I specifically didn't want a membership. I even told the guy at the entrance this. Several months later I've been getting charged $35.00 per month and I've never been back, was never planning to go back. So that 1 crappy carwash cost me 1 month at 17.50 (the actual car wash and 3 months at $35.00 = $122.50. Just looking into it now, seems its a common practice for them. I will be trying to get the membership canceled but apparently you have to go in person. If any management sees this please reach out. I would like to get this canceled and have my money back.

Don't use this car wash the rinse off could be better I always have soap left on my back window. Says they are open till 8pm but the lanes are always blocked off or they are closed when I want to get a car wash!? Having to find another wash is a hassle and I will take my business elsewhere if this keeps happening. When you start affecting my business it's a problem. UPDATE: I have changed to another car wash and now I can't get a refund back. I haven't gotten a wash since being charged and still they refuse to refund me even though I'm no longer using them. Worst customer service I have had at a car wash. Go to Tommy's Car Wash it's way better plus free mat washing.

HIGHLY IMPRESSED is an understatement! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 I had a windshield replacement last week (so that automatically comes with a headache for my first car wash back with the new windshield right?)… ABSOLUTELY NOT. The zips car wash man was so nice and helpful! After I went thru the car wash, he noticed the back of my car did not fully get clean. He came up to me while I was drying my car and started cleaning the back of it for me by hand, and told me I was welcome to go back through the car wash again! It made me feel like I was really getting a great deal and he was so willing to help! The car wash was fast and easy, and they have towels to dry along with window cleaner. I would recommend this place.

Been a member here for about 3.5mo. They just upgraded the car wash and it’s like a whole new machine in there. VERY pleased with the new modifications. Also, they always have air to blow out your grill etc, cleaning spray & microfiber cloths on hand for interiors and windows, and the vacuums are great too. Couldn’t be happier with this place.

A third of the implements do not operate to clean your car. Entire front end and back end of my car are NOT TOUCHED. Be wary of membership.

Went to zips the other day as a last minute idea. I have to say I love that they have an active attendant on staff. The young man I believe name was Matt helped me in the wash and made sure my car got a good washing. He also suggested the membership as well, which I plan to sign up for. Matt also helped me move some stuff from my car so I could vacuum and get my baby sparkling again. I'll be back and I'm tell my friends ans family to visit as well.

The last left-hand side brush is not working and the last left-hand side blower is not working for weeks either and the vehicles are wet. They have not done anything to repair and provide a better service

I’m not exactly sure what the problem with Zips here lately but the tire shine is so caked onto parts of my car and rims on my tires and parts of my tires are not even covered by the shine. We asked the front guy (which I get he isn’t the manager) if we can remove the tire shine and he said he couldn’t remove it and that we would need to come in the morning to speak with the manager. He did say they turned down the shine and we did mention to him that it gets bad caked onto our car. Well we just pulled into the vacuums and yet again some situation that it has been. I’m not sure if there is a problem with their equipment but it’s not just the zips it’s also the same issue at the other location in Tulsa as well. If there was a way to remove the tire shine then we wouldn’t have a problem but since we were told there isn’t a way we will be asking for our money back since it’s just cause issues to our car. I wouldn’t recommend here to anyone I know,

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! This car wash used to be my go to spot, but has recently went downhill. Could not purchase a wash by myself: employee approached and said “the system is weird. I will have to do it on my iPad.” And the wash itself was ineffective at getting bird poop off my vehicle or even dust/dirt off of my windshield. There was hardly any soap or water coming from the wash and when we spoke to an employee about it, we were told “the wind is blowing south to north so it’s a bad day for a wash.” Interesting that no one mentioned that when I had to buy the wash from them directly an employee. He also said he could not rewash our car because “only members can have two washes a day.”
