ripped off of the back of my car. your gain is my loss because i now have to replace the wiper arm that your machines also broke to pieces. my car was still dirty afterwards btw 👍🏼

As another person said, everything sucks except the vacuum. Ran my daughters car through, ripped the wiper blade off the rear and broke the arm. Wheels still dirty, back and side of car still had smudges and dirt on it. Went to attendant to show him, he wasn’t interested, pointed to the sign that said they weren’t responsible for anything, said I could fill out a claim but they wouldn't do anything.

I was very unhappy with this car wash most of the vacuum were clogged and it stopped in the middle of the wash for like 2 min and it misses spots and I tried to find someone to talk to and he acted like he was too busy to listen to me. 25 dollars to get a bad car wash and less than little vacuum

This place used to be good. I even bought a membership since they raised the prices it was a better deal. It's been going downhill, though. The vacuums barely have suction. The members line is the slowest because their machine hardly ever works. Therefore, the 1st car gets stuck and the line backs up. Today I was 2nd in the membership but say there for 10 minutes as four or five cars went through the regular line. Two different employees came out and went back in but were not successful getting it to work. It's ridiculous. I'm going to look for a different car wash and get a membership elsewhere!! I'm still using thus car wash but half the time it is closed.. vacuums still don't work

Purchased the $20 wash thinking that the attendant would scrub the car prior to going through the automated wash. They waved me through and didn't scrub anything (maybe that's not apart of this package but do think if you're paying $20 the attendant should do a beginning scrub). As soon as we hit the large brushes I immediately felt like there was going to be damage to my car but thankfully that was not the case. When the wash is finished, I get out to check the overall wash and looks like someone took a towel and only wiped certain spots of the car. This could be a great car wash but do think they need to revisit the overall washing process.

After a initial opening used to be great. Now half the brushes don’t either spin or even touch the car. Back end of car still dirty since nothing touches it. Leaky connections thru out wash. Most of the clear coat spray triple bonding or ceramic coat don’t work. Vacuums on one side don’t even work now. And they want $35 a month for this? Guess we will have to take our business elsewhere and I will take my followers with me. Everyone should protest this location. Walked inside talked to a lady and she said it’s been like this for Months. Said Corp is deaf to the situation. She also said equipment is 15 years old and they really just don’t care. Call number in pictures to complain. Shame you drive thru to wash your car then after you have to was it again to get it clean.

Waited in line for a wash, which took a few minutes per car. Wanted the basic wash just to get salt off my truck. Was informed they do not take cash. Left. A waste of 10 minutes

Zips, where the vacuums don't suck, everything else does. This place was great for the first couple years it was open. Since they've been bought out it hasn't just gone down hill but fallen off the side of a cliff. The $20 wash barely touched the back of my SUV, the windows and mirrors are untouched by any part of the wash process and they only have one side of the vacuum bays open and barely any of the damn things work. I had to move the car 3x to find one that had any kind of suction. The mat cleaner is out too. I fail to see anything good from this place. I just washed $20 down the drain. Don't bother.

Tried to call but # online is disconnected! Went thru to just get a Basic Car Wash ...for $10-$12 and she charged me $18. Why is she outside taking credit cards when it is Self Service! They Robbed me

Do not use this car wash! I’ve been going here for years and have never had an issue until the the morning of April 5th. I went through the car wash and came out with damage! (Dent and scuff marks on my roof that went down my rear window leaving scratches and scuffs that continued down across my trunk with more scratches and dents). They are refusing to be held accountable. A truck that went through mins before me had the same type of damage done. I immediately filed a claim through them and they denied me in the same day. They have a sign before you enter the car wash that states they are only responsible for equipment malfunction and clearly something malfunction when me and the vehicle before me had similar damages! They didn’t even offer a refund for the money I spent on the wash that morning.

Employees were nice, made a membership for a dependant as a gift. Ran the car through car wash. Wasn't dirty but bird droppings, didnt get them off. Thought that was the purpose of the car wash.

I paid $18 at Zips today for a “wash.” When I drove out of the wash bay, I parked to dry my car off. At first I thought the car was scratched because there was all this black stuff on it. My car is white. It was not scratched, all the black stuff wiped right off. So just after paying them $18 I am out there cleaning the dirt off of the car myself ! I would have had much better results and saved myself some money doing it at home with a couple of buckets, some good soap and some microfiber. This is what I will do from now on. I have had bad results at Mike’s also but Zips does have the decency at least to have free vacuums. Mikes makes you pay for their vacuums that are on a timer, and you have to use a card to pay for it. Nope
