Love the ease of using this car wash! You drive up and (if you signed up with the app) it knows who you are by your license plate. No scanning anything, just lets you right in. And... no having someone show you where your wheels need to be placed. You do it all yourself! Makes the whole process seamless and quick! Loved the whole experience!!❤

Ciara is amazing and did an incredible job walking me through the different monthly plans and services offered by the car wash. Go get your monthly membership ASAP!

This the only location where they don’t help you out at all. Zero customer service. This is the laziest location ever. I don’t really need help being guided in but my wife does. Nobody cares. Also we got stuck and nobody to tell us why? The one on Peoria is really really good but this place is disappointing.

I recently visited Tommy’s Express for a car wash, and I have to say the service was exceptional. Kevin, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was top-notch. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and took the time to explain all the different wash options. My car came out spotless, and Kevin’s outstanding customer service truly made the visit memorable. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and helpful these days. I highly recommend Tommy’s Express, and I’ll definitely be returning thanks to Kevin’s excellent service!

My first experience wasn't great, but the owner reached out to make it right right away. I did not know that they have a rewash policy--basically, after you go through, stop by the vacuums and give your vehicle a quick inspection. If you see that the wash missed something, they will send you through again. I had no idea that was available. The owner also offered a couple of quick tips to help ensure the wash is more thorough next time. I appreciate the quick and thoughtful reply, it matched the friendly interactions I had with the staff at the wash. I'll definitely give them another try.

The Tommys App is not working. Im not able to see my wash plan. And Im not able to see my card on file. I talked to the manager and he said its because sometimes the servers down. I don't see a place to log into my account online. Am I missing something? I really don't like the fact that I cant see what card you have of mine on file without speaking to the manager. Edit. I did update the app. How do I contact customer service?

This car wash does a great job on our pickup trucks. I wish they would always have someone guiding you and lining your vehicle up as you enter the tunnel. It seems like they used to when it first opened, but now they don't. I also like it when a car wash has someone pre-spray your vehicle by hand with some bug off, which this one does not. They need to leave more space between vehicles. I wish you had a place to wash all weather mats, too. Please give us a family pricing option, instead of having to pay for each vehicle separately. The price keeps going up, which makes me consider canceling. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, which I appreciate.

It is very convenient for me and when all is functioning properly it is great. I wish there was still someone that helped guide my car onto the moving area as I often am to far to the left and the right side of my car doesn't get touched by the rollers etc. Update: I have figured out the correct position my car needs to be on the moving area and love all now. Always very clean. My car looks and smells good after each wash. I do wish they had someone use a long handled brush on the front of the car....grill and front bumper to get the bug guts off. Just an idea!!!!

I went thru and noticed next day that my driver's side taillight was broken. I knew I couldn't prove it. So I replaced it. 2 weeks later I washed my truck again. Got home and noticed light brush scratches on driver's side from front to back. Contacted the business. They took photos that you could not see the scratches. I told the assistant manager that the photos wouldn't show the scratches. 3 days later I received a email stating they wasn't at fault. The scratches tie in with movement of spinning brush. I canceled my membership and will spread the word about how they damage your vehicle then deny it.

I had a very poor experience today (8/24/25 at 12:35 PM) at the Broken Arrow Tommy’s Express (2051 E Hillside Dr). I drive a Tesla, which requires being placed in Car Wash Mode before going through the wash. Out of caution, I asked the manager (Kevin) if he could briefly stop the belt so I could safely do this without risking damage. He refused, saying he couldn’t stop it if cars were on the belt. I then offered to wait until the other cars were finished, but he still refused. When I told him I’d be contacting corporate, his response was simply, “That’s fine.” This left me with two major concerns: Safety: Customers should be able to safely prepare their vehicles for the wash. Service: The dismissive response showed no regard for my concerns as a paying customer. I’ve had better experiences at other Tommy’s Express locations, but this one failed badly on both service and safety. I hope corporate takes this seriously because customers shouldn’t feel like they’re putting their cars at risk or that their concerns don’t matter.

Busted the windshield on my Corvette. They reviewed the video and no crack prior to wash but falsely claim a chip and said that was the cause. I will be stopping my wash program with Tommy's and I recommend everyone else consider my loss as a lesson. This car looks like it came from the showroom floor. I find their excuse lame and horrible customer service

I waited at the gate for the arm to open it did not. So 2 other cars went through the pay lane, the 2 employees inside just looked at me, so I backed up which was dangerous in its self and pulled up for help. JOEY said he was the manager and that his camera wasn't working, so I questioned why one of them did not come over and look at my tag and help. I did insert the word why the he'll. He was very rude and said I could just go elsewhere. So he opened the arm and I proceeded with my wash. I have 2 vehicles on the monthly plan almost 80. Per month. When I got home my wife got a notice that our accounts were canceled, wow what a terrible way to treat your customers!

I went to Tommy’s Car Wash and thought I’d splurge on “the WORKS” — their own website says it’s the “best wash and best value.” It promises all kinds of magic: • Tommy Guard • Underbody Flush • Rainbow Coat • 3-Step Wheel Cleaning • Red Hot Cleanser (which sounds like it belongs in a spa) • Ceramic Body Wax • Tire Gloss Basically, they made it sound like my truck was going to come out looking like it belonged in a Fast & Furious movie. Instead, here’s what I got for $40: • Dead bugs still stuck to my hood like little hood ornaments. • Bird droppings still smiling back at me. • Front window and mirrors still cloudy. • Tires and rims definitely skipped that “3-Step Wheel Cleaning” part. • Underbody flush? Couldn’t tell. My undercarriage probably still looks like a gravel driveway. • Tire Gloss? More like Tire Ghost — I didn’t see it. • And the “vacuum experience”? Let’s just say the only thing they sucked at was… sucking. I tried three different vacuums, and they all had less pull than a broken Capri Sun straw. When I asked for a refund, I was told it was my fault because I “drove too fast.” Which is hilarious, because the wash literally requires you to put your vehicle in neutral and let the machine do the work. Unless I somehow turbo-boosted myself through the tunnel, I don’t think that excuse holds water. They did let me run it again, but it was like watching a bad sequel — just as disappointing the second time around. So yeah, $40 gone. I basically paid for a “Rinse & Repeat: Still Dirty Edition.” If this is “the WORKS,” I’d hate to see the “BASIC.”
